Excellent video Luke. Was great to hang out and see what the boards can do.

Honestly, I was hoping for some stats or descriptions on the following...
-Battery life difference between Gt and Gt with GTS motor.
-Speed acceleration difference between Gt and Gt with GTS motor. (you sort of did that but it was hard to tell the difference between the Gt and Gt with GTS motor because the GT rider nose dived)
Obviously the GTS is going to out perform in the speed category, but are there any comments or videos soley comparing the GT vs Gt with GTS motor in terms of speed difference and battery difference?
Loved the video by the way, just really curious about the main differences between the GT and GT with GTS motor.

These are my onewheels. I will do a range test at some point. My GT-S did 13 miles to empty on a cold day (5°C) and I know the GT can do a lot more as stock. I want to know what difference in range u can expect with that S motor on my GT.
Regardless I’m glad I did the upgrade - it’s made my GT so much more assertive, and the performance tyre is ace.
The shipped cost is a little more than mentioned in the video. You also have to pay tax on it ;)

Do you feel like you can get to the 20mph mark quicker with the GTS motor in the GT?
And please keep me updated on the range test for the GT with GTS motor. There’s not a ton of data out there on this topic

This is the worst value in the world of PEV. Impossible to justify this price.

floatlife has a massive sale on their MTE hubs that are essentially the same upgrade but you get a better wheel too

Loved the video, do you plan to make review videos of complete plug-n-play Vesc based Onewheels ?
Would like to know your input on that. Thanks, great content.

I'm curious what the gradient tracking settings were on the GTS, I think the GTS could've climbed that hill better if the gradient tracking settings were set to stronger values

This is a great comparison! One day i would like to see a vesc wheel like floatwheel capability to climb a hill like this

The significant difference that wasn't called out is the top speed : 20 vs 25, which is quite significant.... I did the upgrade for the GT with GTS motor but was quite disappointed by the top speed being the same...

thats a software issue not hardware

Bro I do 25 comfortably on my stock updated Gt 🤙...I cruise around 22 & 23. My top is 27. That S-series motor in stock Gt might add some low end torque but it takes away from the top end speed

Were the tests in this video done with the "gradient tracking" new feature and do you know if an owner of a GTS engine for GT can benefit from the "gradient tracking" improvement on its GT?
    Thank you for that testing

Is it worth upgrading a GT? Yes for the range and to get some of the GT-S level experience.

its not about the board, its all about the rider....

@NIGHTWHEEL... I've been saying this bro 🤙...its the rider...im able to comfortably stay at 24 & 25 on my stock updated Gt...my Top speed is 27 & my cruise speed is anywhere from 22 & 23mph. I dont hit any push back until around 23 or 24 . It's really all in the rider & the way you ride & accelerate. I accelerate with my hips more so than bearing any weight in the front. Your absolutely right, it's all in the rider bro 🤙💯👌
