First time seeing a video of people at work. Do people usually watch the entire time you are at work? Seems kinda weird , why not just get a job doing it and get paid instead.

Damn good video bro. Absolutely on point about having the passion for the chaos and love of everything about the life of a restaurant employee. I was in high end restaurants for 48 years. 35 of those years as a Chef doing the work of a line cook and an executive Chef. Very long days and busy as you can be. Spent 18 years in my last restaurant to work for. It was an amazing Steak and Seafood place. The restaurant itself would do a constant $7-$10 million a year. I've been retired since the COVID outbreak. I was at retirement age so I did. Now I miss it horribly. Going to get back in as a line cook or expediter/line cook. You guys do a great job and I love how everyone focuses when it gets busy and doesn't bitch about anything. Great staff. Have a good one.
