Dredge is great, it's proper chill! - it also gets better as you upgrade & progress the story to reach the new areas. It does a great job at causing fear too, genuine panic sometimes trying to escape (especially at night)
I just platinumed this a few weeks back, honestly did not think I'd find it as delightful as I did either. The fish encyclopaedia rules, more games should just be like "Yep we know you'll just google this so let's make it a little more accessible and fun" lol
Fantastic game. I played it for the first time at the start of the year on Xbox and it’s stuck with me a lot. Amazing how such a relaxing cosy game can also fill you with so much dread. Such a compelling story as well, I loved just exploring and looking for more pieces of lore. I can’t wait to see more of your playthrough!
Emma your light can get rid of crows. The brighter the light the better. It also assist in well you will find out. And a hint explore everywhere hidden quest are all about.
@@JoeSchwartz-yx3jg the horn is what is meant to get rid of the crows from what my understanding is; I was unaware of any hidden mechanics that also include the lights effecting the birds. If I am wrong please negate and accept my apologies, but I have been playing this game for hours everyday the last two weeks (off work b/c of an illness) and this game has gotten me through. I have technically reached the "ending" but I am nowhere near a 100% completion, there are so many hidden things to find. Even though it's not a AAA and $70, this is still the first game I paid full price for since Battlefield 2042 which left such a bitter taste in my mouth I had resigned myself to Gamepass only and was glad I took the risk. Good luck, best wishes, and any info you can provide would be extremely helpful. I will try and do same if you have any questions
Dredge is a great game. I highly recommend playing Spiritfarer if you havn't played it yet. Simple game to play but it will 100% pull on your heartstrings
