I'm a concrete form carpenter building high rise buildingsand the weight of these bags, harness nanos and positioning hook is really locking up my lower back I don't know what I'm waiting for to go get an adjustment but seeing another construction guy doing this makes me more comfortable with the idea of going to get it done

He´s moving quite alright! I always have it for a day or two that I basically can´t move :D. Well, I can usually walk, carefully, not for long, but standing up and lying down takes like 15 minutes, millimeter by millimeter.
