Youngest got her's early. Told her if she took a buck with the Traditions G2 357 mag. It would be her's. Well one button buck later 😆 Did get a 10/22, but that was for me 👍
Funny this video came out. Earlier this year, I visited my grandfather for his 80th birthday. Vietnam Marine Vet, who has used everything from 1897 Shotguns to those Dutch Golf Ball Grenades. When I went up, I brought a few pistols with me, a rifle to show him, and a gift gun. I get done unloading a bunch of stuff the family sent up to him. We sit in the garage for an hour or two looking over all his new swag and talking. Then I go into the bed of my truck and pull out a shotgun case. Hand it off to him and he looks baffled as could be. He opens it up and looks giddy as a school boy. It was a brand new Mossberg 500 from the factory with an 18.5 inch security barrel and a 26 inch barrel threaded for chokes. He worked the action, looked it over, and had a giant smile on his face. "I tell you, son, that's the only gun I'd actually accept from you. Wanted one for years and any time one comes up for sale, I have something else I want more." Three days later, an Op-Sol Adapter arrived since he loves Aguila Mini-shells for an old British double he has with 2 inch chambers.
Can you do a Top 5 front porch/ deck list? I built a 10x20 enclosed front deck man cave with hidden compartments. Need a gun out there. In case if any threats pull in the driveway. The 590 would be nice!
I have an awesome neighbor who watches over my property. He even waters my plants and garden when I go on vacation. I got him an 1858 Rem. Sheriff model. We are in MA and he hasn’t jumped through the Queen’s hoops yet and I wanted him to have something better than a pointy stick. I’m pan lubing some Kerr bullets and plan to send over a 100 box of paper cartridges and a tin of caps.
A few years ago I got each if my grandchildren, one boy, one girl a .22 BUT Thev 22's I got them were AR-15's in .223 Wilde that I built from scratch with high end parts.
great list,,,, always appreciate your content.... one thought for another day is how to explain filling out the 4473 and not get jammed up with the question regarding Q#1.... with the purchaser intending to give it as a gift checking yes and them knowing they are not breaking the law... Not sure if that makes sense... I've known folks who made the mistake of thinking it's illegal to purchase a firearm and give it away after having checked yes on question #1... Thanks again,,, BTW,,,, whisker ambient sounds being picked up by your mic, which I am sure you know already..lol... Merry Christmas Eric from long time fan and sub here in the frozen tundra of Auburn Hills, Michigan.........
well, the purpose of that question is to determine if you’re buying it on behalf of someone else who would otherwise be prohibited from purchasing and owning a firearm That’s different than buying it for yourself with the intention to gift it. as long as the recipient is not legally barred from firearm ownership, you would be fine. Full disclosure, I’m not a lawyer .
Yeah ive never gifted a gun but bought one 2 days ago. I wondered how you can gift a gun while saying im buying it for me. And how long is that binding? Months, years?
i know you don't work there anymore but does moss pawn have a range to rent guns and is it wheelchair accessible? I'm thinking of going there next year
WTF? You can't gift someone a Sub 2000 without pairing it with a hundie-wrapped HiPoint C9. Have you forgotten which pawn shop you came from? Don't be a cheapskate!
@@Iraqveteran8888I got a mosin 91/59 a couple months ago at auction for right around $200. They’re out there if you’re patient and look around. Agree tho, it’s not very reasonable to walk into a pawn shop and expect to find one for a few hundred bucks anymore.

The hardest part of buying a gun as a gift is not keeping it for myself.

Some of the best gifts are the ones we give ourselves.
The 590 is a great platform
Hey Eric, we wanna see you do a melt down on a bolt gun preferably a mosin that would be epic!
How would you get a bolt action hot enough for it to “melt down”

What’s with all the bot comments lately?
Right!? Reporting them as spam has become one of my new favorite things.
Stop reporting bots, it doesn’t solve the problem.
If you want to stop the bots, all you need to do is to put all your money into b!tcoon
Where is CHAD ?????

When did you last watch this channel? He now runs Argos Ordinance, an AR manufacturer, so only has time to very occasionally guest on this channel.
I would love to see more gunsmithing content
I'm pretty sure RUclips hates that
Rossi 357 lever gun is a great gift.
A descent ar15 lower
A 10/22 probably tops the list
Been lookin at stoeger
I have a few of their o/u and they’re my favorite shotguns. Just paint them with a good acrylic paint because they tend to rust
The str9 is pretty solid too imo

Surprised you didn't have a PSA Dagger or one of their AR's.
Did he say "birfdays"?
I bought myself a Keltec sub2000 gen3 for Christmas. I put a set of Magpul spring loaded sights on it and a couple of extra Glock mags for it😎😎😎😎.
What if I answered "This firearm is only for me" on the 4473?
well, the purpose of that question is to determine if you’re buying it on behalf of someone else who would otherwise be prohibited from purchasing and owning a firearm

@@777SFINN777 There is no binding. You can buy it and then an hour later decide you don't like it and gift it or private sale.
@@DeimosPC depends on what state you are in. Some states have a form and transfer fee with a background check to transfer between two people...😮😮😮

Merry Christmas Eric!
I’ll take one each please
Are you giveaways’s gun?
🎄
My list is better:
1-) FAL
2-) SMLE
3-) Glock 17L
4-) Beretta 92FS
5-) Mossberg 590
Guys, can you match it?
I bought my own 10/22 as an adult, with the goal of giving it to my offspring, when I get to that point 😁
I'm sending this to everyone I know 😂...dropping hints
Are you currently in the Witness Protection Program?????😶

you lost me at the kel-tec sub2000. owned one, sold it. very uncomfortable to shoot, so many better options out there for cheap pcc.
No Eric. You can’t even touch a Mosin today for less than like 500. So sad. The cheap mil surp days are basically over
