I feel like God brought me to you and your videos. I found some peace watching your videos. It has motivated me to go to my first online bible study yesterday, and that was the day i actually had no thoughts or feelings of anxiety. I was so relaxed and even sleepy. I don’t normally get tired but after my bible study i was ready to go to sleep at 8:32 pm. Not only that but in the same night after my bible study i reconnected with a loved one and found peace in a situation i was dealing with.
Hi David, if you read 1 John 4:18 in context, I believe the “fear” in the text is not referring to all fears, but specifically the fear of God’s judgment. For believers, we do not need to fear judgment since Jesus paid it for us. So, knowing the love of God drives away fear of God’s judgment. Hope this helps. God bless.
Once again, God used one of your videos at the perfect time. I’d been on a week and a half of smooth sailing, but 2 nights ago I had an attack that made me realize this whole thing is held together with fear (made possible by weak faith in His Love/Word). It’s like God put a relapse on slo-mo for me to see it convincently. Panic attacks and Insomnia were one of my initial fears when this started 2 months ago. This video was God confirming His Word and Work in my life. It also gave me practical guidance that I will use moving forward. God will help ANYONE that will come to Him. This whole thing is designed to help us trust ONLY God and understand that we are nothing without Him. God is Love. God is good!!!
I made the mistake as a new Christian going to revival nights at church and delivery ministry. BIG MISTAKE ! Jesus is the only way! The journey is tough but praise god he helps and guides when I ask him 🙏💖

@@Holly-tc4id Sure will. What has helped me immensely was being convinced He was with me. He says to you “Fear not, for I am with you.” Even during debilitating crippling painful fear those words and His presence were my comfort. You will win! For He is with you!
Fear caused me to have anxiety and insomia. It came when the pandemic started and my son in about state became ill. I was afraid. He recovered well but I was stuck for months, even now I'm still being healed slowly but surely. Fear is definitely from the devil. I'm seeking God more daily.
I think that’s when it started for me also. My son became sick also chills fever but thank god it was only strip throat. But the fear depression anxiety stayed with me still dealing with it today with Jesus help we will get thru this.
I watched this video in the spring when I went through an agonizing trial accompanied by depression. It has returned and nothing is helping. Your videos are the only thing that gives me even a glimmer of hope. I am at the end of myself. Again. Having suicidal ideation.

Thank you for making these videos. I am currently fighting depression and anxiety and it’s getting worse but my faith is in the Lord Jesus that I will push thru and will have victory over this.

@@aaronkim1074 I came across this now and this is right where I'm at. I have days where the anxiety is manageable although I still have to fight off anxious thoughts and then I go through periods where the anxiety is heightened and I have to remind myself that the fearful thoughts are lies and God's word the truth. The challenge comes not believing it but in the midst of the most overwhelming momemt, it's to trust God no matter what the body feels or what is going on in the mind. I would love to get your view Aaron of your experience in this....if you had battled this too. Your videos are a blessing and most encouraging. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. I was in a little Church in rural Africa and I heard almost like surround sound Peace Daughter Peace. I looked at the Crucifix and thought Wow you really are God. The words had such Authority they could only have come from God, a loving Father and Christ the truest friend and brother.

I am in a very similar boat as you! I have been hurting for quite a while from a previous relationship and have been praying for that person to come back and be saved by Jesus. It’s been over a year and I haven’t seen any progress with that person and it has been very discouraging and has made me doubt Jesus. I still have hope that person will come to know Jesus, maybe not come back to me but at least come to Jesus. The doubt has gripped ahold of me and spread into other areas of my life, ultimately causing depression and anxiety from worrying about it and being sad so much. The Devil is really trying to do his work through this situation, but I also believe God is doing his work through what the enemy meant for bad in this situation. Day by day I have been learning valuable things I believe God is trying to speak to me through this situation, but that also comes with the fiery arrows the devil shoots at me to discourage me and dismantle what God is trying to do for my good in this trial. It’s quite a long story but some encouragement I can give you is count the trial you are facing as God bringing you closer to him and causing you to seek him more. He will turn all things for your good no matter how agonizing it is. God wants your heart and wants YOU ultimately. It may seem like God is late and he’s not coming to help you, but he is ALWAYS on time. He will show up at the perfect time in your life and you will soon understand what he was doing all along. I hope this helps and or you may be able to relate in similar ways. I will pray that God takes away the fear your situation has caused you and I will pray you will feel the Holy Spirit in your heart to comfort, speak to you and guide you in your times of need. I'm orig. from Eastern Europe. My mother in law died right on Christmas day. Due to the global situation, we couldn't go to her funeral, her only child, my husband had to plan everything we could through her good friends as his father and her only brother died a few years ago themselves. Some people we know came back from Romania and died of covid. Many pastors died there from covid, but we thank the Lord that He is with us even during these times. Praised be His name!!!

