It’s sad that some people can’t afford it, but this is what it takes. I had chronic pain for over 10yrs! I have hashimoto disease & a lot of spinal damage, but It was gluten causing the inflammation & making my life hell. I had to get pain meds once a month & get steroidal epidurals & trigger point injects on a regular basis. I had to take off from work. Now, no meds, no Dr.’s & hospital procedures. A lot cheaper to eat right then dealing with meds, co-pays & missed work.
Wow Erica that's wonderful, what do you eat not eat or take for vitamins etc.

I'm so happy for you! Same with me! I have chronic pain and cutting gluten and dairy both have improved my life. I'm glad we are all catching on!
I started on an Anti Inflammatory all organic diet at the end of April. My chronic GERD is gone, Achilles Tendonitis is gone, no more rashes, I no longer walk with my cane, chronic wide spread body pain from 23+ years of Fibromyalgia -- the pain is almost gone. Still having chronic Migraines tho. My brain fog is better, mood/depression is better. For the first time in literally decades I'm starting to get my life and health back. I've lost 43 pounds so far this year and I'm not done yet
Wow amazing!👏🏼
I have ME , I was cured of migraines when put on magnesium for an irregular heartbeat. Capsules are best the pills didn't dissolve well enough.
Try magnesium. I had bad migraines after going on contraception pill to “regulate my hormones” (obviously it’s ruined my hormones), which stripped my body of magnesium and other nutrients. I suffered for years. Then tried magnesium and it just went away. I now have magnesium regularly, I pop one every couple of days.
My allergy pills were causing bad headaches. I only take half now and it still works but greatly reduced my headaches.

In the first 3 quarters of 2023 I was in a wheelchair due to joint pain and muscle stiffness. This was diagnosed as psoriatic arthritis.
In October 2023 I came across NO GRAIN NO PAIN. By January 2024 I was out of the wheelchair and gaining my health back. After the pain was gone I became relaxed again with my diet and the pain and inflammation returned. When I returned to a strict diet that you recommended the pain again is gone and the inflammation is slowly disappearing. Thank you Dr Osborne

We used to be Paleo. My husband made me quit buying organic two months ago due to his job change and making less an hour. It's been two months since I quit organic and my husband has had trouble sleeping and awful heartburn. I have gotten hives starting December 16 (still have them but they have lessened some), I feel drunk without drinking almost daily, my body is sore all over, I feel awful, my White blood cell count is high, and ADA test came back positive (I have an autoimmune disease). I feel in my heart this is a result of our diet change. Praying over our meals is not enough. I am praying I can convince my husband to let us go back to organic and we can cut out some things in our life for our health.
I have prayed for your situation to change for the best for you and your husband. Thank you Abba

