My first foam roller routine - this was the best muscle stretching! I have very tight hamstrings so I felt that the most and will definitely be adding more of these roller routines to my workout schedule.
This was totally new for me. I’ve watched my daughter do this during track season and never really understood it. Thanks for explaining and stressing to go slow.
After quite some intense workouts plus some running within the last couple of days I felt sore and tight. Foam rolling always helps me with this even though it feels like dying - all - the - f***ing - time! It's wort it, believe me!!!

Holy moldy, I struggled with my shoulders trying to hold up my body weight from behind, some felt really good, some were a big ouch. I did my best and that’s ok. It definitely was needed. Thank you Chris ❤❤❤❤😊

Wow…very unique and beneficial! I felt so relaxed afterwards! Thank you for introducing me to this new way of challenging myself. This was amazeballs! I didn't feel much on the hamstrings (although tbh I wasn't up for spending much time on my wrists.) I found some knots in my lower legs and the quads got pretty intense, which isn't surprising at all. So I guess that means I better add some foam rolling at the end of a workout at least once a week.
Love foam rolling I have done most of your older ones, so I was excited when I saw this on your upcoming schedule . No doubt that the mobility sessions have helped. Just a thought-have you thought about a series similar to the mobility? Maybe 10 - 15 minutes that focus on one area? Thanks for the variety and for the laughs

Loved this. It was hard on the wrists but I got through it. When we turned over and did quads, it was torture..I had no idea how much I needed it. Question: is there a benefit to using a hard vs soft roller or is it just personal preference?
Ok, so I am one of those very strange people that HATES getting massages. Hates them so so much. So this was…excruciating 😂😂but in a good way I guess? I swear I’m just broken, I own four different foam rollers bc I’m convinced it’s the roller and not me but I’m starting to think it’s actually me 😂😂😅😅 but I did make it through this entire routine and I’m definitely feeling not so tight so I’m going to make foam rolling a weekly habit to see if I can work up to maybe enjoying it? 😂anything is possible with Chris😂❤❤❤

It is definitely a personal preference. Some can't handle the harder roller
