They took great care of me in the hospital so honestly wasn’t in a huge rush… and I’m still a bit wobbly for the world, but it is so nice to be able to walk outside and feel that sunshine! And to be that much closer to getting back to see all of you guys and once again be a contributing part of an amazing team! Thanks for all the continued support, Greg!… and Amy!

Hey Glenn!! Appreciate you and your prayers, my friend!! It has been quite a journey so far and I feel like I’m just past halfway!! I hope to be able to come back in around 6 weeks, but will keep everyone updated through even more low quality videos!!! Ha ha ha… All of the support has been quite overwhelming! Truly unreal that you're able to be up and around after such a ginormous surgery. Medical science is amazing! That windedness will ease up and it'll be annoying for awhile. It's your body trying to catch up after all the drama. :) OK, I do have some questions. Are you "done" with treatment now, since you had chemo and radiation? Any projected date for being able to go back to work? I know that's jumping the gun, but also figure you're eager to know such things, so you've asked. You look great!! Thanks for the update. Oh, one more thing: Which food are you looking most forward to eating when you get a chance?
Medicine and the things they can do these days is like magic! They said I was ‘cancer free’ as far as the surgeon and surgery, but after examining the tumor they removed they do want me to continue with ‘immunotherapy’ which I won’t really know more details about until I see my Oncologist again. It sounds similar to chemo in that it will be infusions, but I have no idea about how long or how many or even how often they will be. As far as work goes they said it usually takes at least 6 weeks to recover from this surgery, which I fully believe at the moment, so hoping that sometime around 6 weeks from now I’ll be able to get back to it. And food I’m looking forward to Thursday includes… an omelet with sausage on the side. Hamburger patty with fried egg on top and pieces of avocado on the side. Plain ground beef with taco sauce and sour cream… wishing I could scoop it onto pork rinds like tortilla chips, but will have to wait on that part. Guessing that will be close to my menu for Thursday if all goes well. Will take all that slowly and ease in. Have to learn to eat 6 to 8 smaller meals as opposed to the 3 big ones I listed. As usual, appreciate you and all your encouragement!! The journey continues… 😜👍❤️

Oh yes…games were number 2 priority after I got all my stuff inside and settled. Honestly they are usually my number 1 priority, but pain meds did take precedence this time! Thanks Aunt Mary!! 😜👍❤️❤️
