@ScatterVolt I wanna ask you something since im new into pc building Which is better the 7900 gre or something from nvidia at that same price range and will the amd run rt?
@@RXIFPLTZ It’s really up to you and your play style. The 4070 super would be the nvidia choice the 7900 gre would have better raw performance and value since it’d be $50+ cheaper depending on model and what’s on sell and the 4070 super would probably perform better with some rt titles but the performance between to two is back to back and pretty even so its up to you and what you can find
1440p, if you can find them, you can use a 3 series cpu and a 5700xt gpu. Not too tear, but until the 6950xt did a flash sale, I’ve been using the 3800x (there’s better 3 series cpus for gaming) and the 5700xt red devil, and had no issues with 1440p. Some games are medium settings, which is basically console quality but at 2k. Not too tear but may be able to get 1440p gaming at half the cost.

Looking to install some fans before I sell it and shoot for my second build but I'm for sure looking at this to be my second build that I invest in next. Hello can anyone help. I have built my first pc ever. But when my gpu is plugged in i get the white vga led light on the motherboard and no display and my keyboard and mouse doesn't light up. However if i unplug the gpu and plug hdmi into motherboard i can then access bios and see the system is stable which is reassuring. However i need my graphics card to work. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance. I'm using a B650 gaming plus WiFi motherboard, Ryzen 7700x, xfx 7900 gre, gskill ram 32gb, 1tb SSD and 750w gold psu
Quick question for anyone. Can this build handle the new LG 34GS95QE Ultrawide OLED monitor? I was thinking of pulling the trigger on the monitor and I have this exact build.
I really wish there was a Microcenter around here that price for the motherboard is amazing! Looking at it online its about the same price as the ASRock Im looking into getting soon the Pro RS with Wifi.
i literally just finished building my pc with same case, same cpu, same motherboard, same gpu. took a hell lot of time😶,.. i wish u could have dropped it early.
Crazy how in just a few months when 8000 and 5090 release well likely be able to build a 4070s/77x bundle pc for like under 1000$ etc and a 4080s/78x for 1500
I appreciate you replying to my new prebuilt pc comment in another video, keeping it honest without being pretentious. im returning it and just building my own. moneys isnt a problem, but its scummy they went cheapest options for parts and charging me for higher versions (msi motherboard instead of a proper better brand while charging me premium, or proprietary aio cooler but charging me premium)

I literally just finished building this as my first PC ever, I'm sooo excited!!!! Even with the help of my girlfriend, who built her own PC, it still took us like 6 hours to complete 😂 Anyway, I've always been a big fan of yours and I want to thank you for having so many simple and user-friendly guides for this stuff. Keep up the good work my man!
I built a new PC with 7600x and Asrock Challenger OC 7900 GRE , Mobo : Msi pro B650M-A Wifi and 2x16 gb XPG Lancer DDR5 ram 6000 Mhz CL 30-40-40. Scattervolt, as you guided i enabled the Expo profile from BIOS and Resize bar was already enabled. But after restart, my PC shows black screen for 30-40 seconds before MSI logo appears and is taking much longer boot time. I also tried to manually set the DRAM frequency b/w 5000-6000 MHz. I also updated BIOS but nothing is working.
I built a $1200 mini ITX build for my mother-in-law after watching your CPU/GPU rankings videos. But I did not see this one. Your build slaps mine aside silly. But I think I did alright. All parts bought from Microcenter. I would love to see your build on a micro ITX for folks who have less space to work with. Ok so I was going to do this exact pc build, but then the deals on Prime Day got me to upgrade some parts. However, I’m now having to piece together two different builds because I’m learning that some of these components won’t work together. This will be my first build so I’d like some help on my list of what I need: I bought the AMD 7900X3D bc of the prime day steal it had. I then had to get the ASRock B650E motherboard to work w this. So now I’m looking at the 360L core 360mm cooler, DDR5 32GB 6400 MHz, the hynix P41 2TB M.2 2280, focus V3 GC-850W 80+ Gold, Radeon RX 7900GRE w 16GB. Finally, using this case in the video. Thoughts? The power supply and graphics card is what I’m thinking I may need to upgrade? Or if any of this is overkill and I can save some money somewhere let me know. Thanks !
