- No training today so had the pleasure to head down to watch some of the racing at Henley Women's Regatta!! Awesome to watch and great to see so many people racing!
Had an amazing opportunity to work with Perry Clothing to make a one of a kind YAMSQUAD blazer too which I was able to pick up today!!! It came out SO well, hope you guys like it!

cam! i have a 2k tomorrow and i need to know: what should i eat in the morning and just before etc to give me the best chance of a PB?? (because food is fuel) - love u
Unfortunately it is all dependent on you! I don't like feeling hungry before a 2k so I make sure I have a larger meal about 3 hours before. I usually try to keep it plain though, hope that helps! #yamsquad
