Studying 8-12 hours is not considered well functioned Brain ! Well functioning brain has creativity, critical thinking, curiosity, problem solving skills, etc.
Only thing I am don't agree with is Work life balance and Security. For me money is not that important. Because ultimate goal of life is Happiness. Which will depend on money and the family near you. In private jobs only well paid people can stay with their families in Bengaluru and Hyderabad like cities as a minimum of 1lakh salary is required for at least doing marriage so that you can stay together. Other wise what is the meaning of doing marriage and staying in Hyderabad while your wife and parents are in villages. So for me getting into government job is easy compared to a getting 15-18lakh at the age of 27 in private (i.e age for getting married) So I can compromise with money and not with family. And the worst part is "you can't share time with your relatives and friends and families" even when they were in pain .... when they want to most to be with you. And you will not be having leave and if you are not in MANG companies you can't afford air-bush multiple times in a year. Government job with 60k-70K is better than 18LPA private job. And I will really choose the gov job with 60-70K . As money is not the driving factor for me anymore. Although money was driving factor for me when I have just passed BTech i.e 2yr ago .. Now I have seen all the private job scenario and gov as well and I would like to go with gov
Bro..freshers in the tech industry are getting 18-20 lpa. With the repeated attempts of 3 to 4 years and rigorous syllabus of govt jobs, i would better go for pvt jobs and hone my skills in those 3 years to earn 50-60 lpa. And this earning will go exponentially high when you start to build your own business and directly give jobs to people. I have postponed my career by preparing for upsc , rather i would have easily started my firm by now

There is always a saturation point of everything. but considering my situation, i work at PSU, and life is like my school days, i work, i live with my family, i play , i get time to chill EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have also experienced corporate life and in that life, one person or the other will be always there to point out your mistakes even if you work hard (you will start to loose self respect). I feel most people work in corporate just to live in cities and enjoy shorterm goals and they dont analyse the clear picture after their marraige or after 5-6 years. And I am also from tier-1 Engg college, and trust me its not that easy to reach 50-60lpa from 18lpa like you just said. and it is very much difficult to start and run a buisness by putting your and your family's entire savings on stake. (bolna aasaan hai but karna mushkil because you have to work like machine every single day).

So tell me that if we teach programming to the one who wants to do UPSC and he becomes one, will he be able to run the country? Day by day, government system is becoming more transparent. This bribe and power got reduced by 90 percent wrt 20 years earlier. I know some officer who used to get 2 lakh bribe per month, now they get about 20k per month.

Plus those cases are getting rare also like now a days that's only about 10-30% of total seats. And not only bribe but attendance is also getting very strict like 10-15 years ago you can go to PSU like SAIL, etc and sign falsely but now a days it's fingerprint attendance.

I am a government employee. My salary-50k RUclips-20k Teaching(singing)-50k Mutual fund earning-20k Total-1.4lakh. And soon i will get 4600gp job with 80k salary❤
I'm such a person who is a jack of all trades, but master of none. After doing my Masters in electronics, I started preparing govt jobs, by the distractions of 'motivations'. I started all the stuffs, making notes and all. After preparing for straight 1 year, nothing has been changed except the exam pattern and competition. Then I thought that was the time to quit the preperation for govt jobs to do for something else. I started regaining my subject knowledge again and I hold now a job in electronics industry of 4 LPA package. And I wish that I can do better in future. 🙏
I did btech in CSE always thought won't go in private sector gave certain exams like ssc,ibps and sbi could manage to clear prelims but now i realise that i cant waste my time to prepare for these jobs will become a data analyst now for sure target is to crack a product based company now. Wasted 6-7 months not any more

My opinion is that if one has technical qualifications from reputed institutes (MBBS, IIT , IIM etc) private sector is the best...... If one has only BA, BSc etc government job is better. (The private sector salaries for BA etc very very low compared to tech people) Another advantage/disadvantage of private sector is that here one needn't see the faces of politicians or to interact with them each and every day.

