A litre-size yogurt cup with a crescent cut out for side access to the button. Hot glue it to cover that cow-side of the Juno button. It's cheaper than extending the concrete wall with a higher barricade. Plus it brings the protection with the Juno itself.

I suspected a cow was stopping the Juno all along. They are mischievously curious and much smarter than we give them credit for.
When you bed your pens what straw do you guys proffer to use the best
They prefer cereal straws. (Like wheat, or barley) However, they've been using more hemp straw lately. It's more difficult to work with, but it's cheaper.

That DRONE was used as a scarecrow to move the cows and certainly it would be much more effective when you attach the black plastic bag a distance off from it.

Would a second hand excivator work? Or would it cost more in repairs then it would be worth.
I switched to direct immersion hot water to soften up hose ends. Works better and you can't burn the hose. I always burned hose ends despite trying not to. One day I saw a kid that worked for the local fertilizer dealer dip the end of the hose in hot water. It was a pretty cool trick👍

You might look into a backhoe rather than an excavator. More of a two for one machine

Just put two zip ties underneed the buttun, this way de buttun can't pushed in and makes the robot stop working

Loved it when you used the drone to chase the cows. I wish I had one when I was a farm hand. It would have saved me a lot of time, aggravation, and getting my butt chewed out by my boss for being in the field when the bulls were in the fields with the ladies.

i would use a back hoe to clean out from under the sheds u can do alot with a back hoe the 2000 Jcb 214S Series 3 Backhoe has a extendable arm

I noticed the glove hack you use to keep your pink exam glove from falling down. All the manure is good for adding organic matter to your sandy soil.

A drone chasing cows. Ironic that A. I. was always insemination but now it's Intelligence. Which came 1st.
Yes, the cows can reach the button... But, the button is now wet, as is the top of the Juno. It wasn't wet before. There was an even layer of dust across the top of the thing before, and on the button. If the cows were licking the button, it wouldn't have been evenly dusty. Another culprit maybe? Your original guess of an electrical issue might still be in play.

my idea was a more methodical approach - put a camera on the area and see what happens - you changed cow behaviour by adding the prize. :)
