  • WALKING AGAIN after 3 Y-Strap CHIROPRACTIC Adjustments by Dr Joseph Cipriano DC.
    Years ago he was in a bad accident where he was pinned by 2 cars. After much chiropractic car and physical therapy he was getting back until he threw his back out after trying to move a fridge. He went through 3 Y Strap Adjustments today until he got the pain relief he was looking for!

    Certain chiropractors can speak bad about spinal decompression all they want but all I know is I was having big time lower back pain to the point where I couldn't hardly move at all. My chiropractor used a towel instead of the Y-strap. And it was immediate relief and after about 4 sessions my lower back pain was completely gone and I was able to function normally without any pain or hindrance.

    The Y-Strap saved my life honest to God..
    Long story short I was 19 and Fell 20ft onto a rock at Hocking hills in Ohio, basically wrecked my life going forward as I fought past the pain.
    after 2 chiropractors and 6 years of torment, I desperately searched my area for a Y strap doctor that performed this method and found a great chiropractor doing so.
    Although I am not 100% pain free yet, I feel alive again and on a journey of recovery, which takes more than simply chiropractic work, I must put in effort retraining my body by stretching/exercise.
    Much respect Dr. Cipriano

    man when you have lower lumbar and sciatic problems it literally changes you so much not just enduring pain strong enough to drop you to the floor but also the aftermath of lower back complications.. days were you get depressed, fatigue going through the roof and you're posture can even get fucked up. I've developed antalgic posture from leaning to one side to help subside pain. I've learned to deal with it over the years. 2 Things I would recommend outside Chiro. Morning STRETCH and lift with your legs! with everything that you know has a unsure amount of weight. because what people don't know its not just so much the weight of stuff is what can throw you're back out, it can be your posture on how you pick it up. I felt this pain so much in my life when I'm at work idc I lift things with Precaution .

    • @ironskater121
      @ironskater121 2 года назад

      Man I feel this comment so much . I just got diagnosed with sciatica earlier this year and thankfully it was just a mild inflammation of nerves on my right side but man oh man when I first went through the pain it was absolutely horrible . I literally couldn’t stand up , and when I could I had spasms , ass pain , calf pain , lower back and mid back pain . You also get this feeling in your leg and especially your feet where it feels like it’s burning or there’s pins and needles on your feet , it literally fucking sucks . I stretched everyday , stood up during work , made sure my posture was always 100% and it eventually disappeared ( kinda ). If you have sciatica or bulging disc pain ( thankfully I had no disc problems just inflammation of my nerve route ) DO NOT SIT DOWN FOR LONGER THAN 30 minutes . Always try and move around and try and go for walks as often as you can . Also lay on your back like the guy above said with a pillow under under your knees to elevate them.

    This guy is showing a lot of instability. I remember when I threw my back out, that first two weeks, any movement and I was cracking very bad. I think I needed an MRI because I had a bad lateral shift and didn’t resolve so quickly (and happened again few months later). Problem really hasn’t solved itself, my back always feels like it could go out if I jump or go too crazy with anything. Not even 40 yet. I think I need a chiro but strengthening and stretching will have to do for now. Not a fan of the 5 min chiros around me.

    I’ve just started going to a chiropractor by me and it’s £35 pound a time and I’m only in there about 5 minutes if that, I feel like it’s a bit of a rip off or is that the usual amount of time?

      Not at all right. I just got coverage through work (yay) and my first visit was 90$ Canadian dollars for the assessment and 50$ for each visit going forward. He spends at least 15-20 minutes adjusting me.
      Left leg 1/2 inch shorter than the right but his adjustments start at my neck and he works all the way down my spine.
      Three ribs were out of align and had shoulder blade pain often. Who knew. Much better now but still going once a week.
      :)

      My price is $200 and I suggest patients to come 3-4 times A YEAR. Also each session is 20-30 minutes some more depending on what is going on
