    I follow a lady named Barbara O'Neil who's a former nurse and naturopath and she has all natural remedies for all kinds of things. She explains a concoction that cured my friend's full-blown neuropathy with fully numb feet as he was going through chemotherapy fighting cancer last summer. He tried the concoction and within one day his foot numbness went away after he had been suffering with it for months. It's very simple, you take a piece of Saran Wrap and put a paper towel on top of it. Fold the paper towel in half and pour castor oil on it. Then you completely cover it with Cayenne Pepper and place your foot on it. Wrap your foot up in the Saran Wrap and then put a sock over it and sleep with them that way overnight and it solved his foot numbness within one day! Try it! It's fully natural and very inexpensive just make sure your castor oil is organic cold-pressed hexane-free and that it comes in a dark amber glass bottle. The one I use is Queen of the Thrones because it hits all the marks but there are others on the market. Good luck to you and God bless you.

I cut out all pies, ice cream, doughnuts, Little Debbies etc... for around 60 days and my neuropathy pains went away by 90%. I'm 74. Type 2 diabetic. I saw your video one week ago, and immediatly ordered a bottle of the cold pressed castor oil. The stuff showed up on Monday, and that night my wife rubbed it on my legs. (at about 7 pm.) I have those cloth support sleeves and put them on after we greased me down. 5 hours later she came back to my room and took the sleeves off. Tuesday am I had at least a 50% reduction in neuropathy pain, and needles and pins. I've been a type 2 diabetic for 30 years . I was astonished at the relief. It continues yet! And as an extra bonus? I've had ED for 20 Years. This morning I didn't piss on my feet!!! I use it all over my body for close to a year now. My body just love this natural oil that grows in my garden and were being used by my great grandmom and the generations before and after her. See Barbara O'Neill's advice on caster oil uses. It has been tried and used and found to be better than anything made in a lab. For cold feet(poor circulation) , put some caster oil on a piece of cloth sprinkle some cayenne pepper on it, apply it to your feet and put a plastic bag on, then put your feet in socks. You wil wake up few hours after that with warm feet and will not have any circulation troubles after doing that❤.

      If you are prone to absorbing too many oxalates from plants you could have pain in any part of your body, but mostly joints. Some plants have huge amounts of oxalates. Examples: sweet potatoes, spinach, nuts, chocolate, bran, soy, some berries, black pepper, cinnamon, curcumin, other spices. I found that out the hard way after drinking a cup of carrot juice a day for a month. Celery and beetroot are also high. Do not juice those.

    It actually dissolves bone spurs, and stops the pain within 2 days. It can take up to 3 months for the spur to be gone, but the pain won't be there. Same with Plantar Fasciatis, helps really quickly to stop the pain, and within 4-6 weeks to be gone. Great for athritis and rheumatism, rub into affected joints. It absorbs best straight after shower/bath. If it doesn't say Hexane free, it's not. Must be Organic, Hexane free, Cold pressed, in a dark, glass bottle. To anyone doubting, just try it. I bottle is cheaper than a prescription, and has many uses. Heals wounds incredibly well, leaving skin unscarred. Truly grows hair, mix with a carrier oil, like Olive, Jojoba, Argan. Rub into scalp, put a satin bonnet/scarf/shower cap on, leave overnight. Amazing stuff. Gets rid of corns, verruccas, warts. Beware of knock offs, get a reputable brand. I'm in England, but a good one in America is Heritage. Queen of Thrones used to be cold pressed, not anymore, it's expeller pressed.

      @@noeldeal8087 hi there, I put it on the small of my back, I have an old injury there from years of using a polisher machine, when I was a cleaner, and the pain is excruciating, and sometimes I can hardly stand, I’ve got arthritis there, but I came across this video and thought ,well, I’ve tried tablets and they never helped, I tried deep heat and that on its own didn’t didn’t cut it either, so, like I said I thought just try this castor oil thing, and see what happens, if anything, so I bought a bottle, put some on it, held on there by my underwear by the way, put a warm hot water bottle against the small of my back wrapped in an old cotton dish towel, propped myself up with my pillows, fell asleep, woke up at 9:00 am, no broken sleep, no pain, and was able to get out of my bed ,stand up, and walk around, and I tell you this, it lasted all day, now I’ve twinges, getting in the car, and out, but I’ve done the same again, and I’m getting great relief, It’s a big deal for me, and I’m going to keep on going with it, I’m getting a sleep, which is a big deal in itself for me, but waking up without pain,I’m in awe, and I haven’t moaned, or been crabbit for two whole days now, but if you,d have told me castor oil pack would help me , I’d have laughed at you, but I had to try something for the knawing, constant pain, I can’t speak for anyone else, but, it seems to be doing something,, Im getting great relief, That much so, I cried yesterday morning, just with the sheer blinking relief from that horrible pain, and being able to move about, I hope to God it continues to do so, so if I’m experiencing relief like this, after two days of using it, what am going to be like after the 30 days ? Keeping my fingers crossed, I ll let you know what happens tho , it will interesting to see if this works longer term, God I hope so, I can get used to this relief,

