Thanks for that video. Had new engine and turbo and clutch installed in my mk8 jumbo. I have just took it yesterday from the garage and drove it home and was fine later took it on the motorway and 2 miles down the line lost power and was barely moving. Long storry short next day had few faults on forscan including exhaust gas temp sensors and few fuel related. After half a day and few problems during drive engine just stalled. Was looking for solutions everywhere and many suggested either of fuel pumps but your video saved me big expense. Moment I've pressed the fuse I heard relay clicking and fuel pump starting. Moment enter engine brought back to life.
Hi i had the same fault and it is a very easy fix all you need to do is remove the fuse and use a fine pick tool to close the gap on the fork type connections so the fuse connection is tight and this will fix your problem i hope you read this and repair the fault like i did :)
Hi thank you for posting the video I have a 2014 ford transit custom that is doing the exact same thing I was wondering if you found the solution for it at the moment mine will run sometimes for 3 weeks sometimes few days once it's cut out it will take 20 to 30 mins to start back up just like yours but then runs fine again until it decides to do it again Amy advice or help would be greatly appreciated 👍👍👍
Dear Scott As I described I hade problem with the fuse, I took out the fuse and squeezed the contacts in the socket, and put the fuse back, from then its works fine
@@MrDudko hi Dudach,I've the same problem ,fuel gauge reads lower than it is ,when it reads empty it cuts out even with half a tank of fuel in it .does your fix keep the fuel gauge working fine ?
Hi, I have the same problem with my 2014 Transit. Thank you for making this video and the information you have provided. I repaired my fuse box by stripping the fuse box and moving the fuses location to a vacant position that was next to the fuses original position. So happy with the repair to the fuse. My question for you is has your no start fault reoccured since you repaired the fuse? Kind regards Brian
My fault continued. The concern was caused by a fault in the charge air temperature sensor circuit. This was resolved by replacing the sensor and the block connector on the wiring.
I been having the same problem for months since having a new engine fitted. I will give this a try. The only problem is I don't know how long it will be until I know whether it's sorted.
So I have come across this fault multiple times, the best solution is to take the supply wire from under the fuse box and put your own inline fuse in place to the main live terminal, the live side of the fuse fractures which gives an inconsistent connection, the fuse box is a bitch to get under but an easy repair once you have access the wire required
I have the same Problem. Motor shut off sometimes. Fuse and Relais looks ok. Code is p2539. Fusebox looks Different to the Video. Fuse Nr 24. 7,5 ampere
exactly the same problem with our car, thank you very much, we would never have found the cause of the problem without the video,
Glad to hear that!!😊
My plrasure I could help!!👍

Where did you connect the led wires too ?. I’d quite like to put one in so I can see if this is the fault next time she won’t start
Great work! Tank you for help!

Did this fix the issue as I’ve just had an engine rebuild and it’s happened with me?. Gonna try and fix it today.
@@brettwallbank7223 tbh i haven't tried it yet. I don't drive the van much due to it being unreliable and fuel costs.
Hi, we’ve had a new engine fitted too with exact same problem. Did you find out what it was?
Thank you so much brother