I don't want to sound like I've got it all figured out because I am currently dealing with sleeplessness. But I know my Heavenly Father cares for me. I am claiming healing in spite of having to take seroquel for sleep. I believe God will heal me and have hope that I won’t have to take it for life. I get zero sleep still without it, I have tried. Slowly though I am experiencing more peace, getting more heart belief. My mindset has 💯 been based on fear. I so desperately want it to change, but I know I have to bring my heart before I bring my need. I have to and want to praise Him first.

Hi Aaron! I’m very grateful that I found your channel. I just wanna share something. There’s a thing that I did in the past before I became a Christian. I’m really really regretting it. But it still haunts me until now. It is something that can affect my present and my future. It is not certain, but there’s a big chance. I’m sorry I’m not comfortable to share what it is but I’m just kinda worried sometimes. I know God doesn’t want me to worry and I’ve already asked him to help me surrender everything and just focus on Him. There are times that I feel fine and hopeful, but I can’t just stop thinking about it. I’m having trouble to leave my past behind because it’s now out of my control. I really pray to God that someday I’ll be able to move on.
Hi Kim, you need to surrender what happens to God, and then trust Him with it. You need to guard yourself by refusing to worry. Remember, God uses all things for the good of His children.
For 6 months straight I have not been able to sleep let alone have peace. I have been flooded by ALL the physical symptoms of anxiety 😖 I pray. All I do is pray! I read the word of God, and I fix my thoughts on his promises and his miracles as proof of his power, and yet I cannot get through this extremely difficult time in my life. I groan all day long! My chest gets sharp awful pains, my neck and back throb all day everyday, I feel extremely weak arms, legs I shake and tremble the entire day, I struggle to breathe normally since all day long I struggle to breathe. Everyday day brings a new symptom, sensation that drives me to the brink of bringing myself to the ER, which I have a few times this year. I am a single (separated) mother of 5. And I know that if I am still standing and not locked away somewhere due to mental health, God has been right with me. But most of the time it gets really dark, and I can’t hear or feel Gods presence. I can’t pray. I can’t see past the awful awful way I feel. I am literally like a robot walking around. Health anxiety has set itself upon me, and fear has unpacked itself to stay. I cry and cry and cry..
This really is a very lonely season. I don’t have family and no help. Few people care or worry to see how I am even though I have made the decision to let them in to how I am feeling. Gods word says he sticks closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24. In all this pain and loneliness. I say though he slay me still I will believe Job 13:15

Hang onto Jesus alone and keep your faith on Him and His promises. No matter the pain, don’t give up. Give all responsibilities over to God. Let God deal with all the consequences. As for you, stay surrendered and trusting in Jesus alone. Let Him take the wheels in your life.

You have to make the choice. SAY THIS: I will focus my attention on God instead of on myself and my problems.

I tend to look at things of this world to deal with pain, but really it's abiding in Gods word and rejoicing in glory of Jesus in my life that is what sustains me and is reason for my joy. Since we are saved by grace through faith, and Christ will help you if you pray in his name. So recommend staying away from non Christian channels and also Christ said " man is to not live by bread alone, but by every word of God" - so read the word I hope you do!
Hey Aaron, I'm a catholic theolgy major and I am a very faithful person. I have always been mentally strong and didn't have any anxiety issues of sorts. But the past few weeks I am robbed of my sleep. Insomnia has been hitting me late at night, sweaty palms and a racing heart and thoughts you can't turn off. Your words really speak to me you know, and I just wish I could go back to the days where I laid everything into Gods hands and didn't care. I seem to have lost that ability, although I'm getting better day by day. Sometimes I sleep now, sometimes I don't. I wish it would just stop. Your words are life changing though. You speak what's true and that in such a simple manner, I'll try and follow those words. Please keep me in your prayers so I may get better, thank you brothers and sisters.
Lifted a prayer for you miss picasso. Becareful with the catholic doctrine ,it isn't of the Lord. Jesus said I Am the way, the truth, and the Life no one comes to the Father but by Me. ( John 14:6) I dont know if you follow it or just study it for knowledge but be careful. Follow Jesus only not religion. Also, If by chance you may not have heard, but hopefully it might help if it applies, if you feed you heart, spirit with any secular movies, music and books, that can bring about affliction as they carry the spirit of the world. You may not feed your spirit and heart with it but wanted to share incase you may and not have known, and did.