Govt job preparation is andha kuaa, and mainly 70% study and 20% luck and 10% execution-- if you have these potentials, then definitely you'll crack. The level of efforts needed for today's govt job preparations are not at all worth from any perspective. It needs at least ideal sitting of 2 year dedicative preparations, and after that timeline if you don't succeed then you're trapped, you don't have any other option to switch to any other sector. But unfortunately, due to lack of many things, middle class students have no other option, rather than fighting for available opportunities.

Guys, private jobs are desk jobs, and no doubt they earn a very good amount of money, but some government jobs are very cool, like CBI, Income Tax Officers, IAS, IPS officers, and PCS. These are some field jobs that are very good in terms of social respect and in terms of salary, and may be some of you only know that there is a group B post ASO in the Ministry of External Affairs; they give you postings abroad, and also they earn a very good amount of money too. Instead of basic pay, there is a "foreign allowance," which is of course in dollars, and all of their money is without tax and white income. So there are two sides to a coin; it's up to you what you want to look at.
But sir it's not compulsory that we have to just depend on it ( government job ) ,, we can also think about sideways business while working in a government job,, I mean to say that it's all about our mindset ,, isn't it ???
He is absolutely right, once you get into government services there is no exit. I can tell you this because I am an inspector in GST and I suggest everyone don’t go for government sector, instead do something in which you drive your life in your own way. in government sector money is less as compared to private sectors . you get between 60k to 100k max in govt sector and avg amount is 70-80 k for avg jobs but in private sector if you keep upskilling yourself then you can get according to your skill there is no limit you can grow as much as you can but in govt sector if you are doing work ethically then you cant grow and get stuck in that middle class bracket .

First of all, some facts need to be reconsidered I am a IIT graduate, and from college placement, meri 12lpa ki job lag gyi thi, but maine use chhod kr prep kri aur 23 ki age me group A job h mere paas, many of my frnds are in private sector and i have experience of both these sectors First of all skills ki baat krte h sab private sector me, i can assure u, 90 percent of the people in private sector are unskilled, even in I T sector, most of the work is monotonous. Mere saare frnd 15lpa+ ki job krte h, aur ek do frnd 60+ (HFT me h). I can tell u, bilkul work life balance nhi h life, and bahut se civil services ki prep krna chhate h, but job me faskr kr nhi paa rhe h Secondly i agree group C and D worth it nhi h aajke zamane me, but group A me jo facilities and power milti h wo unmatched h, most of the officer ki wife or parents side business nhi krte h. Overall CTC dekhoge grade A officer ka wo 20+lpa padta h, in hand salary shuru ke hi 1 lpa hoti h. And after 8th pay commission it will increase too. Kaam bhi krte h log, koi IAS officer hota h wo kaam nhi krta?, agar ye galatfahmi h to u need to have proper knowledge. Jaha tk syllabus ki baat rhi, civil services me ratan vidhya nhi chlti h, pre me bhi aajkl conceptual qns aate h, jayada dates vgerah yaad nhi krni hoti h, and a civil aspirant need to know about everything bcz uski kahi bhi posting ho skti h. IFS me gya to countries ki geography ke baare me pata hona chahiye, IRS me gya to economics ke concepts pata hona etc etc, so syllabus sahi h. There is always a saturation point of everything. but considering my situation, i work at PSU, and life is like my school days, i work, i live with my family, i play , i get time to chill EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have also experienced corporate life and in that life, one person or the other will be always there to point out your mistakes even if you work hard (you will start to loose self respect). I feel most people work in corporate just to live in cities and enjoy shorterm goals and they dont analyse the clear picture after their marraige or after 5-6 years.
And I am also from tier-1 Engg college, and trust me its not that easy to reach 50-60lpa from 18lpa like you just said. and it is very much difficult to start and run a buisness by putting your and your family's entire savings on stake. (bolna aasaan hai but karna mushkil because you have to work like machine every single day).
Not everyone is as rich as some people. So these jobs are your only hope .

