I Took a 90s Themed Party Cruise - (With Unlimited Drinks)

- I’ve just disembarked a 3 night 90s themed cruise where we saw and did things that would be unthinkable on any other mainstream cruise. I originally booked this cruise way back in 2019, for years I’d promised my friends this amazed party filled with 90s bands and sunshine and fancy dress.
I’d bought 5 first timer cruisers on the cruise so I was feeling nervous, I hoped that they would enjoy it but there was a very real risk that this crazy cruise night put them off cruising for life. This was a very busy cruise and not a normal cruising experience, at all.

Can you imagine 30 years from now, Marella doing this throwback cruise about the 2020's? "Come take the covid cruise! MASKS REQUIRED! Enjoy the entertainment from the TV in your cabin! We will deliver your food to your cabin door for you!"
I’m someone who has never and still doesn’t have any desire to cruise- but your channel is one of my number one comfort watches and just wanted to say as a disabled person the extent to which you make note of accessibility in near every video is SO appreciated. It should be the standard for reviewers of any kind but unfortunately isn’t, so it’s always really nice to see 🥰
Emma knows how to make you feel old - talking about the 90s like its ancient history!😛
"Does anyone know what this is for?" Yes! It is a pocket in the wall so that when you open your cabin door, you don't bang the inside door handle into the wall. Instead it swings into the pocket! 😀
To me, "Unlimited Drinks", should be preceded by the word, WARNING!
Emma looks great as Velma. Also I love how she mentions her search for Pepsi Max. Things like that can be deal breakers for me lol
OMG you totally nailed Velma, that was awesome.
Great hair!
I would never take something like this even if they paid me...
Just want to say that I've never been on a cruise, but I love your channel. You do such a good job of showing the pros and cons of the different cruises, and you have such a pleasant way of presenting. I could easily see you doing this on tv. I would like to take a river cruise, one day, or send my dad on a cruise, and your channel is so full of valuable information - I'm feeling more and more that being able to cruise is viable on a budget. Thanks for the great content!
Emma, I've been on that ship twice when it was the Legend of the Seas. The question you ask at
Loved your comment about us women needing pockets. Remember intending to buy a jacket for my outdoor tours. Couldn't find one with onside pockets. Ended up buying one for men...
This looks amazingly fun! The Avril costume was 10/10
A 90s cruise does look appealing. Thanks for the video. I wonder if any cruise line would do an 1890s themed cruise, that would be hilarious!
Loved the video Emma. I would have utterly hated the cruise but the sight of people partying without masks, social distancing or any other covid restriction put a smile on my face.
We just call this decade the 2000s.
It’s amazing you’re allowed to film shows. You do such a good job, it’s obvious other cruise lines are missing the free publicity.
I've never been on a cruise and I've really never even had the urge to, yet for some reason I found myself watching this video and thinking how fun this trip looks. nice work! you make it sound appealing
I think of the 2000s as the aughts, which is how I've routinely heard the 1900s referred to as. But I think the naughties sounds a lot more fun!