Being a Theology major is just my way of aquiring the knowledge I need to have to be a wise woman later and learn why things are the way they are. Aaron im hoping and praying that god would remove my fear. Its 1am im still awake i keep pushing myself to get sleep and letting my fear takeover. Its just so hard as if getting worst
I've been having chronic anxiety and panic attacks for 4 months now. I've been praying, listening to sermons and healing prayer's. My mind feels stuck. How do I overcome this? I'm not taking any medications, and don't plan on it.
Trying to sleep its like a radiation feeling like a heavy feeling on me im so tired but the feeling when trying to sleep seems spiritual more then physical but its so physical like im a cell phone charging radiation almost vibrating pulsating i wake up and my eyes are blood shot for months now
I developed vibrations particularly on my left side when going to Pentecostal deliverance ministers. It's called chakras, kundalani. I never did yoga, but also from soul ties. Took me 4 years to figure this out.

@@jesusisking8111 Don't go to the Pentecostals. It made everything worse & there is demonic transference of spirits when people lay hands on you, especially if they talk in tongues. Even phone ministers have power...how I have no idea. I went to Hardcore Christianity in AZ, Mark Hemans, Last Reformation. All demonized people trying to help others. Even martial arts, meditation demonic. I found someone recently online called Pamela Sheppard who seems to know this well.
Fear and Faith cannot work at the same time, I know that my current spiritual condition would have not been attained if god dint let me through certain trials and circumstances, it shows how much he loved me so that he had to discipline me...it’s a privilege my dear brothers coz there is a lot of deception and a form of holiness dwelling in this world...god will do anything in our life to get our attention and make us more like Christ....fear is the enemy’s tool to paralyse us and take our focus away from god....choose to obey god and leave all the consequences to him....my prayers are with you all...

Prayed for you. It’s a battle in the mind. Ignore those thoughts and forcefully keep your thoughts on God’s promises and truths. It’s okay not to think of those fearful thoughts for even a moment.
I prayed for God to help you. He hears every prayer. Satan wants you to feel bad especially because it distracts you from moving forward. God knows that we have struggles that why Jesus said his grace is sufficient enough for us. It’s made perfect in our weaknesses. We may not be able to do it but God certainly can. Stay strong.
When you were reading your letter, did you say healing is or isn't guaranteed? Do you disagree with those that believe "by His stripes we are healed"? As in, it's God's will for us to be physically and/or mentally healed. Just curious about your opinion on it.
Hi Laura, I believe my letter said “isn’t guaranteed.” I disagree with those that say that Isaiah 53:5 means God wills for all to be healed in this life. I believe that passage is referring to Jesus cleansing us of our sins. If you read the the verses before and after Isaiah 53:5, I believe it is very clear. There are practical examples in the Bible and in the lives of Christians today to make sense of this. For example, Paul asked God to take his “thorn in his side,” but God did not at that time for Paul’s good. God has allowed Joni Tada Erickson to stay a paraplegic for all these years for her good and the good of others. This is not to say God does not heal today because He often does, like me and many others. He heals His children when it is good for them. Also, He allows some of His children to suffer when it is good for them. It’s a matter of surrendering and trusting in God completely. When God says yes, it is good for us. When God says no, it is good for us. When God says wait, it is good for us. He does not enjoy watching us suffer, but He allows it or does it Himself when He knows we need it. Hope this helps. If they are truly ungodly, bad company, it is best to not be close friends with them for your sake: Do not be deceived: "Bad company ruins good morals." - 1 Corinthians 15:33 However, you can pray for them. Maybe God will help them.

Fear caused me to have anxiety and insomia. It came when the pandemic started and my son in about state became ill. I was afraid. He recovered well but I was stuck for months, even now I'm still being healed slowly but surely. Fear is definitely from the devil. I'm seeking God more daily.
I think that’s when it started for me also. My son became sick also chills fever but thank god it was only strip throat. But the fear depression anxiety stayed with me still dealing with it today with Jesus help we will get thru this.
I watched this video in the spring when I went through an agonizing trial accompanied by depression. It has returned and nothing is helping. Your videos are the only thing that gives me even a glimmer of hope. I am at the end of myself. Again. Having suicidal ideation.