I will try to do that. Thanks.
Dr. Eric Berg highly recommends people take 40,000IU of D3/day when you have an autoimmune disease. He says it's been discovered to be very safe. He also said you'd have to take 50-100,000IU for a year or two before there might be some calcification problem, and even then it's rare. So with my recent autoimmune disease I'm just starting 40,000 IU. D3 is such a cheap cure.
When I was diagnosed with Hashimitos the first thing I asked was is there natural treatment and the second was, what can I do diet wise? I was told no and nothing, Happily I'm awake and can seek alternative knowledge.
I was told the same. The doctor told me it was just bad luck, and I would need medication for life and probably would only gain more diseases and good luck. 🙄
Docs say they don't know what causes hashimoto's, there's nothing we can do to cure it, diet makes no difference, not to exercise much because we're already exhausted, and no matter how bad we feel we won't die, but to take the prescription meds anyhow even though it doesn't make a difference because boy, our labs look great. 😮
Same here. I was recently diagnosed with hashimoto and been suffering from several symptoms. My doc made me feel worse as he said there’s nothing to be done. I’ve been on my own research spree since then
Dr. Ken Berry’s wife, a nurse, healed from Hashimotos through adjusting her diet. She has her own channel, Niesha Loves It. I might have the spelling a bit off. I recommend Dr. Berry and his wife.
I was diagnosed with scleroderma, was told no help from medical Hospital Emory, then found out about a doctor in Texas that had a autoimmune disease clinic, She was actually healing people with diet and good super supplements, went to her website and ordered her book, and did exactly what she said, It wasn't that expensive, it took me a year and a half of doing her diet and supplements and yes she talks about the Omega 6's and I cut out diary, only ate grass fed beef, organic turkey and chicken, wild caught salmon, used a nutri bullet a lot, did protein drinks, made my own juices from celery, carrots, boiled kale and spinach for 10 minutes to reduce the oxalates before putting them in my juices in nutri bullet, made blueberries smoothies with coconut milk, only used non diary coconut milk, no almond because of the oxalates, walnuts, pecans was my only nuts, No Gluten at all, ordered my oats, flour, corneal, olive oil, coconut oil and my black seed oil from Healthy Traditions, they are kind of of pricey but they have good sales daily. Just watch for them. No white potatoes or white rice or white pasta, Lots of Sweet potatoes, learned not to eat night shades at all, I juiced carrots with a apple, dranked my filtered water with apple cider Vinger with lemons all day, After 2 yrs went back to doctor and was tested again and no trace of antibodies in blood and my inflammation levels were off the charts before I started and today my inflamation levels are right at ZERO, I could not believe it, It was worth the times of not eating out and the sacrifices I had made, Knowing it does work, she has you start by doing a diet elimination first. It wasn't that hard, Its just we as being humans tend to struggle with big changes in our life's, hang in there, its gets better and easier. Her website is Amy Meyers and her office is in Texas, I live in Ga so it was to far to go, but you can email her and she will respond, Her diet works. I am living prove of it. Its been years now, and I don't eat suger even stevia at all, don't miss it at all, watch your fresh fruit you are buying, they are putting a wax preservtive on some of the fruit, you cant wash off, its toxic, look on the bottom of the bags, like your lemons, apples, pears, oranges, etc. Try to buy organic fruit if you are going to eat the peelings, If I can't afford some times, I just don't buy it, better than putting more toxins in the body, thats what you go by, in order to heal the body of autoimmune issues, you have to eat clean as possible, the less toxins going in the body the better you will be.

My health began to spiral downwards about 30 years ago and no one could figure it out, then about 10 years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease. 100% villous atrophy. I'm 70 now with rheumatoid arthritis, I believe as a result of inability to absorb, and also being chronically inflamed. I just wish I had found this information sooner. You are so right, diet is everything.
3-10% of people with RA develop celiac disease. This was also the case with me. I had juvenile RA at age 5 but developed celiac disease at age late 60's (caused by a eating a breakfast bar containing wheat). I could see villi in my stools! When I retired at 60 I accidentally discovered that eating lots of bread made my joint pain worse. I gave up bread/pizza and found I needed no pain killers and had no flare ups! It was only after that, that I started looking at Dr Osborne and others. I have found that some 'gluten-free' bread products cause me problems. I also suspect I am sensitive to maltodextrin in products. My advice to anyone with an autoimmune disease is to try the elimination diet (pref. for 2 months) and see if has any affect on you - what harm can it do to try it and it may just change your life.
You are still on time

