Is there any trick to know how many isomers a molecule has? Or do you just have to work it out until you can't any longer and then count the amount you got?

Same question. Could you please make a video on how to know it?

Please you make a video for isomer of octanol C⁸H¹⁸O for tomorrow

But there are about 100 of those !
There are 18 isomers of just Octane, and then there are about 6 places on EACH of those to put the extra O.
Have you been asked to do this for school ?

That’s good feedback. I will stop using this writing utensil because it leads me to write too small. Thank you for letting me know
