    I still can't do handstand without a push, I can't deadlift yet. This will help me a lot when I'm working out. You have a new subscriber

    I have been training for 2/3 months and still cannot do the inverts let alone the shoulder invert 😔 kinda sad hahah any tips? I train for an hour 2/3 times a week or maybe i need more time but idk i get very anxious and really wanna rush into learning asap 😅

      Hi! Have you only been learning pole for a couple of months? It took me ages to nail my moves including a year to get the shoulder mount after I started trying! I would say to really focus on your strength work like knee tucks as they’re the building blocks for everything! I hope that helps 😀 You’ll get it 💪🏼

    what size pole do you use? and do you have a preference on lupit pole or x-pole?

      I have 45mm and 40mm poles and they are all x poles 😀
