Yes, we try to do that at every event. Time is not relative inside that trailer when we are busy.

Hello I’m from Antioch California and will definitely be taking a trip out to see you, I was wondering what you guys would recommend I order❤
Sweet! Looking forward to serving you! I would try the garlic parm fries or the flyn Hawaiian fry’s! Hot dogs I would try Cali or Sonoran for the bacon wraps, or Elk sausage Seattle style add chipotle honey mayo. Honestly it really comes down to what flavors you enjoy!!
You gotta try some of those crispy potato fries that come in a can on your hotdog they’re really really good and gives a good crunch without the veg
We use to have a cheese fry hot dog on the menu a while back. It was a big hit!

When you use the cooler is it just water you put in it? Or will you also put soda in as well?
Most probs just water as it’s less expensive than coke etc. just my opinion tho. lol I could be wrong.

@@ronaldmarshall917exactly yeah, seems like they get some of the water from Costco so it’s pretty cheap. Less worry and less work for Jill!
You both are correct. Also free up space in the fridge for more sodas and bring more water bottle stock to reload the cooler.
Brian Jill and Joe it was busy you guys were all working together as a team Evan needs to pick up the pace Jill you are very polite to the customers and you know how to make fries Brian making all different kinds of fries do no sauces the hot dogs with the bacon Joe pushing out the orders you guys are a good team can you make the customers happy
To be honest the fact nobody is writing what things are on the boxes is slowing that guy down (I noted a couple of times they did write on boxes but not all times).
Usually it’s fluid and fast but not so much today.

@chrisccb we agree this is kind of a sore spot for us. Who do you think should write on the box? The hot dog builder? Or the person next to him ready to send it out the window? What do you think could make this process faster? Thanks ❤️
@@PrettyOddWienersI’d say whoever closes the box, this way nobody has to reopen it again (it took the guy some time opening and closing boxes).
I have a food truck here in the UK I have a kitchen printer (square can do that too) and I can stick it to the boxes when I’m doing a big order or multiple.
I’ve noticed you input the order into the terminal and write a ticket for it. Don’t know if that is the best way to do it to be honest.
You guys are flying though and your channel is certainly going big, keep it up.
I’m waiting on a new custom trailer being built and I’m reopening after Christmas break.

@chrisccb Congrats on the new trailer build! We have a ticket printer at our main location now which is game changing! We felt the events may be too busy for a printer, but willing to look into it again. Looking into maybe plastic clear containers so you can see what the dog is, then no need to write on it. Always trying to figure out a better way. Totally agree tho there should be no need to open and close boxes like that. Thanks for your support❤️

My wife and I on the drive back from picking up our first hot dog cart 11 years ago. We knew back then we didn't want to sell the average hot dog! Do you like it?

Does your menu board note that the FRIES are not parve / kosher since they are cooked in same oil as the bacon wrapped dogs??? A lot of people don’t eat any type of pork. Inviting your customers to visit this channel may bring you unwanted contact. Suggest you add that to your menu board if not already.
Sorry if this was taken wrong way but many cultures don’t eat pork so thought you might like the heads up. Personally, I love bacon!
