If any men in here is familiar with the workout group called F3, I do my full body workouts for 45 minutes Tue, Wed and Saturday. Now I will start adding the cardio on Mon Wed and Fri. I sometimes do full body sandbag workouts on those days as well.

Go on Amazon or to your local supplement store and ask for L-Citrulline. I don't work with any supplement companies at the moment and can't recommend one other another. I use generic L-Citrulline from a bulk supplements company and it works great

You can't take nitric oxide, only nitric oxide boosters which is what L citrulline and L arginine is.