Very similar to my setup but it was a bit more expensive, mostly because I built it around the launch of the RX 7800 XT. Back then the motherboards were much more expensive I paid more than $200 for just the motherboard. If i were to the build to day if think I would go with the GRE instead, it wasn’t out at the time. I use Sony m9 4K 144hz mini-led HDR600 monitor with my XFX Merc 319 black edition, you get away with in newer titles with FSR 3.1 frame generation.
Hello, scattervolt I have been planning for my pc Build from 2 months now it is going to be my first PC built so I would want to build a 1440P gaming pc. I have a budget of around a $1000. But I can plan on moving it up for buying a better GPU buy a little 150 or $200. I wanna play games like valorant Cs2 PUBG pc, I'm more into fps shooters than AAA titles, but still I want to keep it so that I can play GTA6 Later on and without upgrading. I am planning to buy a ryzen 5 7600 X with 32 gigs of ddR5. Memory 1 Tb Nvme storage And The only thing is what should I do about the GPU, should I go for 7800 XT or 7900 GRE or 7700 XT because 6800 is costly in my country, so for this build and the specifications. What should you suggest because I'm a little low on budget? And for fps, shooters, what is the best thing? Cause I would like to get high frames in 1440P. Medium settings.
I'm worried about the motherboard because most motherboards have bad reviews and people seem to have all sorts of compatibility and BIOS issues with every brand. Do you have an opinion about this or could you make a video? Everyone that's building a PC and wants to buy a B650 motherboard is running into this issue
With the Ryzen 5 7600X, will that air cooler be able to hold the temps down on that CPU? Mine will spike to 95C and usually fluctuate between mid 70's to mid 80's. Strongly considering upgrading to an AIO.
Help me out, the build in the list has a basic $40 cooler but the actual build being filmed has a $100 radiator cooler thing. Is the basic cooler is good enough?
I chose the RX 7700XT in my new pc and i am very happy with it. If you can spend 50$ more go for the 7800XT but if you cannot, 7700XT is amazing at 1440p as well!
Wish I saw this before. Had a friend help me make a build and I ended around 1400$ on just the pc. Luckily I already had a monitor. Only have a msi 3060, 12th gen i7 12700kf, msi mag z790, corsair 750rm, corsair vengeance 2x16, 2tb sn750,corsair a115 cpu cooler, and windows 11 usb. 🙃
MSI Driver utility installer did not pop up for me... Any recommendations on how to open it? I've tried executing application from hard drive but it does not work, even if executed as Administrator it doesn't work.
best psu i ever see i want it too buy it was sold so i choose an other i never wait again for any hardware windows install needs so freaking long its so bloated o.O now i love my penguin more and more windows is crap windows dies at oc my gpu at 2850mhz at linux it runs 3000mhz...
Quick Q, On the $600 pc build, the only problem I had was that the case didnt have 4 USB ports for all my conections. Do you have a case that you would reccomend with 4 USB ports and is compatable with the build?
What do you think of the microcenter AMD bundles? They gave a Ryzen 5 7600X, Asus B650M-A Prime Wifi MB, 16GB DDR5 for $299.99 or would one of the $400 options be better for upgrades. Ryzen 7 7800x3d bundle has cpu for $240
Im running a standard 5800 cpu with a 3060 playing COD and only running about 170 fps on 1080p on a 240hz monitor but i want to upgrade my gpu to hit closer to my monitor cap. Should i go with a 6750xt, 7700xt or 7800xt? Might move up my monitor to 1440 later and i dont care about Ray tracing just performance.
Hi there, what is the minimum GPU you’d combo/use if I was going to go with the 7800x3d? The game I play is very reliant on the 3d cache and I don’t want to go back to the AM4 5800x3d, while also not spending $800 on a GPU. Thanks!
What prices are you using? If you add up what I have in the pcbuilds.gg link, it’s ~$1200. Not sure if you’d want to go with an expensive gaming laptop at this price when it’ll become obsolete in a year. With desktop PCs you can at least upgrade their components over time.
