    You didn't even mention that Dr Seuss cheated on his wife when she had cancer,which led her to committing suicide.You did not talk about the fact Lennon beat his wife and emotionally abused Julian!Another thing you didnt mention is Steve Jobs, refused to accept the fact he had a daughter and would not pay child support even after a paternity test was taken determining him the father and you did not talk about the fact how he dishonestly betrayed Wozniak when he helped him build a game for attari and eh did not share the money equally and how he took the credit for the work but could not even code!This man infuriates me the most, his parents paid him for private university and he was idle and didnt really want to attend lectures and dropped out after his parents worked so hard to get him there, he was such a horrible person that the board from apple removed him as he was an unbearable person to work with at one point.Steve Jobs was such a horrible person you could probably make a top 10 list why Steve Jobs is a jerk.

      Well said.
      Generally, I am too skeptical of all this celebrity status. One person in a company is the front face and then people assume if this person did that famous thing, he must be the greatest programming mind ever. Really, it's tens or hundreds of engineers behind the stage. There are very few famous people who you also know they are still into programming and very good and knowledgable about it, like for example John Carmack, both famous and still programming and sharing knowledge. The rest of them are just famous name but usually you are unaware what they've been doing. And yes, Steve Jobs was a dick, and Wozniak was the nice engineer guy.

      Steve Jobs also died the way Gandhi and Mother Teresa would have wanted him to, he rejected modern medicine. Might not have even died if he had gone a conventional route in treating his cancer.

      agreed. no one should place another person above themselves. firstly it's a burden to that person and lastly sooner or later they will disappoint you.

    Mother teresa gave help in exchange of conversion to Christianity,

  • @joniii2423
    @joniii2423 6 лет назад +4

    I'll give you reasons why he is wrong about Mother Teresa:
    1) he says that the living conditions were bad, In India it rains from June to September, mostly every morning around 4-5am. Those people were lucky to have shelter from the rain.
    2) her statement about doing it for the church was taken out of context as she meant that's what motivated her to not give up on helping people, showing people that, that's what lengths people in love can go to- portraying her love for Christ, just like you would say for Martin Luther King Jr
    3) denying painkillers to patients etc etc- because of the shortage of money and resources, this is a 3rd world country we are talking about, and in countries that have a very short percentage of Catholics to support her with donations and conflicts of religion, it's a mess here, therefore doing any work at all for the poor here is doing them a unrepayable favor to them
    4) she accepted the offer of Western treatment because it was presented to her as a blessing from God so that she could continue her good work
    5) accepting money from anyone to help the people who will be benefited is better than letting that help go to waste
    Therefore this video and comments that agree with her criticism is absolutely disgusting, come to India and see what an impact she has made on these people and you will know the truth instead of sitting in your fancyass countries and shitting on people who have dedicated their lives to helping others. And assuming that money is gone to the church is dum because the churches would never accept that money, even Muslims here who are living in this country will stand by this statement

    We tend to think of famous people as greater than human and idolize them as if they were flawless beings. Its good to be reminded from time to time that even those that we praise and admire are still humans and have flaws just like any average person you meet on the street does, and sometimes they are even more flawed than an average person. Just because someone is very good at doing one thing doesn't make them perfect. As the philosopher Michel de Montaigne once said, "[even] kings and philosophers shit-and so do ladies."

    • @blainerouault3907

      Its even more sinister. Tesla wanted to give the people free power (its well documented that "wifi" is freely accessible from our mother earth (that's what the pyramids were) and Tesla figured out how to give the people free energy - thus freeing them from the chains of servitude to the ruling families. As one could surmise, the ruling families were less than impressed and bankrupted him promptly, giving his research to Edison who figured out how to meter it and control the supply (creating industry based on raping our planet and enslaving the masses). Tesla is one of those extraordinary figures from history who has been "deleted" because he wanted to progress our species beyond feudalism.

    What is so surprising about Mark Zuckerberg being a poor coder? Jack Ma (of Alibaba) was the same. It's their drive, vision and sheer gumption to bring concepts to reality that ultimately matters.

    • @cyberpilot6512

      Walter Manfred - jobs wasnt that technical either - he was a salesman - like Zuckerberg.

