I had breast cancer last year. During six months of chemo, a nice volunteer lady would come in with a tray full of snacks and offer them to all patients: crackers, chips, candy, soda. I politely refused and wanted to tell the other patients not to eat it. But they all did. I couldn’t believe the people trying to cure me were offering food that feeds the cancer.

I was 500lbs. I was severely diabetic. On over 300 units of insulin per day and still AIC's is the 14's. I had leg ulcers, a bad knee, a bad shoulder, I was going blind. Everything always hurt, and it took me 10 minutes to get out of bed and get my first cup of coffee in the morning. I was also a 2-3 pack a day smoker. I needed my little friends to have enough energy to walk from my car into work. About 6 years ago I went Keto, then for about a year or so I was pure carnivore, and today I am mostly carnivore, but I occasionally have some veggies, spaghetti squash, fermented ketchup, or a piece of the bread. The veggies I eat I grow myself in my own garden. I make the bread from flour, water, salt and yeast. Next year I am growing my own Heirloom wheat and making my own flour. I eat no refined seed oils at all, under any circumstance. I eat as much as I want when I get hungry, and sometime that is 4 lbs. of chuck roast fried in bacon grease. The I won't eat for another whole day, because I am not hungry. Today I have lost about 200lbs, my muscles have really grown a lot. I no longer smoke, I am no longer diabetic, my last A1C was a 5.4, my leg ulcers are gone, I am no longer going blind, my knee has healed, and my shoulders don't hurt. I love to ride coasters, not that I can fit on them. I am having a Christmas week in Florida to go ride coasters. I still have high BP, and I had a stroke last year because of it. I had a complete heart workup, by a vegan cardiologist (Who thought I was going to die because I ate bacon), after my stroke, Stress Test, Ultrasounds of my heart and neck, a Nuclear Scan a CTA scan and a CAC Score. I have no blockages at all and all my tests were ok and my CAC score was 0 (I am 50 years old). I am on BP Meds still, but that is the only medicine I am on. I made a complete recovery from my stroke and was back to work as normal 3 months later. I know it sounds crazy, but the meat and the fat from carnivore, helped my brain heal and relearn things, and I had to learn to walk and keep my balance an use my right hand all over again. Oh an my vitamin D is in the 130's (I don't take any supplements) I don't get sick any more. I work around sick, coughing people all day that pass it around all winter long. I just don't catch it or if I do, I get a little sniffle, I don't need any cold medicine an it is gone in 2 days. And my LDL was 109, HDL 86, and Triglycerides 32 on my last blood test a few months ago.

Losing three-four pounds a week, stopped snoring the first week, no more heartburn, reflux, headaches. My sleep quality went to bad 50% ish to 95 every night. Haven't had a headache in three weeks, my resting pulse is down 20bps with no extra exercise, blood pressure dropped to normal, my skin is amazing, no pimples for the first time since I was a teenager. Not to toot my own horn but I was diagnosed with stage 4 NHL cancer in 2017. My oncologist told me patients who don't go through chemo and radiation treatments usually don't last more than 5 years after being diagnosed. I was so weak and in so much pain, I knew if I went the rout of chemo and radiation I would not survive. So, I went home and did a few minutes of research and discovered several testimonies of people claiming what they did to shrink their cancerous tumors. So I began a natural dandelion root dietary supplement treatment. In 2 months I went back to get my blood tested again and my family doctor told me I was in complete remission. No sign of the cancer in my blood.
Cancer is a multibillion dollar industry. It thrives on our bad health. Why would they ever want to change that?
I asked my oncologist if there was a natural, less invasive treatment that wouldn't hurt me other than chemo and radiation. He told me he didn't know of any. Why was that if it took me less than 10 minutes to pull up personal testimonies explaining how they shrunk their cancerous tumors? The oncologist is supposed to be the expert, not personal testimonies on the internet. I started my own treatment and never went back. It's been 7 years and I'm still in complete remission. Still taking the natural supplements, plus I take 2 raw "bitter" apricot kernels every day.

Especially canola oil is extremely aggressive and actually corrosive to the body - It shouldn't even used as a engine-oil as lubricant (since it damages most modern car's aluminium motor-blocks through extreme corrosion). It's perfect to oil heavy STEEL-based machinery with it.
Though most seed oils are, not really supposed to be bodily digested …
*The kicker:* By the 1930s, the U.S. government considered _canola oil_ as _so _*_aggressive and corrosive_* (not only to bodily tissue but even metals), that it was strictly forbidden to be used for any *food* products - Only the U.S. Navy was allowed to use it for protecting their ships' cannons and naval guns with it as a lubricant (it offered a lubricating film while canola is at the same time so aggressive, that it wasn't easily washed off and also could be used as a rust-remover!).

@@MooMoo-fw3kh The idea of Alzheimer’s disease being referred to as “Type 3 Diabetes” was popularized by Dr. Suzanne de la Monte, a neuropathologist, in the mid-2000s. Dr. de la Monte and her colleagues proposed the idea based on evidence suggesting that insulin resistance in the brain could play a central role in the development of Alzheimer’s disease, similar to how insulin resistance in the body contributes to Type 2 diabetes.
This theory highlights the potential connection between metabolic dysfunction in the brain and the onset of Alzheimer’s, although it’s still a hypothesis, and more research is needed to fully understand the relationship. The term “Type 3 diabetes” has gained some traction in scientific and popular discussions, but it’s not universally accepted in the medical community.

Went from vegan to vegetarian to carnivore. On carnivore I immediately dropped to my optimum weight, no longer take the over processed vitamins and protein powders, no more anxiety. Body isn't bloated, feel better than have EVER. Hair loss dropped dramatically, aches and pains I associated to "just what happens as you get older"..all a lie. Do your research folks. My mom's dementia REVERSED in one month after we put her on carnivore. Shocked, it was like watching an absolute miracle take place.

@5thribroarn304 I'm older and I've been doing research for many decades, when I worked for a large state for the government they gave me access to a super computer, I learned a lot right away and one of the things I learned is that real truth is subjective now and doesn't follow science or history anymore.
Sugar (refined) was not used because all the tests and experiments caused the subjects to die sooner .
I found articles in old news papers and it was going on this way for over a hundred years, then they forced changes in how they selected people that were going to vote for the product to be accepted.
      Long story short, corruption.
Now sugar is finally being labeled poison because it is.
Just not on the labels yet 🤣
You can't find those articles or information anymore, we're about to be censored into a deficit of knowledge.
Most cashier's today aren't able to make simple change for a dollar without a calculator.
      Education is key .

We live in a society now that says 'do it' if it feels good so I'm not surprised here. Good info.

At 11:26 the doctor nails it. There is no money in telling people to eat right but bigger money in selling drugs to sick people!!!

True story. Pete DePoe, the original drummer of Redbone (“Come And Get Your Love”) and creator of the King King Beat, told me he was losing his mind to Alzheimers. I could hear over the phone how his memory was slipping. Pete was sad and scared. One day I called him and noticed his memory was getting better. I asked Pete how he was improving. He told me he started working out with weights 2x each day. This was about 4 years ago and the man is in excellent shape today at age 81. (See circa 7:50)