The thermalright peerless assassin (the cpu cooler I have linked in pcbuilds.gg), or any 240mm/360mm aio for that matter, will fit in this case. What specific issue are you running into?
man i've followed you since idk maybe 10 yrs back? i remember back then i was searching for $300 or maybe $400 build i dont really remember rn 😂(been way too long bro) it was the haswell era, the spec was i3 4150 + r7 265 (maybe, big maybe) i vaguely remember back then you only showed us the part list + some gameplay of it (no build guide) one thing that i remember very well was you were showing Battlefield 4 gameplay and you wore a white tanktop XD iirc your fav RAM brand was Crucial Ballistix right? could be wrong tho but i found crucial in almost every video LMAO, anyway i was so confused on finding the equal replacement because Crucial has not yet entered the Indonesian pc market suddenly felt very nostalgic rn and went to search for that video but couldnt find it.. did you delete it perhaps? you and jayztwocentz were my two fav tech youtubers at that time, i've gained so many knowledge from your vids

Looking to install some fans before I sell it and shoot for my second build but I'm for sure looking at this to be my second build that I invest in next. I love your guides and walkthrough of the building process. Definitely helps me feel comfortable with handling a delicate and expensive project like a PC build. Thanks homie :)
Damn that was a good video. I'm so motivated now to build my own PC. LOL
Thank you so much……this is what I needed now with the same budget. Also would you suggest any 1440p 175hz+ monitor for this setup under 200$
Hello can anyone help.
I’m lucky for that haha
really appreciate how detailed the psu and cable management is explained👍
i literally just finished building my pc with same case, same cpu, same motherboard, same gpu. took a hell lot of time😶,.. i wish u could have dropped it early.
Haha nice
Wow... 54 dollars?! Gaming at AM4 prices!
Hey bud just used your sponsor to snag a windows 10 key. Thanks!
Awesome thank you!
This is the one 🙌.
Awesome!
19:29 Firmly grasp it!
Crazy how in just a few months when 8000 and 5090 release well likely be able to build a 4070s/77x bundle pc for like under 1000$ etc and a 4080s/78x for 1500
It’ll be a fun time to build a pc for sure
Really appreciate this dude
Thank you!
New egg sells Rma’s to its costumers as new products for full price and have horrible customer service/return policies
Comment any questions you have and I’ll try to answer them!
You are my fav RUclipser I watch you videos and my dream is to build you white 4k $2000 gaming pc but I don’t know if I can achieve it but I’m trying you have the best vids
I’m selling it soon on ScatterVolt.com!
I think for future proofing ddr5 and am5 is cool but what about pcie 5 x16 support for future gpus . I think it is crucial.btw great tutorial.for wifi i use my phone connected with usb
There is barely any difference between pci gen 3 and 4 right now. Between 5 and 4 idk.
I always have issues with this case and the clearance between the 360 AIO and the CPU 8 pin power connectors.
I didn't' find it an issue if you plug the cpu power cables first
"Down here, where the Graphics Card Is" ...that had me rollin man hilarious
Can you show games like Ets2 and ATS running on these computers please
Maybe switch out the 7800 xt to a 7900 gre and this would be a great build
That’s make this a $1250 build then
I enjoyed watching this as I'm planning to upgrade my old PC. Thank you!
Love the content and appreciate the full build video. I recently upgrade my old PC and passed it down to my son, however, prices are so good I will upgrade his very soon and reference this video. Thank you for the videos.
Thanks for watching my videos! I appreciate it!
Such a gorgeous build! PC parts sure have become very affordable lately. Nice one!
Thank you!
If I wanted to use a nvidia gpu, which one should it be?
Probably a 4060 it doesn’t seem to bottleneck a lot (if any) for gaming
This is crazy. Im probably not building my own PC soon but If i will definetly watch your videos or website this is absolutly crazy never seen someone doing it so clear and userfriendly
I literally just finished building this as my first PC ever, I'm sooo excited!!!!
Even with the help of my girlfriend, who built her own PC, it still took us like 6 hours to complete 😂
Anyway, I've always been a big fan of yours and I want to thank you for having so many simple and user-friendly guides for this stuff. Keep up the good work my man!
