- We're bringing you behind the scenes for an Amazon arbitrage sourcing trip to Walgreens.
I'll show you how to scan, what to scan, and what info to look for.
Stop listening to the ads telling you that you have to spend $5,000 on some course to show you how to order stuff from china... Just go to your local store, and FIND the Discrepancies. It's that simple :)
You can check these prices for yourself by pausing and scanning products on the screen. Some items are better FBA and some will be better Merchant fulfilled.
Here's a few other videos about retail arbitrage if you want more information:

"amazon has brought back a lot of mom and pop businesses" ???
I do appreciate the video though, and I have subscribed
@@drewmcduffee Yes. Very much so.
My wife and I are a "mom and pop" and Amazon allows us to have our business.
70% of Amazon's sales are actually 3rd party sellers like my wife and I.
For this, if you are buying something cheap in store and it’s branded, are you allowed to sell that without un-gating. Cuz i thought you need approval to sell branded products
@@AbdulSamad-xi5fm Depends on the brand
Thanks, I like how you explain everything, you don't rush through it, a lot of other youtubers talk so fast.
Fellow teacher here. Just wanted to say that you’re brilliant for making this work for you and then TEACHING others! What a great way to utilize your skills and you’re able to teach in such a comprehensive way. I’m looking at dabbling in this and excited to learn more!
Thanks!
Always great information...thanks Nate!
Ka-Boom! awesome Nathan really loved how you breakdown the steps and the two-for-one deals isles. Definitely subscribing to the channel.
Awsome!! Thank you for the great advice ! Im just starting off and you have become a great inspiration!
Teachers are the best teachers! ❤
This is still my favorite vid on retail Arbitrage and Amazon fba! Very great explained in my opinion!
Great video!
Amazon isn’t easy but it’s simple, is now what I tell everyone 😃
Always grateful for your videos.
I'm just glad I had a chance to finally upload this today... haha. It's been waiting for like 3 weeks.
You still a great teacher through RUclips 👏
Thanks!
Another great learning video Nate thank you for always giving us new ideas
My pleasure!
Love what you share. Thank you so much.
Awesome video Nate. I've never sourced from Walgreens. Might have to try it. Appreciate that you broke down why people pay more for products on Amazon.
Yeah we hear that get asked all the time. Now to be fair there are tons and tons of reasons and I only mention a few... but what I do know is that people do pay more.
Wonderful video as always.
Thanks Maleeka!
Now you get to teach us, thank you!
Love this!
As much as I appreciate how you have elaborated the topic of Retail Arbitrage for many beginners, it was hard to hear when you said teaching doesn't pay the bills. I wish the system would recognize this sad part where many great teachers like yourself either quit or about to. It's sad that young kids can't take advantage of your great knowledge.
you are still a teacher, just a different section. thank you
Thanks! It's been really exciting for us to get back into teaching more this year :)
(Also I appreciate all your comments for the RUclips Algorithm ;) It is much appreciated :D )
Yes thank you! Amazon has saved me many times while at home with newborns and toddlers. It so hard to take everyone into a store..much easier to get it on my doorstep even if I spend a little more. This is fascinating to me!
Agreed!
It's saved us on both ends. Both as a customer (We also have newborns and toddlers) and also as an occupation because now my wife and I can both stay home with the kids while making money.
Great video! Ready to get out and knock December outta the park! 😊
Have fun!
Great video
That was one of the hardest things I had to learn was....if it's a good deal, buy all of them. In the beginning I would only take 3 or 4.
This video is underrated
Hey, if they have one left on the shelf, they usually honor selling if for half-off if there is only one left.
be sure t create a walgreens account the rewards program is now based on purchased $$$ and if you come across a 2 for deal and the store only has 1 they will honor the buy cost for the discount ie: 25% , 50% off etc * you would get 1/2 of the posted discount
Great tips thank you are you allowed to sell liquidated items on Amazon?
Great video! What is the name of the song that you use in your intro?
I like your ideas. Thank you for sharing! Do you get sales tax write off with your seller permit at Walgreens?
Typically how much should the mark up be for items. Do you add free shipping?
Thank you very much for your videos...quick question...how do I know if I'm gated? Is it when you're scanning? I'm scanning everything and so far only like beauty products and certain toys will not show up. Thank you very much.
i wish you would make a video of how long it takes to sell the products.
a product can have good sales rank but if theres 30 sellers and amazon being one of them, you are gonna sit on that product for a while.
it happened to me with some 3M products
Hey Nathan and alysha👋
As someone BRAND NEW that hasn't even started yet, I still don't know what app to use to scan. Don't know how things get sent to Amazon. Don't know what you can sell and not sell. Is there a different video or course?
I’m new to your channel and fb page so I apologize if you have already covered this, just point me to the right location.
How do you track inventory/sales/etc. I see a lot of people use excel spreadsheets and such but haven’t seen how you track inventory, sales and profit
Everyone doing this at a serious level uses Inventory Lab.
You can use our link to get a free trial: bit.ly/HustleIL
Is there a reason you choose to fbm this candy instead of fba?
If I choose to Amazon label the items for me, can I just throw all things in 1 box and send it to them without worrying about?
Why not fba those candies? Wouldn’t it save you a lot of money in shipping? What’s the reason not to?
Nice! Are you primarily RA? Do you recommend OA?
2020 I was about 70/30 RA to OA.
2021 I'm going to be traveling a lot more so I'll probably do a bit more OA just because of that. I like RA more personally, but I can do OA while I take trains around Europe with my kids :P
If amazon fba free? And do they give u the boxes to ship the items to them?

