Over all private sector have its own problems that's why people r trying in gov. But it's reality than number r decreasing & compitition is increasing day by day.
It's painful to see people fighting over Govt vs Private. Everything in world is interdependent. Entrepreneurs and Businessmen run companies, employees of these companies do research, develop technology and make lives of people easier. Government Employees, from IAS to Clerks serve Millions of people everyday. I feel it really depends on an individual. A person who's concern is job security and wants an easier life will choose govt job. A person who's likes R&D, Finance, Project Execution, Management would prefer private job. I think India needs innovators right now, there are enough applicants for SSC or UPSC exams but not enough people willing to take risks and innovate. There is a fundamental difference between Americans and Indians, generally Indians prefer working for someone. This is what sets Americans apart and usually they come up with great ideas and establish companies which run the world. The platform on which you're reading this comment and watching this video was made possible by three entrepreneurs.
In Govt job even if you earn 30K...You will get it in next month for sure. In pvt job even you earn 50K...It is not sure you will definitely earn atleast same in the next month..
We all know that government jobs have the minimum work load as well as provide a lot of comforts as compared to private jobs.. Not only this, there are no over times as well as extra weekends required as well.. A government employee knows exactly which days he is going to work and for how long, hence providing a more relaxed as well as satisfactory life style..
@Dumber Jumber 😂😂😂 ok...bhai... infosycs and google pay the same...both provide free food ..nd great work lyf balance... Both provide games...nap rooms...free five star level food...free cab facility....health insurance....mobile nd net reimbursements... both provide free phones too...nd gym etc etc etc the list goes on Thanks ...tm ni hote to mera kya hota
Govt.job wale dusro ko kehte hai private job achi hai ,aur apne family member ko kehte hai govt.job hi lagni hai ,it means in reality govt.job is more better in terms of security , service ,holiday ,timing ,money also ,and can do extra money by currption.
Go for government job first. If you want to take leave also it's fine. You will get job security , spend free time. Less tension , not much target compared to private job.
If you want to be safe and secure, slow career growth, respect from the society govt job is better and if u like to risk your life, updating yourself, adapting to the new technologies private job is better.
Who said slow growth?...Posts through Ssc cgl offer best promotions...like Income tax inspector becomes Assistant commissioner (promotee IRS) after 15-20 years and many of them retire as Joint commissioner.
Pvt jobs is only good for IIT IIM and some prestigious collages for starting means as freshers but these no. are only 1-2%of cream students of all country but rest 98% students are being exploited by corporates they are forced to work with less remuneration...
The best talented people are the choices for private sectors. Just look at the salaries of the management of private sectors. Government cannot give you that much at all. Indra Nooyi's package was doubled in the time of recession so that other companies could not hire her to save their organizations which shows that if you are talented, no one will ask you to leave.
Have worked one decade in corporate, found it is better to became a peon in government job rather than working in middle to bottom level in corporate..... Corporate never give you good salary I have taken a lot of interview what I was having in mind it was only cheating to interviewee,
Even I could not understand why the discussion is going on if nothing is concluded at last . I have seen many from IITs who worked under corporates for some years and left job to prepare for civil services and I have also seen many who worked in govt. sector for some years and they left it for doing something else. What I can conclude is it is all about inner satisfaction. Humans have the tendency of mood swings. And we never feel satisfied till the end.
Enterprenuers r the biggest social worker because they r creating jobs for millions. Kunahl bahl, sachin bansal, narayan murthy r the kings. Where a govt servant can stand with them.
govt job is good if you have a degree or a pg course. If u are a professional like iit, ca , cs etc there is nothing special for you to do at a govt workplace and the qualification doesnt matter much
Ever heard of the 7th pay commission? Even a senior peon (MTS) in central government gets 70000 Gross salary. Let that sink in. And Just wait for the 8th pay commission in 9-10 years.
Even after fresher 10 years in it will get you from 3 lacs to 10 lacs from glass door and in govt starting is near 10 and after the 10 you can expect it with 15 with all perks like hra unlimited health isurance and mind you nearly 50 percent of private jobs are IT based
Grade A office gets 56,000rs p/m goes as high as 2,50,000 per month at most , that's for cream later my good friend . Gov people don't get paid enough that's why even more and more Civil Servants are moving towards corporations where they get more pay.
Same thing I thought main they made govt jobs vs private jobs into ias vs executive jobs and sincerely there are 2 vs 1 and how getting into iim and getting job is compared people do go for govt job even after iima And ya ias and senior officials gives orders and manages govt clerks but actually these are clerks who directly deal with people and get the policy into action and at last you should respect all jobs no one can say u can't do anything
Gov jobs are discriminating people like if you are coming from SC OBC ST Background then you will get more chance to get a job While private sector jobs are not discriminating people.
Reservation providing for education is fine so that they get an opportunity to get educated but in jobs it should be based on talent not in reservation as people are educated.Based on Merit jobs should be provided else our country will be developing country only forever but not a developed country
Any job is good provided one has to have handsome salary and no harassment by seniors. But engineers working under stress on a less salary is really worst. Condition of Engineers is pathetic these days in India. Majority are either unemployed or doing job on very less salary. Ofcourse salary matters a lot because finally it's money by which we can buy all the comforts of life. Every 10 years salary increases by huge amount in India in government job because government implement a new pay commission. Now 7th pay commission will come and so government employees never suffer because of price hike.
people in govt jobs seems as if they don't work but in reality is govt job people deals with more public of society .....govt job in service it is not security etc etc
Return in govt job is kind of uniform so it's better for experience upto 5-8 yrs after that private jobs. In govt lowest to highest salary ration is 10 to 12 where as in private it be 100-400.
There is one thing that everybody misses about this is that government jobs can post you near your hometown and will help you if you become physically unable to do job...in private they just fire you if you are not able to do job
true. this is the reason I'm pursuing govt job. I once saw a sick lady on tv laying on her bed, she cant walk, her bed is her home now. And the interviewer asked what did she do before she got sicked. She said she worked for a company. But she is now receving donation from generous public. I felt really bed for her.