I'm such a person who is a jack of all trades, but master of none. After doing my Masters in electronics, I started preparing govt jobs, by the distractions of 'motivations'. I started all the stuffs, making notes and all. After preparing for straight 1 year, nothing has been changed except the exam pattern and competition. Then I thought that was the time to quit the preperation for govt jobs to do for something else. I started regaining my subject knowledge again and I hold now a job in electronics industry of 4 LPA package. And I wish that I can do better in future. 🙏

Govt job preparation is andha kuaa, and mainly 70% study and 20% luck and 10% execution-- if you have these potentials, then definitely you'll crack.
The level of efforts needed for today's govt job preparations are not at all worth from any perspective.
It needs at least ideal sitting of 2 year dedicative preparations, and after that timeline if you don't succeed then you're trapped, you don't have any other option to switch to any other sector.
But unfortunately, due to lack of many things, middle class students have no other option, rather than fighting for available opportunities.

in government sector money is less as compared to private sectors . you get between 60k to 100k max in govt sector and avg amount is 70-80 k for avg jobs but in private sector if you keep upskilling yourself then you can get according to your skill there is no limit you can grow as much as you can but in govt sector if you are doing work ethically then you cant grow and get stuck in that middle class bracket .

First of all, some facts need to be reconsidered
I am a IIT graduate, and from college placement, meri 12lpa ki job lag gyi thi, but maine use chhod kr prep kri aur 23 ki age me group A job h mere paas, many of my frnds are in private sector and i have experience of both these sectors
First of all skills ki baat krte h sab private sector me, i can assure u, 90 percent of the people in private sector are unskilled, even in I T sector, most of the work is monotonous. Mere saare frnd 15lpa+ ki job krte h, aur ek do frnd 60+ (HFT me h). I can tell u, bilkul work life balance nhi h life, and bahut se civil services ki prep krna chhate h, but job me faskr kr nhi paa rhe h
Secondly i agree group C and D worth it nhi h aajke zamane me, but group A me jo facilities and power milti h wo unmatched h, most of the officer ki wife or parents side business nhi krte h. Overall CTC dekhoge grade A officer ka wo 20+lpa padta h, in hand salary shuru ke hi 1 lpa hoti h. And after 8th pay commission it will increase too. Kaam bhi krte h log, koi IAS officer hota h wo kaam nhi krta?, agar ye galatfahmi h to u need to have proper knowledge. Jaha tk syllabus ki baat rhi, civil services me ratan vidhya nhi chlti h, pre me bhi aajkl conceptual qns aate h, jayada dates vgerah yaad nhi krni hoti h, and a civil aspirant need to know about everything bcz uski kahi bhi posting ho skti h. IFS me gya to countries ki geography ke baare me pata hona chahiye, IRS me gya to economics ke concepts pata hona etc etc, so syllabus sahi h.
I am civil engineer and trust me, jis tarah ke projects hum deal krte h, aur jitna experience and work exposure hame milta h, private me sapne me bhi nhi mil skta, bahut se log experience and contacts banate h, and fir apna kuch start krte h 15 saal ke experience ke baad, to ye bhi galatfahmi h ki job nhi chhod skte, koi bhi group A person ko koi bhi relevant sector vaali company aaram se hire kr leti h, logo ko proper knowledge nhi h bs
People need to understand ye youtubers ko itna gyan na itna experience hota h ki ye kisi nhi job ke baare me comment kr pae, sab alag alag insaan h, hr job ke kuch benefit h aur kuch losses, and beleive me 50+lpa chhodne ka bhi man krta h jb mental health issues aane lage, mere ek frnd ko ho chuka h
Private jobs are very good and gov jobs me nhi kuch jobs bahut achchi h, apne hisaab se choose krna chahiye sabko

now i am 18year old bhaiya meraa bachpan se dream haii upsc clear krna ka butt fir bhii apka video logical hai kuki ham jo sub like political science , history pdhte hai is exam k liye agr kisi ka bychnce nhi hota hai selection to wo bichara kya krega ya to usko koi backup option rkhna hogaa
