Great stuff. Cholesterol is not the problem carbs and sugar is. Carbs and sugar cause the arterial damage cholesterol just comes in to fix the problem. So cutting the carbs will change things somewhat quickly!!

Gentleman’s agreement. Informative video. I experienced significant decline in my erection firmness and coincidentally was told my cholesterol was high. My erection quality did improve after i started taking natural supplements to address my high cholesterol due to poor genetics. My morning wood also made a daily appearance for a few months While I still need to further lower my cholesterol I hope to add additional firmness by exploring other supplements.

How often should you "get handsy with yourself" to keep the tissue active? Not currently having sex but want to be functional and ready. I have also heard that too much handsy time can have negative effects
Hey there Brian, great question. Keep in mind, the precise amount isn't an exact science but I'd say 2-3 times pre week (minimum)
