      Didn't Phil Heath weigh 320 lbs. at one time? He looked great at 320 and seemed to be very comfortable!

    I'm 41y.... 6.3 feet and my weight is 120kg muscular my goal for this year is clean 125kg...eat big to grow big...and train hard as hell 💪

    ‏‪0:08‬‏ I Began To Practice Body Building When I Was 16 Years , I Was Practice That Sport 5 Or 6 Days A Week But After A While The Coach Close His Jymaniziem So I Found It Difficult To Practice Body Building Sport Because That Jymaniziem Was Very Very Very Near From Me But After That Jymaniziem Closed I Had To Go Everday From 35 To 46 Minutes On Foot , So I Had To Stop That Sport , Now I Make Some Exercises At Home , Nothing Lasts For Good , That Is Life , Always Things Changing , Everything Depart And Leave , Only The Good Reputation And The Good Memories Remain , Nothing Lasts , Neather The Beauty Nor The Health Nor The Wealth Nor Anything , Only The Good Reputation And The Good Memories Lasts And Remain , So We All Hafta Leave Good And Beautiful Memories And Reputation, Many Many Many Thanks Per Your Attention And Thanks Again Per Taking Time To Read My Text.

    I lost 30 pounds cause I do Amazon I was 230 I wanna get back to that but I’ve been working out and eating great I look for mass

    For me, eating Is the hardest part, going down on all those foods Is actually really dificult, but somehow I've mánaged to accomplish going from 80 Kg to 104, whit a BFP around 12/15%...and I'm 6'1...not too Bad.

    ‏‪0:23‬‏ The Problem Is When There Are A Very Very Very Huge Muscles, There Will Be A Problem With The Man Who Has That Huge Muscles, He Will Face Big Problems In Running And Walkiing , Not Like The Normal And Regular One , After A While Of Supplements And Stroeds And Injections There Will Be Problem With The Kidney And Heart And Liiver , lots Of People Lost Their OWN Life Because Of The Suplements And Stroids And Injections , such As Groth Hormone And Sostanone And Deka Erorapoline And Dainapol And Many Other Things , No One Is Stronger Than The Pullet Or 🔪 🗡Knifes And All Kinds Of Weapons, If Some One Has 40 Or 50 Kilograms Weight Shot One Has 300 Or 350 Who Gonna Win , For Sure The One Will Win Who Has The Gun , I Know Many Many Many Body Guards Each One Of Them Weight Start From 250 Till 300 Kilogram And Their Tall Start From 195 Till 215 Centemiter , But Most Of Them Afraid To Start Or Inter A Real Fight , I Don't Really Know What Is The Reason, X Me I Stopped Fighting Long Time A Go , I Don't Like fighting Anymore , Maybe In The Future I Make And Start Gym For My Self , Nothing Is Impossible, Even The Word Impossible Says I'm Possible , Nothing Lasts For Good We Hafta Relize That , I Just Wanna Advice Those Who Wanna Start Peactising Gym To Take A Lot Caring Of Their Health Because ONCE The One Lose His Health He Will Ever Never Return It , Many Many Many Thanks Per Your Attention And Thanks Again Per Taking Time To Read My Text.