    • @JaeElle
      @JaeElle 6 лет назад +1

      Exactly, I was about to reply to a comment about how he stole FB and no company goes to billions in just years, thing is the idea is what was special... entrepreneurs don't have to know how to do everything, they just need to have a great idea, find great people to help them create and build it.
      I am not saying that everything went quite as it should have with the creation of facebook, the story there is far too deep to go into here, however, just focusing on the point at hand, yes this is another case of people letting emotions sway their opinion... just do a bit of research before jumping to conclusions people! Companies do go from nothing to billions in short times. That list is super long... Zuckerberg and Jack Ma both are excellent examples of crazy driven people that had a goal and went after it with tenacity. It is quite possible for anyone to do that.
      Fun fact, I worked for IBM for a while, I wrote code as well as exploited it (part of my job, looking for ways to exploit vulnerabilities) I would regularly give lab tours to the higher-ups in my company. Many of them had asked me at one point or another how to fix some problem they were having on their windows personal machines... trivial stuff, like, run your antivirus software type thing. Those people run IBM, they did boardroom stuff, they made deals and grew the company. Coders did the coding.
      Apparently, the creator of the great idea doesn't always have to be the engineer of idea as well. Thank goodness or we would be stuck in the dark ages lol!
      Really though the video was just pointing out that people might think he was some elite coder or something, and that he isn't ... I think the comments show people making this a bit more than the video was. More hateful, more exposing of crazy conspiracies etc. When in truth this was just showing us more about a person than we knew before.
      So that is a fine question Walter lol. I was wondering that myself!

    • @g.b.5709
      @g.b.5709 5 лет назад

      @@Countesselishebat_official You don't have to like Mozart or his music, but you have to recognise his talent and what he has done to the "music industry". He wasn't any less important for the "Wiener Klassik" then Beethoven, Hayden and Schubert (who you forgot to mention).
      He was only 35 when he died (Beethoven got 56 and Hayden got 77). So it's clear that they were able to compose more than Mozart, but I wouln't say that they composed better pieces.
      One of the reasons why Mozart is that famous is, that he made operas and other pieces of music for the "lower population", like "Die Zauberflöte".

      Agreed. And what was the deal with John Lennon. He wasn't a good father to his first wife and son. Well stop the press. That includes about at least quarter of all husbands and fathers on earth. Plenty of wives and mothers too. As for Yoko John had good reason to be paranoid. He didn't trust the real reason Brian died. Then all the rumours about Paul which may or may not be true. Look into it. Whatever. What is true is the British press hounded John and Yoko so much they left for New York. Then Nixon had the FBI tail him. That is on record. And if people still believe the official story of his death then you must be an idiot. Forget this shill channel.

There is a rumour that he purposely didn't have his wife cured so that he could do whatever he pleased and her being an obstacles was removed. It is also rumoured that with his influence in the British government he could have easily rescued many high profile freedom fighters but didn't do it as he was sure that India would gains independence in the near future. So, he requested the British government's high officers to eliminate the remaining leaders as well so that he could become the supreme leader of the independent India.

      Vivek, You're right. Britain gave up India because it couldn't afford to rebuild after Germany's bombings of Britain during WWII and keep control of all of its territories. The same holds true for other British territories after Germany's bombings during WWi.
      If Gandhi had never existed, India still would have gained its independence from Britain purely for financial reasons.
      Had it been growing economically like Hong Kong, in the 40s as it started doing in the 70s, Britain would have held on to it.
      I suggest pausing the following video, and using the right arrow key to move forward year by year, to see Britain's loss of territories, after both world wars.

    Michael Jordan's speech was nothing in the way you portray. He was speaking freely and "cutting up" as we say in the American South, not complaining. He's one of the greatest competitors speaking to a room full of his peers, their families, and friends...among others. These negative opinions come from the clueless, who have no guts, moxie, grit, or sack to compete as such. Pro athletes are literally warriors, as with all high-level competitors. After the British gunned down over a hundred people while they were worshipping he told the people to do nothing after he had spoken out against the British. He had the chance of saving three Indian activists but instead didn't. These activists were then shot and then chopped into pieces and dumped into the river, where their parents had to I notify their remains.

      fruz Koilo...well the facts about Mother Teresa are true . Although I will not say that she was a bad person but her endeavours were for the church and not aimed at providing real help . In spite of collecting millions she was against the construction of a modern hospital where medical aid could be provided to all people of all faiths . When The Assembly of God Church a protestant organization did build such hospital and began treating people of all faiths for free or nominal fees she attacked them as being 'unchristian' ....as far as Gandhi is concerned at least the sleeping with younger girls to test his will and control part is true .

    • @minorshan
      @minorshan 7 лет назад +5

      She wasn't evil. Like anyone, it was complicated. I write this as an atheist, so take it as you will. Here's a quote from a letter she wrote in the mid-70's (now quoting Time magazine):
      "to a spiritual confidant, the Rev. Michael van der Peet, that is only now being made public, she wrote with weary familiarity of a different Christ, an absent one. "Jesus has a very special love for you," she assured Van der Peet. "[But] as for me, the silence and the emptiness is so great, that I look and do not see,--Listen and do not hear--the tongue moves [in prayer] but does not speak ... I want you to pray for me--that I let Him have [a] free hand."
      I view this as her wanting to have faith, and the money laundering she did as an effort to gain Jesus' favor in hopes of communion with him on a more literal level. Like a real dialogue. It's not evil, but it's not saintly. It was human I I have a hard time believing she didn't feel for the people she was serving. But in the end, who knows?