@@badgam3rvee187 Hahaha haha hahahaha.. Stay away from reselling bro, ain't no one buying your shit here.
Thank you for sharing! I have a very basic question, but can't find the answer. At 5:44 in the video, you pull up the Amazon SC app I'm assuming and you are looking at a product detail screen. How do I find that screen?? TIA!
Also at the 6:05 mark in the video there is a different screen shot. Where do I find these to use?
Top right corner of the seller app is your scanning function. Scan the barcode.
For the second one, that was using the regular sourcing app that I use called scoutify
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial Thanks!
Hi, how to get ungated if you sourcing from retailers? I suppose that Amazon not gonna accept receipts from retailers. How to obtain invoices in this case 🤔
Here's the step by step video we did for that. It's very easy. ruclips.net/video/ziiM8Ou1fi0/видео.html
Why did you decide to do those items FBM? Vs FBA? Solely because of time of year? Or other reasons?
Time of year. Size/weight.
Really big things that are also under 1lbs are great for fbm
The best part is how much harder they make it for people to do this. Everything is gated now. All the good stuff anyway. The kneejerk reaction to that is "it's easy to get ungated" or whatever. Yes, it is easy. But it is not cheap. It really isn't. The reason this is the best part is it keeps most would be scalpers at bay, but mostly it keeps the market prices higher for those of us who are trying to make a profit here(by keeping away the people who would race you to the bottom). Ungating all the brands in one category can cost thousands. Most people are in it for the quick buck, and get discouraged at the concept of a business costing thousands to get into.
It doesn't really take thousands to get into this if you learn to work within your restrictions. Just remember that there are more people competing over those open categories and the prices you see with your amazon app will not be the prices you actually get when your item sells.
Ok im finding a bunch great stuff at local stores and wanna get started but cant seem to find a concise info
Te units in our Facebook group great things down into steps.

This can put you in trouble in case Amazon request an invoice.
That's actually a common myth among seller forums.
If one gets into trouble (Like an IP or IA claim) Amazon will ask for an invoice OR a receipt. The receipt is fully accepted when one is required to provide it.
We've been doing this 4 years and have had many many IP claims over the years. 100% of the time we use receipts and 100% of the time they work (It's literally in the email and they say the word "receipt").
Those who spread this false rumor are either A) People who don't know first hand and are just spreading something they heard. B) Private Label course creators trying to sell you on their method. or C) Retail Arbitrage sellers like me who are trying to discourage competition from following.
Dumb question... seems like 85% of everything i scan doesn't come up is that normal?
Yup :) It's not easy. You just got to grit down and keep scanning. (Also search by name and not just barecodes)
Amazon asked me for a invoice from Walgreens , what do you do if this happens ? They won’t take receipt
They will accept the receipt if it's given in the correct way and fully annotated.
I mean 😢 I feel bad buying so many and not others from local having a good deal. So I guess this is not for me
Wao❤️how much amazon fee for example if one thing cost is 10$ and amazon fee + shipment = how much you save
You can see the fees right on the screen I showed if you pause it.
It varies, based on size/weight/type/cost
There is like 1 dollar of profit in that stich plush...
Do you get paid when the item is sold or received by Amazon.
Sold
What app do you use when you scan in the store, please share , thank you !
Scoutify
@@abcdeabcde8760 thank you
Do you have to be ungated first?
Or is this a check and see situation?
Every item is check and see for all sellers. With that said, getting ungated is very easy and doesn't need to be a barrier to entry. We did another video about how to get ungated in grocery
Hi, how to ungate toy and grocery to sell on Amazon? Thank you !
Check our channel for a guide for How to get Ungated in groceries. (And the same process works for basically every category)
It's very simple and easy.
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial thank you so so so so much ! ❤️
Is it true you are not allow to make revenues more than 3K on Amazon for the first three months as a new professional seller?
No.
Whoever told you that doesn't know what they are doing.
Putting everything in your basket specially grocery y candies, does not you feel we are stealing rights of those who cannot afford it on high price ?
That's not how it works though.
Those who want it for $2 can go to their walgreens to get it.
Those who want to sit on the couch in their underwear will pay me a bit more to deliver it to them.
Also if someone can't afford candy... That's probably a good thing, lol
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial yes they can if we Amazon seller will leave anything for them. Its not specificley about you, I am also a seller. So do not mind my words.
@@sham-e-tanhaie Did you hear on the news anything about a Snickers nationwide shortage? If not, then me buying these had no effect on anyone's ability to go to their store to get them.
If you're a seller, then you'll need to rethink how you view this business. Your current view has a lot of false assumptions that are damaging your business.
Can't know how I bumped onto this. Anyway Awesome clip 🤩🤩🤩. I also watched those rather similar from mStarTutorials and kinda wonder how you guys create these stuff. MSTAR TUTORIALS also had cool info about similiar things on his vids.
This is some interesting spam... Did he hire you from Fiverr?
You have to be ungated and it’s not that easy. Everything in his cart first time sellers can’t sell!
Not quite everything. There's a number of things here 100% open to a brand new seller on day 1. But yeah a lot of this stuff is grocery which is a small barrier to entry.
It takes like 15 minutes to get ungated in "grocery" which a lot of these items would fall under. Yes it may be gated, but getting ungated is very fast and easy (We did a free video on our channel about how to get ungated in groceries).
Also can you count how many times I say "it's simple but hard?" I don't present this to be easy... but it is very simple.
The greed has make us hypocrite
Sorry to hear that you believe yourself a hypocrite.
Use your money to go change someone else's world :D
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial yes I really do. hope every Amazon seller will feel same ;)
@@sham-e-tanhaie Agreed.
For us we started this whole thing to be stay at home foster parents, and that's exactly what it had allowed us to become.
Charging someone a little extra for a bag of candy to be delivered so that I can help get kids off the street and raise them in a loving family seems like an easy no-brainer moral trade off.
