    FYI the 7800 XT is definitely bottlenecked by the 5600. I did build it 2 weeks ago and wasnt statsfied. Upgraded to a 5800x3D and o boy does the performance skyrocket. I would not recommend that build, you definitely want at least a 5700x3D to make us of the graca.

      @TechGuided  4 месяца назад

      The 5800X3D is $200 more than the 5600X. What would you downgrade in the build to fit it in?

    • @svenyproud
      @svenyproud 4 месяца назад +1

      @@TechGuided you should either pair a 7700 XT along a 5600 or upgrade both to a 7800 XT and 5800x3D for a more balanced system. With your combination you dont fully use the 7800 XT. Its doable in some games but in something like spiderman or star wars you only have 80% gpu usage which is really bad

    • @TechGuided

      The goal with the system was to build something that could get the maximum performance at 1440P resolution with a $1,000 budget. Obviously, you can't fit a 5800X3D and 7800 XT into a build at that price.
      I don't know why you would choose to pair the 5600 with the 7700 XT with a $1,000 build and leave performance on the table, but maybe something like a 7600(X) + 7700 XT would be an interesting combo to compare to the 5600/7800 XT.
      In any case, I have a Ryzen 5 7600 system, and by every benchmark I've seen, that should be a decent comp to the 5800X3D. So, I'll put the 7800 XT in that system and re-bench and see how big of a performance gain there is.

      @@TechGuided because it doesnt make sense to build an INBALANCED systems. The money you spend on a 7800 is not worth it when paired with a 5600, its bad financial advice here. You can either save money for an awesome 1080p experience with a 7700 XT along the 5600 or you invest a little more and upgrade to a 5700/5800x3D with a 7800 XT. You build a gaming experience which neither hits the proper 1080p or 1440p value as it should be cause youre leaving money on the table not using the GPU fully for 1440p with to weak of a cpu. Its a bad mix between the cpu and gpu not using the budget correctly!

      @@TechGuided the test along thr 7600 sounds awesome. Do it and make a video about it. Youll see a performance increase of at least 20% in some games because the 7600 is so much better than the 5600.

    I have 5600 + 7800xt and i use 1440p gaming. My gpu usage is low in some games (ac odyssey %70-80) (rdr2 %70-100). How can i solve this problem. I take same performans with my old card 6700xt.

    • @SOREI

      Use DDU in safe mode to uninstall your old graphics drivers and install them fresh, also make sure to reinstall your chipset drivers although I think they're bundled in. I have roughly an equivalent build and I get higher GPU usage than that so something definitely is up. Should be 90% or more at all times, sometimes it might dip a bit lower into the 70s or 80s for a split second but that's pretty normal behavior. Maybe try some other games first like Cyberpunk 2077? If you set it to Ultra settings you should see 95%+ utilization at all times usually. I can't really speak on RDR2 and AC Odyssey as I don't own them.

      I know it sounds tough but the only real solution to this is to upgrade to a 5800X3D CPU. I upgraded from a 5700X, seemingly a smaller upgrade but it is so So noticable! Cant reccomend it enough

      u can upgrade to r7 5700x3d its cheaper than 5800x3d and its not worth to get 5800x3d for 10 fps more for 60$

      1440p 144hz. Using a 7800xt for 1080p is quite overkill and 5600x shouldn’t have much bottleneck

    • @svenyproud
      @svenyproud 4 месяца назад +1

      Upgrade the cpu, its worth it. The 7800 XT does get bottlenecked by a 5600. In some games its not noticeable but in something like star wars or spiderman were talking about a 20% bottleneck because your gpu is only used 80%

    How would this pc do if you gooked it up to a 75inch 4k tv? Does the size of the tv matter or affect graphical power.

    • @TechGuided
      @TechGuided  6 месяцев назад +1

      It depends on what kinds of games you want to play. For graphics intensive games, the 7800 XT isn't going to give you ideal performance at 4K resolution. You'd have to turn graphics settings down to get an acceptable framerate. If you're playing non-demanding titles, though, it would work fairly well.
      Size of the TV doesn't matter, just the resolution.