I am recovering from a concussion, so for me I can’t even finish listening to your video as I have heightened sensory issues. I also am a retired occupational therapist and I can tell you that individuals especially in their 20s and younger 30s are experiencing auditory sensory issues as well. Have Sjogrins syndrome. Confirmed by blood work through a rheumatologist and the Dry eye issues that plague me with blufferitus. When I first applied Castor oil to my eyelid, I rubbed it into the eyelashes and all around my eyebrows.. What I found interesting was that my vision improved in the eye that I had an aneurysm bleed. I have permanent scarring on the retna. My vision in both eyes cleared up right away in minuits, and I could focus more clearly. Must have been the anti inflammatory effect. It gives me peace becausee I fall a lot due to another inflammation issue in my lymph system of my neck. This has helped because I don't have the blurry vision when I'm using the Castor oil. I have now moved to twice a day morning and evening. One drop each eye lid. I will be trying this on my feet next.

      @lucidmed3343 The itching was the reason I used it on my eyelashes and it worked immediately And it lasts for several hours in the morning. I'm also diabetic and take small amounts of insulin. I figured if you can swallow this for constipation, it's safe enough for your skin . The glands that keep the oil in your eyelids for lubricating your eye, plug up as a side effect of Sjogrins, so that's why I decided to use it on my lids and I've noticed that my crows feet wrinkles are reducing..!! And the bottle of castor oil I purchased from the pharmacy for constipation issues and decided to use it for my eyelids.

      I didn't realize it draws it out. The past few weeks I have had a terrible infection and rash on my arm and now that it's finally going away I've been treating it with castor oil. I should've done that from the start.

    • @wisconsinfarmer4742
      @wisconsinfarmer4742 25 дней назад

      @@annwithaplan9766 there is simple chemistry involved. It takes something oily to dissolve another thing that is oily. Urushiol, the irritant in poison ivy is very much an oil, but it also seems to travel deep into our skin. That is why soaps do not work so well. Any oil would do. One could use motor oil in a pinch.
      The idea is to make a compress and attach it to the affected area so that the oil has time to mingle into the skin and combine with the urushiol and basically extract it back out. It takes several applications. I discovered this long ago in high school but I used isopropyl alcohol, which did the job in a few days leaving a dry rash that healed in a few days with no irritation. I think the alcohol extract all of my skin oils taking the urushiol with them.
      Urushiol must have particular bonding characteristics to be so tenacious in our skin.

    I am on my way to becoming a certified aromatherapist and will tell you and anyone else who reads this: DO NOT HEAT YOUR BOTTLE OF CASTOR OIL!! If you would like to warm the portion you are about to use, I wouldn’t recommend it but may be a personal preference decision. When you heat oils you break the molecules down and the oil will become rancid much more quickly than would be the case if you cared for it properly. Storing oils in a cool dark place is always best and will prolong the therapeutic effect because the oil will last longer. Hope that helps😉

    I have had peripheral neuropathy for 30 years and had taken prescribed meds to combat it, until I realized how bad they were for me. I started taking 600 mgs Alpha-Lepoic Acid (ALA) in the morning at and have had wonderful results. With that being said, I had to have tibial vascular bypass surgery and the swelling is unbearable. I've been a little "obsessed" with Castor Oil and decided to apply it at night because the ALA didn't seem to working as well post surgery and removal of the 87 staples in my leg. The only thing that happened was that I have a regular bowel movements in the morning and the swelling is greatly decreased allowing for a more comfortable sleep and quiets the tingling of my neuropathy. I have since added Frankincense and that has made all the difference! ALA in the morning, Castor Oil as a carrier oil for the Frankincense. I recommend it greatly 😉. Oh, I don't warm the Castor Oil and it works just fine!