@@aaronkim1074 I came across this now and this is right where I'm at. I have days where the anxiety is manageable although I still have to fight off anxious thoughts and then I go through periods where the anxiety is heightened and I have to remind myself that the fearful thoughts are lies and God's word the truth. The challenge comes not believing it but in the midst of the most overwhelming momemt, it's to trust God no matter what the body feels or what is going on in the mind. I am in a very similar boat as you! I have been hurting for quite a while from a previous relationship and have been praying for that person to come back and be saved by Jesus. It’s been over a year and I haven’t seen any progress with that person and it has been very discouraging and has made me doubt Jesus. I still have hope that person will come to know Jesus, maybe not come back to me but at least come to Jesus. The doubt has gripped ahold of me and spread into other areas of my life, ultimately causing depression and anxiety from worrying about it and being sad so much. The Devil is really trying to do his work through this situation, but I also believe God is doing his work through what the enemy meant for bad in this situation. Day by day I have been learning valuable things I believe God is trying to speak to me through this situation, but that also comes with the fiery arrows the devil shoots at me to discourage me and dismantle what God is trying to do for my good in this trial. It’s quite a long story but some encouragement I can give you is count the trial you are facing as God bringing you closer to him and causing you to seek him more. He will turn all things for your good no matter how agonizing it is. God wants your heart and wants YOU ultimately. It may seem like God is late and he’s not coming to help you, but he is ALWAYS on time. He will show up at the perfect time in your life and you will soon understand what he was doing all along. I hope this helps and or you may be able to relate in similar ways. I will pray that God takes away the fear your situation has caused you and I will pray you will feel the Holy Spirit in your heart to comfort, speak to you and guide you in your times of need. I'm orig. from Eastern Europe. My mother in law died right on Christmas day. Due to the global situation, we couldn't go to her funeral, her only child, my husband had to plan everything we could through her good friends as his father and her only brother died a few years ago themselves. Some people we know came back from Romania and died of covid. Many pastors died there from covid, but we thank the Lord that He is with us even during these times. Praised be His name!!!

I am claiming healing in spite of having to take seroquel for sleep. I believe God will heal me and have hope that I won’t have to take it for life. I get zero sleep still without it, I have tried. Slowly though I am experiencing more peace, getting more heart belief. My mindset has 💯 been based on fear. I so desperately want it to change, but I know I have to bring my heart before I bring my need. I have to and want to praise Him first.

Hi Aaron! I’m very grateful that I found your channel. I just wanna share something. There’s a thing that I did in the past before I became a Christian. I’m really really regretting it. But it still haunts me until now. It is something that can affect my present and my future. It is not certain, but there’s a big chance. I’m sorry I’m not comfortable to share what it is but I’m just kinda worried sometimes. I know God doesn’t want me to worry and I’ve already asked him to help me surrender everything and just focus on Him. There are times that I feel fine and hopeful, but I can’t just stop thinking about it. I’m having trouble to leave my past behind because it’s now out of my control. I really pray to God that someday I’ll be able to move on.
Hi Kim, you need to surrender what happens to God, and then trust Him with it. You need to guard yourself by refusing to worry. Remember, God uses all things for the good of His children.
For 6 months straight I have not been able to sleep let alone have peace. I have been flooded by ALL the physical symptoms of anxiety 😖 I pray. All I do is pray! I read the word of God, and I fix my thoughts on his promises and his miracles as proof of his power, and yet I cannot get through this extremely difficult time in my life. I groan all day long! My chest gets sharp awful pains, my neck and back throb all day everyday, I feel extremely weak arms, legs I shake and tremble the entire day, I struggle to breathe normally since all day long I struggle to breathe. Everyday day brings a new symptom, sensation that drives me to the brink of bringing myself to the ER, which I have a few times this year. I am a single (separated) mother of 5. And I know that if I am still standing and not locked away somewhere due to mental health, God has been right with me. But most of the time it gets really dark, and I can’t hear or feel Gods presence. I can’t pray. I can’t see past the awful awful way I feel. I am literally like a robot walking around. Health anxiety has set itself upon me, and fear has unpacked itself to stay. I cry and cry and cry..
This really is a very lonely season. I don’t have family and no help. Few people care or worry to see how I am even though I have made the decision to let them in to how I am feeling. Gods word says he sticks closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24. In all this pain and loneliness. I say though he slay me still I will believe Job 13:15

Many people are convinced they are too bad for God to help, or they have problems that are too big for God to handle. They seem to have more faith in their inability than they do in God's ability. They seem to have more faith in the problem than they do in God. This happens when we focus on the problem, instead of looking to God who is the solution. As long as we focus on the problem and let it consume our attention, we will have faith in it to defeat us.

We have a choice in what we focus our attention on.
The Old Testament contains an account illustrating how we must look to Jesus and His finished work on the cross, instead of looking at our problems.