Carnivore starting with just beef as an elimination diet adding in one other meat at a time slowly after first 45 days or so. Then add back one vegetable/ fruit at a time slow. Cut high processed foods and seed oils indefinitely.
@@tonyascott7887 Thank you for your suggestions. I am lucky enough to consult an excellent low carb GP who is encouraging me to become fully carnivore. About 2 months so far an getting good results. Feeling better, tho a long way to go.he says we are in it for the long haul. So for the rest of my life.
I eat fresh vegetables, frozen fruit, pulses meat & fish, I don't buy takeaways or eat junk food. Organic, free range, grass fed etc food is a lot more expensive in the UK which I cannot afford so I don't buy it. I work with families on benefit who get some of their food from the food bank so take whatever they can get. Food prices have gone right up as well as bills in the UK. Not everybody is eating crap or junk but certainly can't afford additional cost of organic etc.
Same here, in USA, and I think many if not most are unable to purchase the more
expensive organics. However, I've just discovered (after 30 years of illness and disability) that all my mystery problems are caused by gluten. I had gone on a
anti inflammatory diet aka Keto for about 5yrs so much of gluten was avoided
through that but when I slipped a few times and ate 6-7 gluten rolls my hand feet
spasmed up like I had never had before. I waited for six weeks and repeated the
same meal with 6 gluten rolls and had the same reaction. That is when I started looking into gluten. Long story but last week I was very careful with my diet and
ate only boiled eggs, some boiled chicken breast, fried ham, fried cabbage and
blue berries for desert. Also I ate no cheese (which I usually eat a lot of) and my
pain level was SO much better. THEN I ate 4 Lance cheeze and peanutbutter
crackers and a SMALL slice of pepperoni pizza and my entire body was slammed
down with inflammation and I could hardly walk for two days. As I went back to my strict diet, by the following third day the pain subsided and back to feeling better by forth day. I WAS FLABERGASTED at the obvious result. Anyway, my
eggs are free range but all my other meats etc were just regular and not the recommended non organic and I still had great results by just not having gluten.
I will likely try a program by Dr O and possibly try the higher priced food stuff
in the future. I am an RN and I'm just now learning about this info of gluten but
I can tell that this doctor knows his stuff.
I'm just writing this to you to encourage you to eat what you can afford but just
cut out the gluten stuffs and you'll see healing results. It may just take longer.
I've been taking a plethora of supplements over the years and most are what
Dr O also advises. If you cannot afford his just make sure you are taking Omega3's which is fish oil. 1000grans every day, D3 5000ut , K2 100mcg,
magnesium 400-500mg. Also I try to eat a couple of tbsp of saurkraut (the
refrigerated kind - raw with salt) for probiotic. Hope this is helpful. I know it
is overwhelming but it gets easier. Blessings, p

Dr Osborne I can resonate with what the lady said at the end of this video. I too was on Prednisone for 3 yrs & probably would still be on it if I had kept seeing the Dr I was seeing. I now have had twelve (12) Compression Fractures in my spine in the past 3 yrs, have developed severe Kyphosis, have a very large hiatal hernia which the Kyphosis made worse & have also had to have Cataract Surgery in 1 eye. Got to have it in the other eye as well! Still on pain medication from the fractures. Thought once they healed, the pain would stop but boy was I wrong about that! Then I started seeing a Dr at Duke Hospital NC (I live in NC) They put me on Cell Cept & Ursodiol (now have PBC). I believe the Cell cept has caused about as many problems as the Prednisone has. I’ve had nothing but stomach problems & now anemic which I feel is from Cell Cept. Reason I was put on Prednisone was because I was diagnosed with AIH in 2016. I don’t know what to do or where to turn anymore but after seeing this video, I think I’ve got my answer. So thank you for providing all the videos you post on utube! Yes, organic is a wonderful goal HOWEVER, not all organic labels have the same guidelines. Organic varies from area to area and state to state. Cost is also a factor. We can all talk the talk for organic but walking the walk is another matter.

0:50 this I know, fasting took care of my pain, healing gut by resting it 72 hours. Water only. A dry fast is tough. Also fasting once weekly Sunday after supper, until Tuesday breakfast, is an amazing way to start.
So eliminate sugar and gluten entirely
Thank you so much for sharing this video on RUclips, I am v r grateful for everything I am able to take away from it since I have been struggling with chronic pain and, stiffness, inflammation and skin issues.
I have been on Prednisone for a while but eventually took myself off it due to the amount of side effects.
I a first time listener and have subscribed.
Best tip is don't buy anything that comes in a package or has more than one or two ingredients!
Thank you, Dr Osborne, for truly understanding your calling. And Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you so much for the information !
Just ordered your book cause I can’t keep up!!! The memory thing!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!👍
yeah the pain is unbearable at times, my niece passed away at 41 from auto immune diseases.
I'm so sorry.
I been dealing with this crap for 35 years.
RA, Migraines, bowel and digestive problems, terrible. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
And to be honest I never thought I'd live to my current age of 42

