      Your brain requires certain amount of protein daily to feel satisfied. If you feed your brain early in the day with protein and fat. No sugar or carbs. Then you will have a day free of cravings. Try it, you will. For example boiled eggs and avocado slices. Avocado es the perfect companion for a breakfast meal🎉❤god bless.

    I’m 42 and was diagnosed with adhd in my late 30s so sadly it was too late cause I missed finding my true love by wasting time with the wrong men! Had 2 kids out of wedlock and having to file for bankruptcy so yes I’m depressed! How do you suppose I deal with that? My daughter also has a mental illness and I feel I failed her and now she’s 16.

    It's kinda weird he is specifically using "hating tags" as a symptom but I think it's just hypersensitivity to certain things haha like for me I have a lot of sensitivity around like more than one sound at once like two songs playing or a phone and a tv happening at once or being super bothered by how certain clothes feel on my body, things like that haha

I’m not sure what it is about it, I think it’s the lobe/canal transition that makes it so elegant. But could also be the curvature and placement on thee head that is really intriguing. Good for you Mari you beautiful ear having human.

    Consequences are not good for people whose brains are deeply anxious or depressed. Stealing their work and doing it for them is not right either. It does take away their self-esteem. ADHD has all of the above. Show us how once. Not tell us we will have consequences. If your way doesn't work for them, then have an alternative way they will develop it but show them your way too.

    • @albertadlg
      @albertadlg 9 дней назад

      Yes, I understand it can come across as rude. But I think the point he was trying to make , is that people are getting diagnosed left right and center with BPD and there is a stigma associated with it. He prefers to distance himself from the stigma and rather to go look for the underlying cause, which is usually trauma. And the good news is, that he can treat:)

I also really don’t like the way he speaks about children with ADHD, especially his own children, or even the way he speaks about his ex wife and current wife. It’s icky. It gives off savior complex - he knows best and without him and his knowledge people cant be as successful.