When deadly snakes are everywhere, biting people on every side, it would be extremely difficult to look up and focus your attention on a pole instead of looking down at the ground where the snakes were. But that is exactly what God instructed the people of Israel to do, and all who did were healed and lived.
Some might wonder why a snake was put on the pole, which was a type of Jesus being hung on the cross. It was because Jesus took our sins on Himself when He hung on the cross. The Bible says that He who knew no sin was made to be sin for us. And on the cross, that old serpent the devil, was defeated and de-fanged!
So, no matter how urgent the problem biting at your heels may seem, God's answer for you is to look up and focus on God's provision. Have faith in God!
God is bigger than any problem you face and can deliver you from any situation, no matter how bad it is.
JOHN 10:29 NIV 29 My Father . . . is greater than all . . .
Instead of thinking of how bad you are, focus on how good God is. His goodness is more than enough to overcome your badness. Instead of looking at what you lack, look at all God has. And remember He is your Father and loves you.
The devil tries to get us to focus on ourselves and our shortcomings, instead of focusing on Jesus and His ability to carry us through to victory.
Whenever the focus is pointing to us, instead of to God, you can be assured the devil has some involvement in those thoughts.
As long as you are focusing on yourself, you are not focusing on God. You have to make the choice.
SAY THIS: I will focus my attention on God instead of on myself and my problems.

I tend to look at things of this world to deal with pain, but really it's abiding in Gods word and rejoicing in glory of Jesus in my life that is what sustains me and is reason for my joy. Since we are saved by grace through faith, and Christ will help you if you pray in his name.
So recommend staying away from non Christian channels and also Christ said " man is to not live by bread alone, but by every word of God" - so read the word I hope you do!
Hey Aaron, I'm a catholic theolgy major and I am a very faithful person. I have always been mentally strong and didn't have any anxiety issues of sorts. But the past few weeks I am robbed of my sleep. Insomnia has been hitting me late at night, sweaty palms and a racing heart and thoughts you can't turn off. Your words really speak to me you know, and I just wish I could go back to the days where I laid everything into Gods hands and didn't care. I seem to have lost that ability, although I'm getting better day by day. Sometimes I sleep now, sometimes I don't. I wish it would just stop.
Your words are life changing though. You speak what's true and that in such a simple manner, I'll try and follow those words. Please keep me in your prayers so I may get better, thank you brothers and sisters.

You may not feed your spirit and heart with it but wanted to share incase you may and not have known, and did.
@@lilyflower9330 Thank you for your words and prayer sister, it's fine. I just live by the catholic doctrine because I grew up with it, I don't see rules as tight and my heart is open for Jesus. Being a Theology major is just my way of aquiring the knowledge I need to have to be a wise woman later and learn why things are the way they are. It's not the churches we should follow diligently, it's the call from God in our hearts, wherever that may lead you.

@@jesusisking8111 Don't go to the Pentecostals. It made everything worse & there is demonic transference of spirits when people lay hands on you, especially if they talk in tongues. Even phone ministers have power...how I have no idea. I went to Hardcore Christianity in AZ, Mark Hemans, Last Reformation. All demonized people trying to help others. Even martial arts, meditation demonic. I found someone recently online called Pamela Sheppard who seems to know this well.

I prayed for God to help you. He hears every prayer. Satan wants you to feel bad especially because it distracts you from moving forward. God knows that we have struggles that why Jesus said his grace is sufficient enough for us. It’s made perfect in our weaknesses. We may not be able to do it but God certainly can. Stay strong.
When you were reading your letter, did you say healing is or isn't guaranteed? Do you disagree with those that believe "by His stripes we are healed"? As in, it's God's will for us to be physically and/or mentally healed. Just curious about your opinion on it.
Hi Laura, I believe my letter said “isn’t guaranteed.” I disagree with those that say that Isaiah 53:5 means God wills for all to be healed in this life. I believe that passage is referring to Jesus cleansing us of our sins. If you read the the verses before and after Isaiah 53:5, I believe it is very clear. There are practical examples in the Bible and in the lives of Christians today to make sense of this. For example, Paul asked God to take his “thorn in his side,” but God did not at that time for Paul’s good. God has allowed Joni Tada Erickson to stay a paraplegic for all these years for her good and the good of others.
This is not to say God does not heal today because He often does, like me and many others. He heals His children when it is good for them. Also, He allows some of His children to suffer when it is good for them. It’s a matter of surrendering and trusting in God completely. When God says yes, it is good for us. When God says no, it is good for us. When God says wait, it is good for us. He does not enjoy watching us suffer, but He allows it or does it Himself when He knows we need it. Hope this helps. If they are truly ungodly, bad company, it is best to not be close friends with them for your sake:
Do not be deceived: "Bad company ruins good morals." - 1 Corinthians 15:33
However, you can pray for them. Maybe God will help them.
