Yes there is.
The web site says large down payment to do contract then more down for loan payments that is really high in today's economy. Down payments are as much as a normal home. That needs to be changed to be able to sell more homes there. Love your homes. But down payments to high. Love all the changes. 🥰

Maybe you could change the elongated toilet to a round bowl. They usually cost less and in the 10x30 unit, you would get a little more space between the toilet and sink base. Just a thought.

My favorite room in my house on foundation is a screen porch rebuilt after a tornado as an enclosed room - with cedar tongue and groove covered with only one coat of polyurethane. I knew I had made a good choice when my very picky older brother sat down in the recliner and went “wow, this is beautiful.”
And Melody is awesome. How about offering the Melody-selected curtains, pillows and bedding as an additional package?

Not sure, it might be there behind the plant, the wall by the steps, is there an outlet for a tv? When you decide where to put outlets for tv placement, is there a thought process? Most of us do have tvs 😊. Just wondered. The Charleston is beautiful 👏🏻
When you order one built you can request an extra outlet at a specific location.
Does Melody do any consulting on the side? I could certainly use her expertise in my 12x20! 😊 great prices on the all wood versions. It allows for more freedom in choices, for example I prefer a satin finish polyurethane instead of the shiny, and I would stain any beams a bit darker than the trim or counters, and in some areas like the bathroom I might paint the wood trim white.
In the Lexington, and the Woody, you can put 3 casement windows evenly spread apart and each one being higher than the next one, like I have seen you do in other homes with the stair well, which would add some lighting and open them for some fresh air coming through. I would put a safety wall right there so that you can use as a headboard, switch the bed lengthwise, and a nightstand/dresser. I would also put a 12-inch-high safety wall overlooking the kitchen as well, and still have air flow into the loft. That wall would give you a place to mount cabinets or open shelving.
As for the electrical box, why not have it higher on that wall and the homeowner can put a picture over it using magnets, and if they need to access it, it would be closer to eye level. I do love the stairs at the end of the house like in this and the Woody. I also love the corner kitchen, and under the corner is a good place for the water heater, with an outside access panel. If you have to switch it out, you won't have to drag it through the house. I would put an island cart on that wall near the door, that you can move around as well. There are many on Wayfair with lockable casters. They also provide extra storage. In the kitchen from the window to the wall, I would put either cabinets, or open shelving, even around and to the vent hood. A place to put your dishware, bowls, mugs, glassware, etc.
In the Amanda, have a sliding door between the two windows in the living room-kitchen area, and a sliding door, in place of the double window in the bedroom, and have a double window on the other side of the bedroom. The frontside of the bedroom can be a sliding door and have a long deck the width of the house and wraps around over the hitch and have the picnic table and grill on that area of the deck. (Over the hitch) or wrap around where the bedroom is, and a wide sliding window over the headboard of the bed. I would hope for the option of a single sink in the kitchen and a shower only in the bathroom the same width of the tub/shower. Some of us don't want to step over a tub when we only do showers. I would put the electrical panel in the hallway across from the hall closet, at eye level, then people can put a picture over it.

ITH has properties that they want to fill with long term residents, so they collect key money up front to lock in a lot at a deeply discounted lot rent price. You pay up front to get monthly lot rent that is half, or less than half, of what other communities nearby charge. It's meant to be an incentive for people who want a community of long term neighborly neighbors. ITH can then keep the lot rent very low no matter how long you live there.

I love the Amanda
Most of my friends prefer the Augusta in the 10’x24’. They appreciate the 4’x10’ laundry room at back. But mostly they love the huge loft area above the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
Is there any chance of the Augusta having a similar all wood unpainted option?
$59,900.. This price is good and the layout is one of the best..Amish best 👌 all wood superb...$69,900 is superb, great Floorplan... Does Melanie decorate on the side, l'd have her decorate in a heat beat... Amanda is a beautiful tiny as well... just as it's name sake... best set of homes ever❤❤
The Luanne will always be my favorite, but I loved the Lexington as soon as I saw it. I can’t do the one-sided kitchen in a hallway next to the bathroom- just my preference since I like to cook. When will you have a Luanne model to show?

This made by Amish makes me wonder how can Amish build nationwide, furniture. Tiny homes, homes and Amish RV’s? Yeah Amish RV’s. I don’t trust these two.
On the Amanda, I would move the door to where that window is coming into the kitchen, it's kinda closed in walking straight into a wall, plus you could walk straight into your kitchen with your groceries!😊😊

I love the tile like flooring. It would be nice to have a few selections of this options even if it was just 3. Beige, grey, like two variations a light beige and a darker beige, a light grey a darker grey. Can someone find their own flooring and have you add it? Uhhhh…that last home was pure perfection ❤❤❤❤❤
These are some wonderful deals. One question that I have is...if I just wanted a shower instead of the bathtub/shower combo, would it cost more? I am just one of those people that hate tubs and also think about when I get older, I won't want or be able to step over into the tub to take a shower or even be able to get up out the tub.
I heard Randy say they could do a tub/shower or a 36" shower in another video.

that first interior is just like a real home. you just need to offer a deck that can be packed inside for transport, and a bedroom at the back where the mirror is. paint it all white, beautiful. let the kids have that loft. oh then i see the charlston.. it's great. except the toilet opposite the kitchen is a no no..lol but Ranfd got given a home, and he prefers the little box..
The more I look at the Amanda, the more I like it! I’m sorry guys, this home is not so tiny, it’s very spacious.
I can’t understand how come the cottage at 10’ x 20’ is so much smaller looking. Oh this model is 10’ x 24’. The 4’ is needed to make the kitchen living room a nice size for the cottage, I think and my trailer door swings outside and if the cottage opened up to the outside, the kitchen living room would be large enough, I think.