Is grass-fed free range non-GMO plain yogurt okay for people who don't have a reaction to dairy?
Buying proper food as opposed to highly processed convenience crap might be more expensive, but it will result in lower medical bills in the end. Exercise is free!
Good thinking😊
Does this diet work well with rheumatoid arthritis?
I can’t thank you enough for this video ❤
Love ❤️ thank you again for you free information to help us !!!! Your a blessing 🙏
It is expensive however, if you bought organic with 4 or more friends you can buy in bulk from growers markets. This would be cheaper , you could share the cost of transporting/ car etc. Good luck. The unprocessed food diet has worked for us. We follow Terry Wahls MS diet.
I love Dr Osbornes wonderful videos on this subject. I watch them all. I have difficulty though to have to listen to loud music when trying to concentrate to what he is saying…..
Intermittent fasting and OMAD can cut costs of this diet dramatically 😅. If you only eat One Meal A Day or 2 meals, no snacks: healthy & cost effective 😊
This might be a stupid question but Ive just been my first high blood pressure medication and I want to know when I can stop talking them. I don’t wanna be on this for a life time I already follow your diet. I’m fully behind it .. (please answer)!thank you
Thank you, Muchas gracias Dr Osborne for sharing your knowledge!
I’d like to know what you eat Dr. Osborne?
Won't I get withdrawal symptoms if I eat vegetables without pesticides, I'm elderly consider
how many decades I've eaten this food.
This video is extremely valuable
Thanks for this. I work with vehicles and am exposed to a lot of chemicals in the air and environment. It's something that actually stresses me out enough to consider changing my career. Would you say, all other things being equal, that kind of exposure would prevent me from potentially recovering from autoimmune disease?
You can recover. Most people have some kind of heavy exposure, and it takes time to remove these ingested toxins.
Yes, jmho, but my healing from more than 3 autoimmune illnesses started when I lost teeth with mercury fillings. A different chemical, but still, going organic and detoxing from heavy metals is a good start. May God bless your efforts at better health.
@@betty8173 I appreciate your response, Betty. It was the Lord Who led me to go organic 5 years ago and He also kept me from mercury fillings. I'm glad you were relieved of those! How did you detox from heavy metals?
@@betty8173 How did you detox from metals?
@@sandraazucar493 cilantro will release heavy metals from your cells, then powdered charcoal will take it through the poop shoot and out of your body.
What about milling organic wheat berries to replace normal flour from the store? We have not had near the issues since transitioning to milling our own organic wheat berries, I wondered your thoughts??
I just discovered you and your channel TODAY, I think I have found my religion!!!
So glad you are learning! Make sure you subscribe and share with others! #Save100MillionLives
Excellent .... you are right on target. Thank you
Even better than avoiding things that have multi-syllabic words in the ingredients list, is to look them up and _learn what they are_ because of lot of them actually _are_ food.
Agreed. Some people don’t have any chemistry or science knowledge and assume it’s bad based on this “can’t pronounce” advice. I’ve heard this from others beside Dr. Osborne.
@@deborahcarder4270 I heard it from from a roommate who expressly refused to eat a cereal because it had tocopherol in it. When I told them that Vitamin E, they said, "Nope, my mother told me that if you can't pronounce it, it's a poisonous chemical." They also refused to take probiotics for the same reason.
Osbourne is doing his viewers no favors by telling them nonsense like this.
@@r.1599 I really wish they could read and respond to sound advice such as this, but that would be a monumental task with hundreds and hundreds of responses.
What this man says from my knowledge he makes a lot of sense.
Im going to show this video to my husband, to prove why I gag when he tries to put those air fresheners in our car!! 😂😂 He even went with the kind that connect INTO air vent! Needless to say, it disappeared. 🤫
Same o can’t digest those chemicals make me physically sick
My weakness is sweet n low. I know it’s silly but when I finally gave up ¼ of a packet of pink … my body responded, beautifully.
Wonderful
Carnivore diet has been a game changer for my autoimmune disease…plants have so many toxins and in time damage the body
Congratulations, you have seen the light!
Every body is made up of different combinations of chemistry - we are fortunate to be able to experiment & find what works for us individually. What works for you, may not work at all for me.
