Thanks so much, my physio recommended these 2 exercises for my stiff shoulders without the bit about the head support. When I tried to them at home my neck didn't feel right, so instinctively I started supporting my neck with my hands, but kept wondering if that reduces the benefits of the exercises. But seeing your video made feel confident of doing them the right way. You are a legend😊.
Chloe!!🍉🌻♥️🤸🏼 Thank you!! ~ that was incredibly simple & safe technique Well done and totally awesome🫶🏼🌸 I look forward to more videos. I love Pilates too!
Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for this video. I just bought a foam roller to go along with my yoga practice and the tips you gave me have helped so much!. Feels so good! 🤍
I have an extremely stiff back and neck, I’ve had back pain since I was like 9 y/o and a foam roller feels like a literal rock beneath me. It HURTS but I just do it super slowly and take rests so I’m not having sharp pain or anything and gradually let my back open up. I just need to figure out how to loosen my neck. I’m a college student so I’m constantly looking down at notes and books so good posture is kinda thrown to the wind. I’d like to start doing daily neck/back stretches but I haven’t found any helpful neck ones yet. This vid was really helpful for my back tho
Thank you. This is so useful. I struggle to maintain a work out routine but this is really helpful and easy to follow through. Just bought a foam roller.
I’m guilty of rolling all the wrong ways! No wonder my neck is so tight, I was rolling for upper back pain but straining my neck in the process. But this makes much more sense. 🫠
I have a question about ? Patient takes his right shoulder at the back side by putting weight on left forearm and thus, weight is distributed on both upper limb
Except if you’ve had 5 back surgeries and can no longer get on the floor. Can you make another video showing how to use the foam roller against the wall?

If you sit down for too long look into the UCS stretches and strength exercises. Might help

Do you recommend this with people who had spinal surgery, such as people who needed surgery due to scoliosis?
Good tips