Government job is BETTER because you don't have to work very hard. Let the Private workers work their ass off, and PAY taxes to pay your wages. When you retire from that Government Job, private employees STILL pay your BIG Pension. I never worked for the Government, but that is the way I see it !
'Don't have to work very hard' depends on the department you are working for if you are working in police or law enforcement agencies then it is not easy to control crimes like drug control, rape, terrorism etc. There is always the red target behind you shirt because you are wearing uniform and anyone can kill you but then again it has it's own benefits you have security of your own you have a gun that you can use anytime when you or your family is in danger so it's balanced. It is enjoyable if your city or area you're working in has low crime rates. But the transfer from one corner to another is a headache.
So do you want to say govt employees don't pay Taxes? If the government diplomacy would not have been the intellectuals you see today, you might not have been working for your freaking profit-centered MNCs today?
You can't compare IAS with a job it is a service first of all and IAS are far upper than a MBA,CA etc. Because they can't compete with the mind of an IAS after all upsc is no. 1
Those people who got less skills they go for govt jobs except IAS,IPS UPSC etc People with more skills go with private sector Govt jobs are hard to crack but we onlt have to clear one exam most of the time to get a job.And do the same thing for the whole life Where as we learn alot in private sector So acc to me private sector is good. You explore yourself alOng with lot of things
If any one cracked government jobs like IAS IPS UPSC then how will be the situation sir I want reply for this sir... Means I’m a student I want to know plz
Private jobs are always far mor excellent than govt. jobs because 1. the skill development, 2. very much exposure to different types of working areas and people across the globe, 3. a real measure of salary to your investment you put in, 4. clean, developed and fresh working environment. In terms of job security, ye sif you try for placement in most renowed corporations of the world they treat companies like a baby, they give them highest security and safety.
And in today's India capitalism is going to rule and it's the future, days of socialism has gone i.e congress era India's private sector has so many opportunities as we are a growing market we have a lot of opportunities
All depends on our mentality for govt or private job I have example of our relative opt for private MBA job rather than having govt job as labour.. Now he can secure his child's future with lots of money he earned thru private job....

