    I just found your account and have watched every video. You’re genuinely an amazing person I usually watch your videos whenever I’m overstimulated and there’s something so calming about your spirit and you’re so insightful too. I’m so proud of you getting up and going to the gym it’s really inspiring cause I too haven’t been moving much and seeing you really helps ❤❤❤ I’m happy to see you posting again and I’m looking forward to seeing you grow more.

    Don't give up. I feel like giving up sometimes too, but then I hate it when I have given up. I've decided to take it slow and gradual. The weight is coming off and I'm still eating what I want in moderation and learning how to say "no" to myself.

    As a girl who has also always been fat, it is very difficult for us to get our own validation. I always felt that I would only be truly beautiful if I lost weight, That's not true and it hurts because I know people look like: "Look, you're pretty, but you would be so much more so if you lost weight". I still try to lose weight for health reasons but it's so exhausting having to care about fitting into a standard. Anyway, you are amazing and it's going very well ❤️❤️❤️

      You just need to figure out your way to lose weight healthy way. Then if you're like most people you could even lose 20kg in under a year without adapting into unhealthy amount of exercising or losing the parts of life that make you happy like occasional snacks or other habits that don't really support dieting or exercising.

      @@imsarahkim if I may give you my honest opinion about cheat meals and cheat days, I do't think they work in the long run. It's more of a time where you feel you can eat whatever you want but, depending on the calories you ingest, it can reset completely what you've accomplished during the week. Some people think they're on a calorie deficit when they're really not because of this and results just don't show up as we wanted. I'd prefer eating that chocolate if I want to, eating that chip, eating that croissant, but then balance it out with other food throughout my day. I know it's not easy, and I'm coming from a different situation, but I find this easier because you don't restrict, which can lead to so many mental struggles, and it's much more sustainable long-term. All the best to you and don't give up, it's either taking time or some things in the process need some tweaks. Also, about the motivation: do whatever it takes with your goal in vision, you're doing it for yourself and even in days where motivation doesn't show up, those are the days you need discipline the most :) you'll thank youself later, trust me (I'm 32, everything seems slower now for me, results take longer, I don't have the same energy as when I was 20. Do it anyway! Not only for weight loss, but for overall health, bone density, etc).

    IMO Focus on health not weight loss. High stress can diminish the effects of working out. Also have you taken fiber supplements before eating out/dinner ? Plenty of health benefits.
    How about hiking/ getting outdoors for your workouts ? I find it a lot more motivating than the a the gym.
    Great video but i’m Still waiting to hear about how you met this man of yours 🤨

      @@imsarahkim look into soluble fiber in pill form that way you can take with you. 30-45 minutes before a meal. It will take awhile to show results but it’s worth it.

    Why are you eating a croissant after working out? You've just eaten more calories in that croissant than you burned in that gym session. Unless you dial in your nutrition, you will never lose the fat you want to lose. You cannot run off (or burn off) a bad diet x

    • @MR.Grimm206

      you're right for sure. the weekends are my cheat day and croissant is my favorite thing in the world haha so I reward myself for the hard work on those days 😁

    • @ElizabethNonsuch
      @ElizabethNonsuch 6 месяцев назад

      @@imsarahkim Cheat days ruin fat loss though. I would highly recommend you re-think 'cheating' and just dial in your nutrition for the week - finding things that are nutritious but give you happiness too. Try reframing your identity - in order to lose the fat permanently, you'll need to identify as someone who doesn't need or want cheat days. Otherwise, you're always undoing the a good 5 days with a bad weekend of eating. I'm not shaming you, just trying to educate you x

    • @ElizabethNonsuch
      @ElizabethNonsuch 6 месяцев назад

      @@MR.Grimm206 I'm not 'shaming' I'm showing her that eating a croissant is categorically damaging her progress. You won't lose fat eating croissants.
