Updated BIOS to latest version and now memory OC seems improved. I can now run same settings as the B760M Phantom Gaming (7400). Doesnt change the conclusion, but if you want to do memory overclocking this seems to now be a decent board for that.
So much useful information in this video (like the smaller than standard atx board size, actual memory oc performance). Thank you.
bruh i swear your channel deserves more keep going
Thank you! Appreciate it!
Im considering upgrading to DDR5, i have a i9-14900k with Asrock z690 PG Riptide and 64GB DDR4. Do you think this MB would be good for the 14900k, and considered a good upgrade from my MB?
Im using a Kraken Elite 360 AIO, airflow in the Corsair 7000D is reslly good.
will a i9 13900k be good for this board?
What board do you recommend that is better than this and the price is not too high?
Is this board good for i7-12700K ?
been using this board for almost a year and have had zero problems! my only gripe is the nvme screws!
For 14th generation too?
Thx............
What about an I93900K, this motherboard and 6000MTs ram? Im asking because Intel specifies that the 13th gen goes up to 5600MTs only but I saw some people using faster RAM
Stock i9 13900k should be fine, can probably handle an overclock aswell. 6000mt memory should be no problem, I can run xmp 6400 just fine with the latest bios update. Provided the memory controller is able, which is should be, you'll be fine with 6000mts. Especially if only running two sticks.
don't you know where in the bios of this board to set the USB power supply to be disabled when the PC is turned off?, simply to turn off the entire transformer...
Is in bios and is called ErP.
The ubication in bios is diferent depending of MB.😊
bruh, i just baught it for i714700k at price $275(as per indian ruppes)
worth it?
I had lots of issue with this board, specifically USB ports disconnecting/freezing. I had to RMA after extensive troubleshooting.
Please don't do this to me, I just bought it 😕
I picked the wifi version up for $95 (micro center open box, sata cable missing lol)
really can’t complain given what else is available at that price.
is this board ok for 13600k ? cuz this might be my new build or need to go for higher end MB ? and for gaming ?
Yeah it's more than capable to handle a 13600k. Fine for gaming aswell. I don't mention it in the review, but Asus has done a good job with voltages too. Some board push a lot of voltages at stock speeds resulting in a lot of heat, but this board is well setup.
ty soo much for the Superwell Explained video u earned a new Sub ! i was wondering between that MB and msi mag tomahawk z790 which would u recomend me and i dont care about Mslots ! in terms of gaming performance with i5 13600 and rtx 3070 is there any big difference between them in terms of gaming exp ?