I am a govt employee working here in this sector is very tough lot of senior employees dont work simply says this is not my work lot of people got promotions with out knowing the work exactly And if you do work hard also you have very little chance for promotion because caste reservation after seeing all these situations i feel i did wrong choosing govt sector and wasted my lot of years in govt sector
i think their is not such any exact answer of this question but the fact what i think is when we're at the age of our early 20s, 30s and max to max 37 we've a lot of energy to spend on things like creativity, hard work and performance in private sector but when we starts to touch 40 then 50 and so on to our old age ....We can find ourself as no energy left and even you can't expect anything like such energy sucking things in you private job from ur brain , so in this scenario, a government job is a best option to pursue..... That's the fact that a private job sucks u as much as u have and throws you like an empty can but in a government job....work load is evenly distributed throughout the entire life so you can also make some quality time with your family and relatives. (Remember ! Exceptions are always there)
These girls are talking like they spent many years working, they do even know whats life, only certain castes can get government jobs in India and there is cost which is bribe for a government job depending or designation which starts from 1500000rs, in private jobs there is no job security companies recruit and send you off at anytime saying cost cutting or process is gone or government increased their taxes and they cant afford to pay salaries and other reasons and if you are above 30 you are screwed and life becomes a struggle cuz 95% of companies do not recruit people above 30 or 35yrs, they will recruit younger people for less salary, better to do some work on the road side, Ive seen corporates in India offer people 5 to 6k salary, which is lesser than 100$ a month beggars can earn much more…….
We can already know the outcome of the debate by looking at the sponsors. It's already pre decided. Also why the lady is only biased for private sector.
Why government employees be made more efficient by asking them of their responsibility, ,"Award & Reward," as Indians have lost the value of responsible to their responsibilities.
SBI Po is a public sector job and salary package is 8,40,000pa the girl saying that govt job is least paid job than private should considered the salary of govt bank
+lakhan verma I'm not against gov jobs. Reasons i personally would not like being in govt sector is bureaucracy, corruption, unnecessary holidays, lack of services, permanent income scale, lack of Opportunities, Lack of Creativity & innovation, lack of good Culture and Learning, less scope of growth , People becomes sloppy & lazy, people are not ready to change and accept new things, very less friendly people, Lot of pathetic paperwork involved, No challenges and inner growth, No flexible schedule or work style, No rewards or awards for honest candidates, People have low characters and morals etc.. I've lot more to write but hope you get my point here. We can not just think about ourselves when we're involved in any type of work so india can not shine with such people which is our ultimate goal. India can shine with young entrepreneurs , Innovators, creativity and technology driven people. Lots of graduates (Engineers, Pharmacist, even doctors etc) are getting into govt sectors which is useless. They get into public sectors just for their own benefits and security.
+Amit Jadav sir govt bank now days gives you private sector bank profile so they have to work hard to achive targets they now days work 10 to 7 pm similar to private bank you can check lots of work in govt banks so you cant said lack of service but yes corruption is there in loan distribution
90% of the government jobs are taken by the criminals & criminal politicians or by the family members of the them that is by jugad (धन,बल) , 10% only left for the meritorious one
I pity on both ...as see the business families of world who are really changing the world...So learn skills and start ur own...and no one can dislike this.. i bet.
In current scenario all are getting privatised almost, then what is scope in looking for govt job ? Better try for private job and upgrade Ur skill there and then prepare for govt exam like SSC side by side
Private sector jobs anyday - first they are performance based salaries, seniority of experience does not matter much, there is near limitless fields to grow, there is a huge learning involved which can be helpful throughout the career, the salaries are higher. Government jobs have fixed salaries where a person working 10X the productivity of another person still earns the same salary
Go search for IOCL, NTPC ,etc...they are BAAP companies....and are government owned....both private and government sectors are interdependent on each other.

The big IT companies conspire to keep salaries low
In light of this information, it is not prudent to assume that private jobs are any better

Government job is secure no doubt 💯..... But in corporate jobs we need to compromise with the situation of the corporation.

But the transfer from one corner to another is a headache.

i think their is not such any exact answer of this question but the fact what i think is when we're at the age of our early 20s, 30s and max to max 37 we've a lot of energy to spend on things like creativity, hard work and performance in private sector but when we starts to touch 40 then 50 and so on to our old age ....We can find ourself as no energy left and even you can't expect anything like such energy sucking things in you private job from ur brain , so in this scenario, a government job is a best option to pursue.....

+Amit Jadav only to few people with no job security + after promotion package is 12 lacs also
+Amit Jadav and govt bank also provide so many benfits like home loan personal loans vechile loan which are not in reliance
How do you know this prove it
I pity on both ...as see the business families of world who are really changing the world...So learn skills and start ur own...and no one can dislike this.. i bet.
Mam ur English is very good
In current scenario all are getting privatised almost, then what is scope in looking for govt job ?
