Love this. I would do a daybed or pullout sofa and use loft for storage. The tool chest would go, get a bigger fridge and a washer combo. Love it!
I'd put the tool chest in the shed, it would be safe storage for so many things.

Very nice tiny home and lot. Love the wraparound deck and sliding glass door. For those that don't like the patchwork look of the ESP panels, the stucco inside and out hides all the screws. Great affordable price for the home, especially considering everything that is included. And $200 a month lot rent helps the budget and is way velow what othet communities charge. I just watched a tiny home tour on another channel in acommunity in California, they are paying $1,000 a month lot rent and utilities aren't included! 😮
Love their homes and communities. But I’m wondering why so many have left after a year or two.

The deck & sliding door alone make this home "Special" ! Looks like a real home with the skirting done so nicely. And the colour! Just add some upper cabinets & a decorative balustrade to loft. You could add some shelves into the triangle or a mirror Truly 🖤 this one.

I am definitely looking to investing in a tiny home. I don’t know where to start. I live here in Kentucky and we don’t have tiny homes here so I have spoke to a realtor really didn’t give me much information.
I do really like the glass sliding door as well.

I do agree about Morristown being a beautiful place to live. Panther Creek Park. I could see it from my front porch. And now look at the West end. Then being 45 mins. From Gatlinburg. Awesome area there. I think there is like 5 lakes close by. Norris lake. Cherokee. Then there is the reservation. Wow guys.
Cherokee NC is NOT a reservation . The land is privately owned by the tribe unlike other federal Native American reservations.
10x20 with loft and sliding glass door is soooo cool. Personally, I don’t think I like the little villages, I would like one out on my own land, secluded.

The steel tool holder chest works great and won't wear out. We used them when we were first married.
That IS a clever idea, and with the wood top and wheels on bottom, it can be slid over next to the existing kitchen counter as needed for when you get a big cooking project going in the kitchen, then back out of the way when you're done. Cute place!

Amish built homes on their properties. And when they do have a new development it's only for new homes. Not ones currently being built. My build is coming up and I have no chance. Guess it will have to sit in my yard till this winter when I can find an RV park willing to let me rent a spot.

The golf course is out of the ordinary, they are surely being careful to make a community that will be acceptable to the local residents. You're lucky you have a yard to park it in, anyway. Good luck finding a spot.
Just a thought: if you still have a home now, why not try to sell your upcoming build, then use the proceeds to get in on the next project they open?

They will build your home at their factory and you will have to pay for transport

Randy & Amanda. Suggestion: Please dolly up the "Woody", with some classy hillbilly style decor, like millions of people go to Silver Dollar City city, MO to see & stay at their cabins in that area. I don't remember any showings of the woody with decor & furniture in it. I still like that Woody the best for a little smaller size tiny home. You have added more storage too! The upstairs with the stairs at the back is so popular but you need to use your thickens stain & show it off in 2 different stains. When I see the Woody in your communities, they are a super cute standout of a tiny home & to me they are exactly what a tiny home should be, all WOOD. Also, advertise with a large printed out poster that you can make yourself, off a computer, saying you can pick from 2 different Thickens stains & these homes are built by the Amish. These wood homes last forever & should be advertised much more!! 99.9% of women will NOT stain their homes inside or outside!! Don't try to make them cheaper, sell them completed for the beautiful jewel that they are!!!💎💎💎💎💎💍💍💍💍💍💍💍💍💍
In Kansas there are old wood built homes & barns that are still in good shape that were built a long time ago. It's about taking care of them like any other home. Wood is so special and gorgeous. 😍

Have you guys ever thought of doing the shutter bi fold doors. I've thought about doing the wood shutter window and bi- fold wood door. Easy to stain and polyurethane. I love them. Did some in 1 of my homes.

I truly do not understand why the upstairs ceiling height for the loft has to be so low. You literally cannot sit up straight from your sleeping spot without bumping your head at the top. How many people will actually tolerate that? Why not make it at the very least a foot higher?
they make most all of them 13'6" tall like this one .... they cant be any taller than 13'6" tall from the ground to the top of the roof , for transport to keep it legal , or im sure theyd make it taller
