    1:22 - 1.Anjanesyasana or low lung = 3/4 times 3 sec each time
    2:23 -2. Frog pose = 5 times 4 sec each time
    3:33 -3. Setubandhasana or bridge pose = 5 times 10-30 sec each time
    4:44 - 4. Malasana or garland pose = 5 times 30 sec each time
    5:48 - 5. Utkata konasana or goddess pose = 5 times 30 sec each time

    Can I do these asanas,I have knee arthritis and pain in inner side ( towards other knee) of the knee joint and lower part of of the knee joint on front side of the knee.. please reply... and if I want to do tree pose then it gives more pressure on knee..so which asans should I do and which are not 🙏