    I’m almost 68 and I have had diabetes (type 2) for 25 years and I have severe neuropathy. I went to a pain clinic and after a time they had me on an almost lethal dose of fentanyl and oxycodone. I had tried gabapentin and just about everything else and I was miserable. I finally went to the VA cause I’m a veteran and they got me off the rollercoaster of the drugs. A little Japanese woman doctor prescribed nortriptylene and a 10 mg pill of methadone. The dose was so small I didn’t even know I was taking it. I couldn’t believe it I didn’t even think about it anymore it was amazing. Now about 5 years on I get some tinges of pain but that’s probably because my body has acclimated to the medication. If you want to know more drop me a line here.

    I have blisters on my cornea in my left eye. I’ve had to wear a contact lens over that eye for six months because of the blisters. They gave me antibiotics to use 3 to 4 times a day to put in my eye, which didn’t help. I started using castor oil on the outside of my eyelid and I put two drops of castor oil inside of my eye and within three weeks, it had gotten better. But the doctors wouldn’t tell me that it was better. So I went to my glaucoma doctor and ask her if she would take the contact lens out of my eye. So she did and the blisters are gone on my cornea. Which is very, very, very painful. it just gets a little sensitive every once in a while, but I always put castor oil in my eye a couple times a day and just lather it on at night when I go to bed because the surgery that they want to do is take a flap from the bottom of my eyelid and pull it up over my Iris, pupil and everything and you look like a zombie. And I didn’t want that surgery. I was so sad. But I am so thankful to God in the universe for showing me castor oil. I’ve used it further things like my fatty liver, which improved from using the castor oil. And I also had gallstones and it cleared up my gallbladder. I don’t know what these caster beans are, but I am so thankful. I hope this helps someone, they also say that castor oil would help with your cataracts that it would dissolve your cataracts. I wish I would’ve known that a long time ago I’m 68 years old.❤

    Thanks for this neuropathy video - super helpful. I see castor used all the time for Lyme but never in my SFN communities.
    Totally agree that lots of complicated methods are used. I can say that the heating of it is about JUST the application amount and JUST to open pores to increase velocity of its ability to penetrate into the skin. All that said, I have had no trouble at all just using it straight on the skin, and I'm never looking to make a hard medical life even harder, so I'm with you there. I also agree we have to be intuitive about the temp. we like - personally, even though all my conditions would point to heat therapy, I ONLY do well with ice, and I use it allll the time.
    Questions: Could you share whether you had any initial herx reactions or not? I am working through some unexpected herx from something else so it is on the brain. I am hypothesizing that since castor has sooo much antioxidant to it, perhaps it supports the body as it detoxes, so that may smooth that landing a lot, but since my body is weak I can go into toxic shock pretty fast.
    Thanks so much! Very glad to find your channel.

    The most important point that you missed...if you are massaging it into your legs and feet before bed, how do you prevent getting the oil all over your sheets. I haven't figured that out and would like to know how you do it. How long do you have to wait for it to not be greasy? Why does everyone forget about the practical aspects of the use? Keep a light sock to put on it or you won't be able to walk on your floor or carpet. Or have a rubber sandal you can slip on after applying. Other suggestions...what about when do you use red light....certainly not after application. Please let me know more details about the actual application, including not getting it all over your bed. I might be up now for hours waiting for it to absorb. It is too hot for PJ bottoms and I am now stuck with a greasy leg.

    • @lucidmed3343
      @lucidmed3343  Месяц назад +15

      Hi GK! Thanks so much for your comment and question. I realized I missed talking about the bed sheets after I uploaded so I'm glad you've asked this question. I put the oil on about an hour before bed and I'd estimate it takes about 30 minutes until it's pretty well absorbed. I haven't had an issue with it transferring to my sheets as long as I give it a good 30 min to an hour prior to hopping in to bed. I would also maybe suggest if your sheets are super nice and expensive (mine are not lol) to put a clean towel down to absorb any excess. Other than that-I try to keep this as simple as possible otherwise-I won't do it. I know myself and if it's complicated game over.

      I wrap my whole foot about 3 times with bandages after rubbing in castor oil, wear same thongs each night after applying, thongs do still get sticky, then wear socks to bed. Still, after few weeks the oil gradually soaks right through to socks onto sheets. I occasionally soak sheets to whiten but be prepared to throw socks away and start again.

      I would put it on an hour or more before bed and put on my sweats so I didn't get the oil on anything. I didn't leave a thick sheet of oil on my skin. I rubbed it in pretty good. When I went to bed and took off my sweats, it didn't get on my sheets. I never saw any on my sweats either, but if it was, it was on the inside and didn't soak through. If any oil was on them, it came out in the washer.
