Nice Koala Skin!
Thanks! 👍
He Cool 😎👍🏻
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Buddy, thank u for your beautiful tutorials. After you I really think its possible to build whole setup around Koala.
One stupid question, can I use more than one midi controller connected to ipad -> koala? For example drum pads + keys
❤😊
I think I just found my app to make music on the go and streamline my workflow. This is purely insane for a mobile app?!
Did you move on from the maschine? I see the mpc over there
I have, and it’s not that I didn’t love the Maschine, It was awesome but I can’t justify two similar bits of hardware and I’ve always wanted to learn the MPC workflow. 🙂
How is koala compared to akai and ni machine - can u get the same groove?
How he get that background on Koala
I made it… www.nervousville.art 👍
You still like/use the sp-404 is it worth getting?
I do still use it, as for if it’s worth buying then it depends. You certainly wouldn’t need one if you’re happy with Koala but if you want a standalone hardware sampler then yes it’s awesome. I love mine and the FX and sound quality are great. I’ve also just bought an MPC One which you can buy secondhand for about the same as an SP-404 at least here in the UK. That’s a really good sampler too and arguably does a lot more than the SP. I’m hoping to do some videos on that soon too 👍
Thank you!@@nervouscooks
Dope! How you get the number on the pads
It’s a skin I made that has the numbers on it.
@@nervouscooks dope are you willing to share?
So where can I hear this track in its entirety?
I haven’t uploaded it anywhere yet but I’m working a beat tape 👍
Sounds good only thing is the bass is a little off
Did Maschine get moved out for the MPC?
It did, I couldn’t justify both and I don’t like stuff just sitting on a shelf so I sold it. I was sorry to see it go as I still think the pads on Maschine controllers are the best hands down! 🙂
@@nervouscooks I sold mine too, although I don't know if I'd get a modern MPC again or not. Learning how to use Maschine without reverting to doing bits of it on the laptop, is just unintuitive to me against a sampler were there is not a laptop involved to begin with! I'm waiting on an Electribe EMX-1 to arrive, and considering an older MPC to handle samples alongside it. I think MPC1000 used prices are a bit too steep ATM, though.
@@alancchapman yeah I understand that. I wasn’t really in the market for one but I got a really good deal on it. Time will tell whether I keep it. The older MPCs definitely hold the value more. I’ve seen MPC Ones cheaper than 1000s. My first impressions of the One are good though, it certainly does a lot for a standalone unit. The auto sampling feature is really nice. 👍🙂