@@dianasolfest7237
We all have the same Biological Chemistry, it's just that our Hormones may work differently because of all the garbage some put into their bodies.
Most meat causes issues for me
@@virginiamoore4977 That’s unfortunate, meat is the most nutrient dense food that contains all the essential vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. My gut can’t take plants! Guess we are opposites!!!!
I started getting a runny nose at meal time in October 2019. I’d love to know why, and how to fix it.
Histamines.
I get this too when I eat! Id like to know why and what to do about it
It can be that your gall bladder is not functioning well
In 2019 I started getting post nasal drip, and I need to clear my throat all the time.I couldn't even run anymore as it felt like I was choking on my own saliva. I am on a low carb diet, without any grains as I have celiac.I also have hashimoto's, mctd, eczema and a few others.
Seems like I have only been getting worse. I eat everything fresh from regenerative farms, always organic grass fed, pastured raised and so on.I can't have dairy, nor eggs.
I also do intermittent fasting, and extended fasting. My most recent one was a 6 day water fast.I had to stop because the joint pain was excruciating ( way worse than my huge babies born at home). My neck felt like it was about to snap, and was not able to keep my head straight as it was wobbling uncontrollably. Every joint was so painful that couldn't walk, sleep and even breath without my back feeling like I was on fire.
Once I started eating, that excruciating pain did go away to some extent, but not 100% gone.
I am also dealing with severe shortness of breath after having 2 ribs dislocated. I tried everything, but no improvement.
I am planning on going carnivore right after New Year.Hopefully there will be some improvement.
.
Rye bread puts me in a extreme r.a. flair where i cant walk.
Might be better to stop eating it. 😳
God Bless You
No grain no pain. Does that include Ezekiel bread???????❤
Apparently hemochromatosis is very common.. turns out the iron overload can go to the brain and cause MS symptoms
Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge....💎✨this deserves a billion views!!!!
I'm in the UK and it's different here we don't have GMO .
I,m hoping not,but I think they sneaked GMO foods in a year or two after the protests.
Wish you would say more about rice.........there are so many kinds, very different.
Great video.
You are my doctor, Dr. Peter Osborne immune disease and I got Addison’s disease and I got gluten problems and I was just in the hospital and I was doing OK when they give me the cord hydrocortisone until they inject me with some stupid prescription almost killed me it caused me to go into seizures and it almost killed me. I screamed and told them to stop turn it off turn it off and I did not know they were going to inject anything and because I told him I didn’t want no injections of nothing except for a hydra cortisol and they told me they were going to inject something to help me sleep and then I went into seizures and now I’m shaking and stuttering. I hope and pray to God it goes away. I’ve been out of the hospital now for a couple of days, and I still shaken stutter, I only wished I could have not been injected with whatever the garbage they inject.
How are You doing? Get your file and sue them. Get local tv on the case.
Yes I’ve been buying packaged items to store for the bad days of hunger supposedly coming. Most of the stuff lasts for 2-3 years. Of course that’s not healthy
There are no bad days of hunger coming....stop watching the nonsense online!!!! Fear is what sells best....it's for people like you ...stay away!!!!!!
Get canned meats
Is fruit allowed and if so how many servings per day? What are breakfast recommendations?
If not rice because of its 5% gluten content, what is alternative for rice as staple food? Thank you.

Not fantastic but konjac root mock rice/noodles are upposedly very good.

Eat less but eat better. There are ways to stretch it out.
Also, you will be more satisfied.
I avoid seed/vegetable oils, in favor of olive oil, avocado, grapeseed, coconut, hemp oil.
I avoid GMO veggies, dyes, preservatives, artificial flavoring, filler,.
Chick pea or spinach pasta seems good...
Lemon water, Apple cider vinegar in water/juice/salad.
Mineral salt and fulvic minerals, like Celtic sea salt or
Redmond's Real Salt
helps round things out.
New to the channel, don’t know if Dr. Osborn has a video on MCAS, if not, hope to see it soon. Millions have this disorder and suffering terribly and most docs are not even aware of it.
My own opinion is that it’s caused by mold toxicity and even chemical exposure damage.
I did t know gluten shield had all this ! I need this ! Thank you
