Thank you for showing me how to break down the artichoke. I am vegan and cooked mine with some cashews, coconut milk, three teeny tiny potatoes, vegan brie cashew cheese, Thyme, onion, tad of celery. Just what I had. I added just a tad of Tumeric and tons of fresh lemon. I also used a little mushroom powder and topped mine with mushrooms browned dry on the skillet.
agree . . . shocked shocked to find someone tossing delicious beautiful bread crust 😲. . . hope there's a vid showing buttering & toasting the bread crust for the soup as side toast or as crouton-topper ☺. . . [signed dark toast yummyverse]
