    Thanks IV8888 team!
    For the LRBHO, anyone can swap to a different Lifter to ensure the BCG cycles fully. Every Bearing Delay upper includes 2 Lifters. Seems like Eric is shooting the standard K Lifter. Changing the Lifter will adjust the dwell time to make the gun run more aggressively or slower. We have Lifter designed to make sure the upper will cycle with really low power ammo and we have Lifters designed to reduce recoil for higher power ammo (like +P+).
    Lots of people curious about Glock magazines... yes, the upper works with every Glock lower that we've tried. You will need to remove the ejector from the lower, which is usually a couple of fasteners. As Eric showed, we have LRBHO with our magazine systems. For a Glock lower setup, LRBHO depends on the lower... so some will and some won't
    MEAN currently has 10% off all orders (including the upper) with code: INFLATIONSUCKS
    And, we have a layaway option of the upper
    Every upper includes lifetime free service and our Lifetime Warranty - if you ever have a problem with the upper, we will fix or replace it

      I have the 9mm uppers from CMMG. I use your conversion mags adapters for that upper I was wondering if you might possibly be coming out with a mag/ conversion kit for the CMMG 40 caliber uppers. I would also like to know if you’re going to come out with a 40 caliber upper, that would use a standard lower.

  • @Rushifell
    @Rushifell 8 месяцев назад +1

    There are 5 different lifters that you use to tune the rifle, the best choice is determined by the ammo you're using and shooting suppressed or not etc. If you have an issue with cycling changing the lifter can be the difference. I own a 16" of this gun. I had some minor issues to work out and had a fantastic experience working with MEAN on it and got incredible support from them. It now runs flawlessly. The upper comes with 2 lifters but there are others, a lifter changes your dwell time with the bolt closed by changing the angle on the face of the lifter which changes the force needed to actuate the locking mechanism. I built mine out to be pretty fancy and i love it. The endomags work great too. The issues i had weren't related to the upper itself and un the end turned out to be the captured buffer i was using, switching to a normal h2 and flat spring fixed it up entirely. I am trying another captured system this weekend (hopefully), but had an issue with the armaspec h2 captured buffer.

    • @ZEE0H6
      @ZEE0H6 8 месяцев назад

      I had issues with the Armaspec gen 4 SRS buffer as well. The small secondary spring is what provides the preload and it wasnt enough pressure to seat the BCG. I made a nylon spacer to sit behind that spring to increase preload and it worked. I ultimately switched it out to a standard Tubbs flatwire and kynshot and that thing is smooth.

    • @Rushifell
      @Rushifell 8 месяцев назад +2

      @@ZEE0H6 nice, mine was a gen3 H2. A normal flat spring and H2 worked just fine. I now have the unrivaled duty buffer in there which is carbine weight and haven't had any problems so far but only about 250 through it since then.

    • @cl4998
      @cl4998 8 месяцев назад

      Yeah, wtf is that about?! Most manufacturers skimp out, use inferior alloys of aluminum (six thousand series) rather then going with 7075 t6, but they can be made serviceable, unlike a polymer handguard. I'm not a big fan of any wear part being made from polymer, just due to the legislation that's been getting passed across the nation lately.

      @cl4998 8 месяцев назад +1

      Way better alternative to this rifle. The fact they skimped, and went with a polymer handguard is a joke. I'm sure they will use the weight justification, when its really about profit margins. Its difficult to make a rigid, and relieble aluminium handguard; polymer shouldn't be considered for a handguard or any wear part material, especially one with a rail.

      It's a recoil booster or Nielsen device. Some handguns need the extra boost to cycle reliably with a suppressor. The extra weight on the barrel can even stop it cycling. A fixed barreled gun like this doesn't need it. But cool we got to see it working on this video.