Welcome back Officer Leon Kennedy. I’m glad you built this PC!

Is the new amd graphics card compatible with my system?

This will be my first build so I’d like some help on my list of what I need:
I bought the AMD 7900X3D bc of the prime day steal it had.
Hey , i like how you explain. Can you do a 1500€ build ? . Thanks, i can wait so don't rush . My English isn't that good .
Help me out, the build in the list has a basic $40 cooler but the actual build being filmed has a $100 radiator cooler thing. Is the basic cooler is good enough?
Of course, that's why I have it linked
I chose the RX 7700XT in my new pc and i am very happy with it. If you can spend 50$ more go for the 7800XT but if you cannot, 7700XT is amazing at 1440p as well!
jesus christ a $1200 pc in my country is $2000. fck taxes
I've tried executing application from hard drive but it does not work, even if executed as Administrator it doesn't work.
best psu i ever see i want it too buy it was sold so i choose an other i never wait again for any hardware
windows install needs so freaking long its so bloated o.O now i love my penguin more and more
windows is crap windows dies at oc my gpu at 2850mhz at linux it runs 3000mhz...
Is this same build good with a ryzen 5 7500f and 750w power supply and in the future upgrading to 7800x3d or similar cpu for AMD 9000 series
You forgot thermal paste
There was no more motherboard on amazon, do you think the MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi Gaming Motherboard is a good choice?
Quick Q, On the $600 pc build, the only problem I had was that the case didnt have 4 USB ports for all my conections. Do you have a case that you would reccomend with 4 USB ports and is compatable with the build?
I think 7600 is plenty, X is only if you seriously plan to over clock. Also 7600 uses about 88Watts at base and I believe the 7600x is about 114Watts
Great deal on the mobo man
Haha thanks
Rider Strong has a RUclips channel!! Nuts!!
Thanks!
Got a question can I use a 1080p 240hz moniter with this? Would there be any issues
You can use whatever monitor you’d like
@@ScatterVolt which one would be more optimal for performance and higher fps I am new to this stuff
Hey, the r7 7700 currently costs 290$ in my country, should i go with it or get the 7600 for 240$ ?
Thanks !
😂 it cost more then 2000$ without the screen i guss the better option is just buying a gaming laptop 1500$ with 4070
What prices are you using?
If you add up what I have in the pcbuilds.gg link, it’s ~$1200.
Not sure if you’d want to go with an expensive gaming laptop at this price when it’ll become obsolete in a year. With desktop PCs you can at least upgrade their components over time.
Hello we can't buy the listed PSU or RAM please suggest compatible alternative, thanks
Did you check the pcbuilds.gg link?
My cooler doesn’t fit😢 I have the exact same build as you but the cooler doesn’t fit my case with the mb installed
The thermalright peerless assassin (the cpu cooler I have linked in pcbuilds.gg), or any 240mm/360mm aio for that matter, will fit in this case.
What specific issue are you running into?
This is the best PC build video i have seen yet amazing work 👍the dude kind a looks like Shawn from Boy Meets World 🙂
man i've followed you since idk maybe 10 yrs back? i remember back then i was searching for $300 or maybe $400 build i dont really remember rn 😂(been way too long bro)
it was the haswell era, the spec was i3 4150 + r7 265 (maybe, big maybe)
i vaguely remember back then you only showed us the part list + some gameplay of it (no build guide)
one thing that i remember very well was you were showing Battlefield 4 gameplay and you wore a white tanktop XD
iirc your fav RAM brand was Crucial Ballistix right? could be wrong tho but i found crucial in almost every video LMAO, anyway i was so confused on finding the equal replacement because Crucial has not yet entered the Indonesian pc market
suddenly felt very nostalgic rn and went to search for that video but couldnt find it.. did you delete it perhaps?
you and jayztwocentz were my two fav tech youtubers at that time, i've gained so many knowledge from your vids
I am following your guide to build one . Your videos are full of information.
I think your content is apart fromt he others, I am looking to buy a new pc, and has been very helpfull. May I ask what monitor you using?
