@@madcow8114 I usually have a pretty good idea of what I want before I step up to the window and if i don’t and need to read the whole menu, I would be sure to stay clear of the window and not hold up the people behind me …but that’s just me.

That's just how it is in the service industry, gotta have that patience.
They have a pretty big menu. Which is good for variety but bad because some people get overwhelmed when it’s their turn to order. So many options.

Your stuff looks so good but my goodness gracious. How do you get away with putting such itty-bitty little slivers of avocado on? 24 minutes and 30 seconds you can barely see the avocado. Which is weird because you guys are so generous with your fries, and I love the fact that you cook them until they’re brown and not, bright yellow. Someday I’m gonna knock on your door and ask for a chili cheese dog, but I’m gonna ask for extra cheese. Cause that looks a little skimpy side also. You guys have done a brilliant job of inventing these things. Chris is red hots, he has Fritos to put on top of chill dogs, which seems like a yummy idea, and some kind of potato stuff that looks really weird. And cream cheese, which seems really weird and stewed onions which seems weird, but I think that’s an East Coast thing. I love that you steam your buns. And I love how clean your place is. You seem to have a lot of integrity as far as health standards go and that’s wonderful. And I love how generous you are with your well heated macaroni and cheese and the fact that you heat your bacon. I hate cold bacon. You really take extra steps to make the hotdog experience as good as it can be. And another great sign of your integrity and your desire to go the extra mile: you have those wonderful Heinz ketchup dunk cup packets instead of those little squeezy things. That’s very impressive to me! Keep up the good work! But remember, do you really have to get 20 servings out of one avocado?
Thanks for such an extensive review!! We really respect honest constructive criticism especially when delivered with honest compliments. We usually do and have done a quarter of avocado on one hot dog. With that being said I do see we have fallen short of this amount many times.

@@PrettyOddWieners well, I had a lot more to say. I don’t eat avocado lol I don’t mind the taste of it but it’s too squishy or something. Like if I had a hotdog truck, it would be exactly like yours. I thought about doing something like this my entire life which is now practically over lol. I love that you have different kinds of sausages. I love the bacon wrapped hotdogs. I used to think I invented those back in 1963. I held the bacon on with toothpicks and broiled them. And your inventiveness is so clever and culinary wise like the Rubin…… Simply outstanding and of course, all the other ones, but that one really impresses me. I used to go to Lake Tahoe every summer for a week when diana ross used to play Caesars for a week. I would’ve been your best customer! Maybe I can get here to go there again, she’s 80 tours all over the world, but she hasn’t played Tahoe in a while. Anyway, thank you for getting back to me and every wish for your continued success! But I’ll be watching………

I feel like the passion of food comes through the food truck way more than any brick and motor location I’ve ever been to. I wanted to open the food truck, but I’m gonna wait a couple years and just open a brick and mortar location because I want to do it all. food with soul, sell toys, And magic the gathering cards, pokémon , etc, And who is the lan parties on a whole bunch of X boxes, and play halo. I would have a tournament with a five dollar entry fee and whoever gets first place wins the money. But if I win I’ll just donate it to Saint Judes, ❤️🌌☮️🕊 god willing of course 💯🌌🕊🥹✝️

Yes! We squeeze the lemons then strain the concentrate of pulp. We add the fresh squeezed concentrate and water ino the drink machine.

Here’s a healthy comment for you. The reason people are eating on the go at a food truck is because they likely have job(s). With no overhead that exudes to the customer, doing your “top right will ask you a question” is so cringe and anti customer I wouldn’t be surprised most your customers are loyalists bc who’d come back after that spiel at a hotdog food truck. And making them wait with the pager? Yikes

Especially when I can go to Walmart and my small deli and make it myself for a quarter of that price... Yes he goes to Walmart for his condiments and cheese and other ingredients and calls it high quality 😂. Guy is a thief ... I wouldn't be able to sleep if I ripped people off like this.... especially that syrup lemonade. Wtf is that!!! Stay away from this guy!!!
