Everything is looking great bud. The chop, the doors, windows, windshield , the frame and all the work y'all have done is looking fanominal!!! You are great at what u do bad chad!! The crew is so talented as well including the queen Jolene 👍! This hotrod chopped patina '34 ratrod is gonna look badazz man! Can't wait to see it done and driving. Ohh I love how you do things to make things so much easier to do to save on $$, materials and time! You do it right and tight everytime ! I also luv how you teach us how to do it. Since watching you , you have inspired me to want to fabricate & do metal work! It looks so much fun! To learn from the master is priceless bro! Thnx for all that you & Jolene & the crew do !! Keep up the awesome work BAD CHAD!!
I enjoy watching you xo this kind of thing because you explsin every fetail of what your doing and why. Thank you Chad and Jolene you guys are yhe best.
You and Nate once again making things look effortless. I appreciate watching all your efforts. Its might time of day to sit back after work on my lawn and garden. Nice fit and welding job. Best Wishes.
These builds are exciting to watch ..they morph into really cool cars...Oh and I noticed that framed picture of Chad on the wall in the foreground...I think it is super cool he was in the military.
Hey Joleen, at 1:00:14 you can fix that with a mixture of distilled vinegar and hydrogen peroxide and salt. Put it in a spray bottle and spritz it on that area and let it rust until you like it. Then clean it up to stop the process. Only the internet will ever know it wasn't! :)
Team Hiltz it's Friday how is everyone doing? Chad it is coming along nicely with a lot of cutting and welding to get it all in place correctly! Nate you are doing a fantastic job with the rear end, the front suspension, and steering! Doug we did not see you today with you hanging around outside today, I know you are hard at it out there! Jolene the video Queen you did a great job as you always do! Fina you are such a good girl!
you people are going at a record pace. You are work aholics . I used to build things by myself and remembering the time it took me . I can appreciate your jobs[. keep up the great work.
Chad and Jolene...I've been watching a fellow in the states `(EngelsCoachShop on youtube) working on antique equipment. To help blend in new srews, forging etc. he applies a concotion of vinegar and metal filings, it seems to do a pretty decent job of getting new to look old and rusted. I like look of the quarter windows, they match the overall look of the chop.
One of my favorite episodes! Was wondering how in the heck he was going to line up those body lines with that much of a change in the angle of the front of the door! Nailed it! 😊👍🙏🙏
UR THE MANN#!!looks awesome did my first chop with my cousin m scary at first but we got it back together n i did most welding. N all grinding n bodu work but i learned alot from u keep going
Hi Chad, I usual like your inventive ways in which you achieve results but I think that cutting the top of the door edge was not the best option as it may make the top of the door look unbalanced. Splicing the top back corner and letting it drop down would have achieved a good gap and only one splice to weld back up. Just a thought for the future maybe. Cheers, Tony
It's hard to find people that can work well together and you guys nailed it.
Hi all Hiltz crew and of course the two beautifull ladies! Good job all! Looking kool!
Thank you for the content Chad & Jolene

As always ❤ 😊
Fantastic job on reworking the a pillars !!
Nathan’s done a really good job on that rear end.
Knowing what you have done with the Cadillac, the Studibaker, and the ‘39 Ford. Those doors will be a piece of cake.
Fina likes what she sees, a great team of talented people doing what they love to do. tight and right eh!

And yet I thought you sounded so bright now I’m surprised you even know how to turn on RUclips 🤪
love the show today
The A pillar would look better if it was rounded along the corner, not bent square.
It ‘is’ rounded. It matches the roof edge
L lo
All he has to do is sand it round
Clear coat over patina? Possibly?
@@petemac5283 yes it is...seen it many times
good show Rust Bucket moves ahead😎👍
One of my favorite episodes! Was wondering how in the heck he was going to line up those body lines with that much of a change in the angle of the front of the door! Nailed it! 😊👍🙏🙏
I Love the way the Rear side windows came out! You did it with ease, and they LOOK GREAT!! 🔥🚗📹🤴🏻💯

Your mastery of the lens itself continues to improve and amaze the viewer…
CHAD .. !!!! G R E A T VIDEO ... !!!!!! THANK YOU... !!!!!!
Hi to all in the Shop !
Wondering if you're going to put any of the structure back into the A pillar, its suppose to offer some support in case of roll over.
Chad's chops are a lot cleaner than the guy who commented with his roof chop
He does a great job love it so far great team.
Thank you all of you!
Hello from fredericton NB
