  • Today I want to show you some of my favourite pole handstand conditioning exercises. These are also great exercises to help you build strength in your headstands. Whether you're a pole dancer learning to handstand and headstand or you just want to build strength in the movements, these exercises will help.

      @@PoleFreaks I actually can't get into a handstand most of the time. If I do it's a kick and against a wall 😔

    How do i properly wrap my hand around the pole

      Do you mean for a handstand? There are lots of different grips so it’s hard to say without seeing you. Just make sure you have a nice line from your shoulder to your wrist. I hope that helps! 😀