    You have no idea who Mother Teresa is. The money you said that she accepted from criminals and possibly stole to give to the Church did not go through her. They were given to the Bishop and the Bishop allocated a very small portion to her. She didn't even know how much money was given to the Bishop. If you want to blame someone, blame the Bishop. Mother Teresa did the best she could with whatever meger amount she was given.
    Also, you took her quote out of context. The reason she helps the poor is because she sees the face of God in each and every one of them. So, service to God means serving the poor. Hence, she's not a social worker. She's a servant of God. Also, to Catholics, the Church is not the organization. It is the people. We are the Church.
    Before making lists like this, try doing more research.

      You don't get to criticise her unless u have helped the poor, educated the Children, fed the hungry, treated the diseased and offered shelter to the Orphans & homeless...
      You don't get the Sainthood and the Noble Peace prize for nothing, right.
      She may have made few mistakes, she is a mere human after all. But that doesn't mean you disrespect her correct?

    • @alfredjones9020

      + HD Patel She doesn't fucking care about the children or the poor, she gave the 99% to the church.
      People are ignorant with giving people a freaking peace prize for something that barely even existed.
      I have also did every thing you listed except for offering a crappy shelter like Mother Teresa's.
      She made LOTS of mistakes and she didn't deserve all the respect she got.
      Case Closed.

    Maybe Da Vinci was a friend of a doctor or had a special permission to assist one for his study, since he was so famous even back then. There's a lot of possible reasons why he could do that, not only by being a "criminal".
    Not to mention that *to observe* nature was incredible important back then, even a kid could draw muscles by only observing his own body. 😒

    In the computer industry, it is very common to be immediately terminated. Most newly fired people are even escorted to their cubicle to collect their personal things and then led out of the building. This is because an angry or vengeful terminated employee could do a massive amount of damage via their on-site computers. These employees typically do get a severance package, which is like receiving two weeks pay without working for it.

    lol dude you are talking bullshit about Gandhi. he actually struggled a lot. the reason people dislike him in India because he couldn't stop the hangings of bhagat Singh and two other freedom fighters. and after that agreed for partition of Indian after Nehru and Jinnah coaxed him which divided India into Pakistan, India and Bangladesh (earlier east Pakistan) and during partition a lot of people died due to riots as well as other reasons and that's the reason he was shot dead by one such man who was very angry of gandhi giving up to the demands of congress party

    In time perception will become the reality for dead celebrities when the stories of scandals will fade and become footnotes in history books only the stories of how great they were will be widely known and they will finally 'become' the role models they are portrayed to be, As an example look at the stories of early saints the minutia of their personal histories have been largely lost to history and the semi-mythologized accounts of their good deeds are all that is left.
    This is the quirky and occasionally inaccurate way that history works.

    About Mother Teresa, He is somewhat right in the video.. because you should not be called humanitarian when your agenda is
    religious and you are doing it only to increase the number of followers of your religion in pretxt of providing help.
    from India, the country she represented, lived and died.. I heard from the people who worked with her for some short period and from those who worked against her too.. of her selfish deeds, missionary works and how she convert every orphan or help seeker to Christianity in exchange of Help..which is not so humanitarian. see my friend in India 98 out of 100 missionaries do humanitarian work to cover the illegal/unethical religious conversions going in the background.
    Do you know recently Mother teresa foundation stopped/closed down Orphanage as the new govt made rules that make it hard for them to convert kids and the govt allowed single parent to adopt. As per Christianity single parent adoption is not recommended because that person might be a gay. On this account Teresa foundation stopped helping orphaned kids. how pathetic it is, and it shows that the Mother teresa trust/foundation is not based on humanity but on religion/church.
    And by the way Ignorance is so much in India which made it easy for people like Teresa..and if u can get a positive name in a country like India (with that much population and different cultures/ languages/ religions) western people look at u like saint and that lead to the sainthood for her.

      Veena Ranjith I have first hand experience in the dark side of some Christian missionaries in India, no need of any media reports.
      actually Media doesn't care about these guys. they will cry day and out for 200 member convertion into Hindus at ghar wapsi 2 years back but didn't even care 10,000 Hindus to Christianity at the same in ongole, Andhra. And it was not a solo incident. Thousands are converting in Andhra daily but the missionaries encourage them to keep their Religion as Hindu in the certificates to get Hindu-caste based benefits.

      Kavuri L R Simha Dude may be the money was for the church but atleast she has shown some kindness to the poor, made them feel they are not different, made them feel that even they deserve love, maybe she did'nt help them financially you tell me how many people have you helped have you even hugged a person with contagious disease or taken care of people who you dont even answer yourself no person in this world is perfect if a person does something good he also has his own share of bad deeds
