I'll be very blunt about this review. It was the first video I found for a product like this (I'm very sure there's a bunch of 'knockoffs' of products like this as it's a fairly common use of Bluetooth adapters). That being said, I also try to review each piece of tech I put in my house for quality standards and to make sure I'm not wasting my money on junk. Another admission I have, I didn't watch the whole video. I scrubbed through enough to finally realize this review isn't answering many, many questions I'd have of a singular particular product of this nature. What's the range of the device? If it really is Bluetooth 4.1/2 or 5.0, you'd be able to tell by leaving your controller in the other room and closing a door and walking away. What's the battery like? If I game for 2/3 hours each day, how often will I have to charge this thing? PS5 controllers themselves are all over the place depending on if you're playing a PS4 or PS5 game. Is it something that you actually have used daily and can recommend others to buy for daily use? The premise for the device is absolutely outstanding, but if it has the same problem as a $5 Bluetooth adapter, why would I pay $30 for one that just happens to look pretty on my controller, but still barely works well enough to rely on like the $5 adapters? You mention it doesn't obstruct the buttons, but obviously there's a place in the underside where your ring and pinky finger sit, that would create a 'pinch' spot that's not there without the accessory. If you have small hands, is it noticable? What if you have chunky fingers? Would it be a deal breaker because the device is so filled with empty air behind plastic that fits the aesthetic design?
