Second video of yours I’ve listened to. Fantastic story ! Keep going ! Great mission ! I have a question. I’m now on carnivore also after keto. It’s amazing - but - I feel I’ve lost a bit too much weight. I’m barbell training now to gain back strength. How can I gain back some of the weight: I’m 6’3” 153-5 now and I know lifting will help but it there a way to replace some of the lost weight sooner. I was doing too much running so I’m now intervals instead -1000 % better… but still … Thanks !
@@carnivorelorenz thank you for responding - how about gaining weight outside of lifting. Can I eat even more meat - add eggs or add more fat ? Any thoughts
@ I suggest that to build muscle you have to atleast be eating enough protein. Calculate protein intake. lots of calculators online. Also for fat, our body will burn your stored body fat in absence of dietary fat. so if you eat more dietary fat, your body's tendency is to burn that first. Does that make sense?
Thank you for sharing this. I’ve been watching keto/ carnivore videos for about three weeks. Your video is raw and encouraging.
I'm Glad you're finding value in the videos. thank you

You're doing the right things. I would be building muscle through resistance training.
