Thank you so much for this video. Really helpful for me❤
This was helpful David. Thank you!
@@MelissaJohnson-c3p you’re welcome, thanks for watching.
Thanks for that, David.
I learned something new! I teach through zoom (started recently), and as a technophobiac creature, i was very proud that i manage to find a solution of having two cameras by logging in twice to the zoom. You solution of this connector device showed me that life can be easier!! 💪🙂
Great!
Keren, its always nice when an easier solution presents itself. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for watching "My Zoom Setup." I hope it helps if you are thinking about providing Zoom workshops for your students.
This is fabulous information. Can you tell me more about your boom? brand or where you got it?
Susan, the boom is made by Neewar - 13’ two way rotatable aluminum tripod boom from Amazon. It’s great because it’s all metal, no plastic parts.
Useful information. I’ve been teaching art on Zoom (table top surface as opposed to on an easel). My challenge lately has been both the clarity and the lighting. I use an ‘AverMedia’ webcam and MacBook Air. Lighting is 2 LED ‘OttLite’ day lamps over the workspace. But image is not clear and lighting still kind of dark.
Is it the lamps I need to replace (or something related to the Zoom setting?) I don’t want to spend a fortune.
I’m no expert, so I really cannot provide any useful information for you - sorry.
you crack me up friend
Not sure I was trying to be funny, but thanks.
@@davidm.kesslerfineart1717 I enjoy you sharing generously and I giggle
@@GabrielStocktonWatercolors gotcha. Thanks for watching.
@@davidm.kesslerfineart1717 you’ve given me hope the past two years. thank you
@@GabrielStocktonWatercolors you’re welcome - happy I can help
Thank you David...that was helpful! There sure are a lot of Webcam choices, etc. What model are you using?
Kate, all of it is listed in the description below the video - you have to pull down the description.
Thank you for the tips! I will try this. Question: I will need the overhead camera to zoom in for small detailed work....bead size. How can I zoom in Please? Thanks you!
Some cameras come with a remote that you can use to zoom in on detailed objects
Thanks for your video. I bought a logitech C922 and I noticed it doesn't focus properly on my artwork. Do you have this issue?
I have not had that issue.
Okay thanks for the quick reply.
Thank you for your response. What is the name of the wireless mic?
It’s an inexpensive one I got from Amazon - don’t know the name
What about microphone? What do you use?
I wear a wireless mic or use the mic on the camera - depends on how much you move around during the workshop.
