I love watching their recipes here. However, I wish that they would have subtitles in English. I love crispy Pata but if my hearing was correct he said 320 degrees Fahrenheit for the deep frying part. I don't believe that's hot enough to sear the surface and will allow too much oil to enter the meat itself.
