    We should mourn for the sins of our ancestors. We should love the descendants of those wronged by our ancestors. How that works will be on a case by case basis.
    Today, we could start by commemorating the life of Yūḥana ibn Manṣūr ibn Sarjūn. In part we might understand that when we have carried out an evil act that we cannot 'repair', God may.
