Does Dairy Cause or Trigger Autoimmune Disease? Is Dairy Healthy? Is Dairy Gluten Free?
Many people embarking on a healthy, healing diet continue to consume milk, butter, cheese, and other dairy products without considering the correlation between dairy and the potential for having an inflammatory reaction. However; researchers have identified that dairy proteins can affect as much as 50% of those with gluten problems. In my clinical experience with patients, dairy is one of the biggest problems contributing to persistent symptoms of disease.
Join me LIVE on Tuesday night at 6:00 PM where I will discuss the research findings and explain why you may want to consider a dairy free diet!

I have been tested for Lactose intolerance many times. Until then finally a doctor tested me on milk allergy (allergy to the milk protein). Unfortunately many doctors only test their patients on Lactose intolerance (milk sugar) and not also on a milk allergy (milk protein).

My babysitter said she noticed, I haven't drank any at all in a day. And that she wants me to start drinking milk. Dairy that is. Juice interested me more so. But, she might have been causing me some bad reaction to the Dairy that day as I have a hypothyroid. But I happened to be taking medication for it then.

Thanks for the truth about dairy for those of us suffering inflammatory diseases. We’d rather not hear it, but, hey, it’s SO much better to face the facts!
    Thank you Mr. Osborne❤

Drank a gallon of milk before I got ulcers, then quit dairy and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Started consuming tons of milk and cheese and butter and I have not been sick since March 2020. Welp. I was born cesarean, I do believe the colostrum is necessary for me.

I am in CA. I drink Alexandre Vat A 2 milk. It is a different protein than A1 milk. Even lactose free A1 milk I could not tolerant. I was running for the restroom. No problems with the A2 milk. It is a different protein.

So you must be allergic to the milk protein. I am allergic to the milk protein, and don’t have a Lactose intolerance. Lactose is the milk sugar.

I tolerate lactose just fine, however, there is a protein in the whey that is problematic. Does this product help with those kind of proteins also? I don't intend to go drink milk again, but would like to have a little bit of cheese once in a while.

When I drink too much milk my nasal passage swells/blocks, becomes mucusy?? That tells me it's not good for you but I don't think it's on the same level as wheat and sugar

Yes processed food is horrible for you but 80% of the people that are lactose intolerant can handle raw milk. Also northwestern Europeans are less likely to be lactose intolerant because they've been drinking milk for thousands of years. Milk has so many benefits just switch to raw milk.

@@user-ss9ph9xb5k well organic milk just means it don't have weed killer in it. Raw milk has not been pasteurized or homogenized and it's best if it's grass fed on organic grass also. Those two processes make it hard for people to digest and kills most of the nutrients and probiotics in the raw milk.

It was mentioned once I remember that milk truck's go collecting milk and it all goes into the same truck, IE. One producer's milk may be inferior to others yet all in together for transport and bottling?
I thought about the bacteria count in dairy and realised that this mode of operation is a cross contamination nightmare.

I believe dairy can aggravate autoimmunity, but as Gabor Mate says the main cause of autoimmunity is unprocessed emotional trauma. Forgiveness and release from limiting beliefs is the key to recovery and a healthy immune response.

Not to say that unprocessed emotional trauma is not important to keep in mind... However, chronic physical-, chemical-, and emotional stress are similarly experienced by the human body; all inducing sympathetic dominance, with resulting suppression of metabolism, leading to suppression of detoxing, healing, repair, and digestion functions with nutritional deficiencies.

Please Doctor tell me is it true, that doctors in hospital can tell by looking at the state of blood vessels that their patients has been eating ice cream, it seems to be the combination of refined sugar & dairy that does harm to the blood vessels.
