Draper Air Compressor Repair and Quick Wash - Capacitor replacement - Starter replacement

Some years ago my compressor stopped working, the capacitor had started to smoke and burned a hole in the side.
I just never got around to fixing it, but finally decided to buy the replacement part and put it right.
