  • I'm taking you guys behind the scenes a bit to break down how to finish and ship an Amazon FBA shipment using Inventory Lab. $15,000 of candy and backpacks all prepped and ready to be shipped. Keep feeding that beast!
    If you haven't signed up for Inventory lab yet, I HIGHLY recommend using it. You can sign up here: bit.ly/HustleIL
    Also, if you haven't yet joined our AMAZON facebook community, go check it out at Facebook.com/groups/hustlebuddies

    I've only been using inventory lab for a couple of months and had no idea there was a different beep if you scanned something that wasn't in that current batch! That's going to save me tons of time. Thanks for this video!! Super helpful :)

    What if you don’t have a rollo to print UPC PABELS AND SHIPPING LABELS? I have the boxes ready but idk how to bypass shipping labels because I don’t have a rollo ….

    If the shippments are going to different Amazon Warehouses do we have to pay for each shipping? For example: 4 warehouses --> 4 different shippment payments?
    Or does the carrier pick up all at once and you pay only one time?

    If you have a shipment around 300lbs or higher going to a single warehouse you can cut your shipping costs to ~ $0.08 per lb. if you use the LTL option instead (using a pallet). Have you tried that before? I know it takes Amazon longer to process that way but if that isn’t an issue for your turn times the savings should be huge in the long run.

    Can you make one doing FBM ? It'll be sooo helpful since that's something I'm working on now. You guys are awesome! I watch a lot of your videos to help me with my job. Superrrr informative!

    A 200% ROI, that’s insane my friend😂😂

      That's really not all that crazy. For folks doing RA that's a fairly common number to find.

    How do you get 100 to 200 % ROI?

      Scan everything and be picky.
      Between sales and clearance items, you can pretty much walk out of most stores with SOMETHING that is at least 100% .
      Keep in mind that sourcing is a skill. You will be terrible at it when you first start, but you will get better at it.

      @@HustleBuddiesOfficial Thank you so much for your answer. What kind of a sales velocity monthly do you look for in a product?

    Thanks for the video, I just got IL this week and sent my shipment using it this week. Question: if I’m doing mainly bundles and can’t use a scanner, how does the boxing process look like?

  • @kailit9984
    @kailit9984 3 года назад

    Oh never mind! The scanner is scanning Amazon barcode!

    I know this is an older video but I’m curious what is so great about inventory lab over just using Amazon seller app? I find the most annoying thing is when I have to split into multiple boxes and Amazon wants to charge me .15 per item. Does inventory lab help with that?

      We've done multiple videos about all the 100 different things IL helps with. Too many to list here in a comment.

    How long did it take you to source all those items? How often do you send in a shipment this big? Thanks!

    I never get my shipments done as fast as I’d like!
    Sourcing is much more fun 🤪

    You just go and drop it off at ups when you're done?

    • @HustleBuddiesOfficial
      @HustleBuddiesOfficial  4 года назад +5

      No, we have UPS come to our house to pick it up. That long line of boxes would have taken us like 9 car trips if we tried that ourselves, haha.

    I am paying $4.00 lb. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. It has held me back from making purchases because my shipping is so much. Any suggestions?

    • @HustleBuddiesOfficial
      @HustleBuddiesOfficial  3 года назад +2

      Ship more stuff.
      If you ship 1 item in a box, that box will cost you like 10 bucks. If you ship 50 items in one box, it will probably cost you 12 bucks.
      So send larger shipments.

    How long does it take to sell so many products, especially when you have many of the same item

    • @HustleBuddiesOfficial
      @HustleBuddiesOfficial  4 года назад

      Depends on the product, though normally I don't have more then 2-3 of any exact clothing item.

    Have you had any issues scanning the amazon barcode labels with that scanner? Mine has been having a tough time lately.

    • @HustleBuddiesOfficial
      @HustleBuddiesOfficial  4 года назад

      That's actually an issue with your printer. Make sure IL is set to high quality. That should fix that issue
