I started training myself this skill last year. Now i'm doing it in like 50% of the situations and this is a huge progress for me.

I've seen a video for you previously where you talked about how you adapted a new routine that might have helped you get rid of your deppersion, first of all, I'm happy to see someone having this transition in his life, and I want to ask if there was a method that helped you stick with the routine through your deppresion?

I am not sure if this is the best way but it worked for me. I would start every day listening to motivational speeches on youtube. I would also get angry about all the things I missed or messed up in life because of the depression. When I had to do something difficult I would visualize a physical battle with depression. It is difficult to keep that level of intensity going all the time. About every other week I would crash at some point and take a long nap from exhaustion. It isn't an easy way to live but it is so much better than living with depression.
